The Swedish healthcare systems have over the past decades experienced a major reorganization that involves reduction of costs and cuts due to the financial problems that the public health system faced. Healthcare was criticized because it was considered to be bureaucratic and inefficient (Funck, 2007). The solution to this problem was to focus on other measures rather than the economic measures, such as modernizing the healthcare instead of cutting down. Implementing a balanced scorecard in a public sector as a hospital, perceived as failures. This is due to several factors such as communication, knowledge and expected time are not taken into consideration when implementing the scorecard.

The relatively new phenomenon of daily deals has had an amazing explosion of growth during recent years. The concept relies on offering deeply discounted products and services that a number of customers must buy in order to acquire this discounted service. Companies spend valuable resources on marketing to get customers but the effects of daily deals on the brand do not have empirical evidence. What is the customers' attitude towards companies that communicate through daily deals How is their intention to buy from that company affected This is what is the main purpose of this study. To examine how customers perceive a company, in terms of attitude toward the brand and buying intentions, when the company markets through daily deals compared to more traditional promotion.

Risk management has become a key ingredient for businesses all over the world. High Reliability Organizations (HRO) has distinguished themselves as experts in this area. By continuously focusing on improving their ability to manage risks they?ve been able to successfully avoid catastrophes in environments where normal accidents can be expected due to complexity and risk factors.The aim of the thesis is to improve the risk management at Apotekens Service by applying theories from HRO and safety culture. In July 2009, following the re-regulation of the Swedish pharmacy market, Apotekens Service AB was appointed national pharmacy infrastructure supplier for the Swedish health care system.

At the dusk of the Second World War, when the Red Army was approaching Tallinn and the second Soviet occupation of Estonia could be foreseen, almost a tenth of the population left the Estonian coasts to seek refuge in the West. About 30 000 of those ended up in Sweden, among which were some of the most prominent Estonian novelists and poets. Sweden would become the literary center for the worldwide exile Estonian diaspora. However, the fact that a few dozens of Estonian authors published some 2 000 titles in Sweden, where most of the authors as well as the main publishing houses resided, was and has remained unknown to most Swedes as it has gone fairly unnoticed to the field of Swedish Literary Studies. From the perspective that the exile Estonian literature written in Sweden is actually part of our history of literature, this thesis aims to find out what factors have had impact, and how, on the authors? opportunities to gain recognition by the Swedish literary establishment and eventually being included in the Swedish literary historical works.

Syfte: Syftet med detta arbete är att försöka studera och analysera vilka risker som påverkar prissättningen av en outsourcad kundtjänst för att få den lönsam för callcenterbolaget. Metod: I mitt arbete ska jag intervjua anställda på callcenterbolag om hur förhandlingar av outsourcade kundtjänster går till samt vilken prissättningsproblematik de står inför. Jag ska med hjälp av WebbGPSS, som är ett program för kösimulation, skapa en kösimulator för att studera och analysera olika risker kopplat till personalstyrkans storlek, och hur de påverkar en kundtjänstens kapacitet. Riskerna benämns som stokastiska d.v.s. osammanhängande, fluktuerande och följer inget direkt mönster.

Denna uppsats består av en undersökning angående inköpsbeteende av FacilityManagement-tjänster för företag inom svensk industri. Inköpsbeteende av FM är ett relativt outforskat område och själva begreppet FM kan upplevas som brett och svårdefinierat. FM-branschen anses vara i ett transformationsstadium som innebär att företag allt oftare köper in multilösningar av FM-tjänster samt planerar för större geografiska områden.Syftet med studien var att karaktärisera inköpsbeteende av FM-tjänster för företag inom svensk industri och forskningsfrågorna som skulle besvaras presenteras nedan:1. To meet these challenges, Talent Management was developed during the 1990s and supplies a new and innovative way to deal with personnel management. Due to Talent Management being a relatively new theory, there is at present no generally accepted definition of the theory.

It has become more common for organization to operate a lot of projects at the same time. These projects affect each other, either in way of resources or technical. Projects in a multi-project environment depend and affect each other, and in most cases they rival about resources, decision-makings and priority. To lead a project portfolio with several projects is a major challenge. The most common problems that occur are vague objective, unclear working conditions, resource shortage and problems of priority.

Syftet med detta examensarbete var att undersöka vilka faktorer som krävs för en lyckad implementering av ett förbättringsprogram i en organisation, oavsett vilket förbättringsprogram som används.Förbättringsprogrammen har vuxit fram ur kvalitetrörelsen och har sitt ursprung i ständiga förbättringar och PDSA-cykeln. Förbättringsprogram används av ledningen för att uppnå en högre grad av kundtillfredsställelse, på ett strukturerat sätt.En implementering av ett förbättringsprogram måste successivt lanseras i en organisation genom introduktionsfas, försöksfas, införandefas, expansionsfas och integreringsfas. I införandefasen används tre olika typer av införande av förbättringsprogram totalt, delvis och införande under befintligt koncept. Implementeringsprocessen måste mätas för att det ska kunna avgöras om den blev lyckad eller inte.Metoden som använts i detta examensarbete är en kvalitativ forskningsprocess med hermeneutiskt ideal av kvalitativ metod med en kombination av etnometodologisk tradition och naturism. Författaren har använt sig av en tvärsnittsdesign i tidsaspekten.

This report is our Master thesis. Our work has taken place at a one-stop-shop in Sölvesborg during the spring of 2002. We have conducted ethnographical studies concerning the one-stop-shops frontdesk and telephone exchange. During these studies we became aware of some differences under which the daily work was to be carried out. When operating the switchboard the staff usually work alone and perform the tasks individually.

Världsmarknaden för läkemedel växer stadigt då världens befolkning blir allt äldre och allt fler människor världen över har råd med läkemedel. Men företagen i branschen står inför en rad utmaningar med bland annat ökad konkurrens, ökad prispress, samt minskande produktivitet inom FoU (forskning och utveckling). Allt färre nya läkemedel når marknadslansering samtidigt som FoU-kostnaden för varje nytt läkemedel ökar. Den kliniska fasen (då läkemedlet testas på människor) utgör en stor del av kostnadsökningen. Antalet kliniska prövningar i Indien och Kina ökar kraftigt.

Overweight and obesity is currently a major health problem in our dogs all around the world and it is becoming more common each year. There are few studies on the proportion of overweight dogs in Sweden, but it was estimated to be 33% in 2005. Studies in other countries report that between 25-40% of all dogs are overweight. The aim of this study was to survey the animal care for an overweight dog. It was also important to develop a scientifically based advice.

AimThe aim of this interview study was to examine how PE teachers related to factors (ramfaktorer) affecting the implementation of outdoor recreation in school.MethodWe conducted a qualitative interview study with six PE teachers in the Stockholm area. These were selected after all the PE teachers in Stockholm were contacted via e-mail. In the e-mail they declared the number of outdoordays (friluftsdagar) conducted at their school, for grades four, five and six. The selection was carried out in that we chose the PE teachers who declared the most and least number of outdoor days. After the transcription of the interviews we divided the teachers in to two groups, based on the width of outdoor activities in their teaching.

Tohave been able to implement the analysisa survey and simulation of an investment calculationwas created. This questionnaire was answered by many real estate companies with senior peoplethat had operational positionsmost associated with corporate commitments.
