Then the interviews were analysed with a phenomenological attempt with the intention to create at picture of the girls? world. The result of the interviews presents from the interviwguides area and interpret towards the background of earlier research that present in this study.

Lately, alarming reports have appeared regarding the work environment and work situation of social workers. Research focusing on the promotion of health and well-being in the workplace among other professionals show that factors such as social relationships, ability to influence their work situation and leadership are important. A quantitative study was conducted focusing on the work climate for social workers employed by some of the district administrations in the City of Malmö. A questionnaire with questions and statements on various factors in the work environment was sent to 34 social workers. They were asked how important these factors were for their well-being, as well as to what extent they felt that these factors were present at work.

Given the turbulent situation in the Swedish media industry few researchers have turned towards the view of the situation from the perspective of the journalist who is in many ways under pressure. This study therefore aims to take this perspective by combining recent research in the media field with proven theories in the field of motivation. Through deep interviews with eight journalists active in the general news reporting area, the most important factors in terms of their motivation have been suggested and analyzed. There is a distinction between different types of motivation including intrinsic and extrinsic aspects. The intrinsic factors include investigational journalism and the social part of doing research.

Arbetet har främst syftat till att undersöka hur personalens upplevda psykosocia-la stress påverkar deras förmåga att göra en säkerhetsmässig adekvat bedömning vid en stress-fylld situation, detta även satt i relation till rent demografiska faktorer. Inledningsvis så utför-des en pilotstudie vid en C-anstalt. Enkäten sändes sedan ut till respondenterna vilka utgjordes av vårdare på anstalterna med nämnda säkerhetsklasser. I enkäten förekom några kortfattade beskrivningar av steg i en händelseutveckling som enligt litteraturen är typiska för en person som kan komma att suicidera, och deltagarna ombads skatta rimligheten i de åtgärder som vidtogs.Resultatet av undersökningen pekade på att en demografisk faktor som hög ålder kan öka den upplevda psykosociala stressen.

Syftet med denna uppsats var att undersöka vad brukare anser om delaktighet i planering och beslut kring hjälpinsatser. Studien bygger på fem kvalitativa intervjuer. Empowerment-teori tillämpades på resultaten och har således varit studiens teoretiska utgångspunkt. Resultaten visade att brukarena i studien i stort inte upplevt sig som delaktiga i planering eller beslut. De har heller inte känt fullt förtroende för socialarbetaren de träffade när de sökte hjälp för sitt missbruk.

This thesis studies how readers of the electronic book (the e-book) use and perceive the electronic medium as a carrier of fiction. In this study it is assumed that fiction is mostly read in printed format. Therefore it is interesting to ask why some readers choose to read on screen. As there are all too few studies conducted on how readers perceive and use the e-book as a medium, this study aims to enrich an undeveloped research area. The study is based upon a qualitative questionnaire.

The purpose of this bachelor thesis was to illuminate and analyze the working conditions of visual artists in the Swedish region of Värmland. As a profession which is known to have many problems concerning income and the fact that most artist are unable to get by on their art sales alone it becomes interesting to look closer on cultural policy?s affecting the artists, where the problems lie and what possible help they can get.I have used previous research and different sources to map out the working conditions in Sweden and Värmland alike and also interviewed five different visual artists in Värmland to get a general view of the working conditions in the country as a whole and their perception of the situation and special circumstances in Värmland. I have also used discourse analysis to compare the source material with the answers of my respondents to see which discourses that exists, that have hegemony, and to see how this subject is talked about.The results of this study showed how political decisions may force artists to become self-employed entrepreneurs even though many artists do not self-identify as such or even have any interest in profitable gain. The study also shows among other things that most artists have another occupation on the side but that there are some aids to help the artists with income.

Särskola eller integrering i grundskola är en fråga som föräldrar till särskoleelever kan ställas inför. När en elev blir antagen till särskolan och erbjuds en skolgång där så har föräldrarna rätt att neka det, till förmån för en skolgång som integrerad elev i grundskolan. Genom tidigare studier har det visat sig att skola och vårdnadshavare kan ha olika uppfattning om vilken skolform som lämpar sig bäst för en särskoleelev. För pedagoger inom grundskolan kan det därför vara betydelsefullt att få en förståelse för särskoleelever, deras vårdnadshavare och valet av skolform med föräldrainflytandet och vilka konsekvenser det kan innebära, eftersom mötet med särskoleelever och deras vårdnadshavare när som helst kan bli en del i en pedagogs vardag. Syftet med undersökningen är därför att få ta del av några pedagogers tankar, attityder och erfarenheter av särskoleelever, deras vårdnadshavare och valet av skolform med föräldrainflytande, för att få en förståelse utifrån dessa pedagogers perspektiv.

Barn till missbrukare sägs ha olika överlevnadsstrategier för att klara sin svåra situation. Det är viktigt att den roll som barnet utvecklat för att överleva inte permanentas och att barnet får hjälp att hitta andra vägar att lösa sin svåra situation på. Att ha förståelse och kunskap om hur det är att vara barn i en familj där någon av föräldrarna sitter fast i ett alkoholmissbruk är en nödvändig förutsättning för att arbeta professionellt med barn till alkoholister. Syftet med denna uppsats är att göra en kartläggning av barnens beteendemönster och de faktorer som kan påverka dessa i missbruksfamiljer. Denna studie är en kvantitativ enkätstudie där den huvudsakliga undersökningspopulationen bestått av föräldrar till barn som har missbruksproblem i sin närhet.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att belysa erfarenheter föräldrar till barn med utvecklingsstörning har, av råd och stöd från samhället. Undersökningen är gjord med en kvalitativ metod och materialet har samlats in genom halvstrukturerade intervjuer. Sju föräldrar till barn med utvecklingsstörning har intervjuats, med en avgränsning till barn som inte har Downs Syndrom [DS]. Materialet har bearbetats med en kvalitativ analysmetod. Resultatet visar att föräldrarnas upplevelser av samhällets råd och stödfunktioner inte överensstämmer med deras behov.
