I en alltmer globaliserad värld där utbudet av produkter ökar är det svårt att skapa ett starkt och hållbart varumärke på marknaden. Då det idag finns få verktyg och koncept inom intern varumärksuppbyggnad har jag valt att undersöka hur varumärket kan stärkas inifrån och ut. I studien har jag tittat närmare på begreppet Brand citizenship behaviour, ett område som är relativt nytt och bygger på den anställdes inverkan på varumärket. En explorativ fallstudie har genomförts för att undersöka vilka berättelser som återges i ämnet. Detta genom att ha intervjuat sju anställda på företaget Saltå kvarn.

Does the teachers use the parents of the immigrant pupils or other relatives as a resource in their teaching?We also wanted to investigate what the teachers are doing with the pupils of another religious belonging than the Christian, who is not allowed to join the celebration of Christian festivals in school, such as Easter, Christmas and breaking-up ceremonies in the church.In this essay we have used a form.

For some time researcher has focused their interest on how women are being treated in sports and what impact it has on the development of the sports movement. Researchers in the field have tried to clarify where the problem lies, if it is gender or sex. Are the differences between the sexes caused by how society portrays women or because women and men are built for different purposes. This research paper studied how women in the sports of snowboarding and freeskiing perceived their possibilities to practice their own sports. Furthermore, the study tried to answer if the problems are originated from the culture of the sports, what the possibilities and opportunities women had to make ?it? and what women think is the reason why there are so few female athletes in their sports.

Background: Since the coining of the phrase lean production by Womack, Jones and Roos in 1990, this mass production system of Japanese origin has been implemented in a multitude of organizations throughout the world, the results being predominantly positive from a financial point of view. The possibly negative effects of mass production on worker motivation have been discussed since quality of work life became an important political issue in Sweden in the 1970?s. As the popularity of lean service is now increasing, there are still unresolved issues regarding the transferability of a mass production system to the service industry, particularly with regards to the motivation of service employees.Purpose: The purpose of our thesis is to study the lean system of a Swedish bank, SEB Way, from a management- as well as an employee perspective in order to describe how lean may affect the work motivation of service employees.Research procedure: The study is empirically based on observations and interviews on multiple hierarchical levels at SEB. We have conducted a total of 13 interviews with front line employees at SEB, with the central SEB Way team as well as two external lean specialists.Results: The study indicates that SEB Way has little direct influence on the intrinsic work motivation of the SEB front line employees, as work motivation was present prior to the implementation of lean.

Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka unga idrottares upplevelser i en topprestation.Studiens frågeställningar var:·        Vilka upplevelser har unga idrottare i en topprestation?·        Upplever unga idrottare flow i en topprestation?·        Vilka faktorer ligger bakom en topprestation hos unga idrottare? Utifrån syfte och frågeställningar valdes mätinstrumentet Flow State Scale-2 (FSS-2). FSS-2 består av ett påståendeformulär som mäter den totala upplevelsen av flow samt var och en av de nio dimensionerna av flow.Kontakt togs via telefon och mail med ansvariga tränare vid idrottsgymnasier för att finna unga idrottare med ett tydligt minne av en topprestation. Undersökningsgruppen blev 51 stycken unga idrottare, män och kvinnor i åldrarna16-20 år som utövat fotboll, ishockey eller orientering på elitnivå.Litteratursökning gjordes i bibliotekskatalogen tillhörande Umeå Universitet. Den funna relevanta litteraturen och artiklarna har legat till grund för denna studies bakgrundsdel. Påståendeformuläret FSS-2 visar att undersökningspersonerna, i sin topprestation, hade en stark upplevelse av inre tillfredsställelse, tydliga mål, koncentration på uppgiften, känsla av kontroll och balans mellan skicklighet och utmaning.

Adapting the concept of the ?popular cultural memory? and its necessary ?context knowledge? established by Karin Kukkonen, this bachelor thesis seeks to examine how this memory is ?at work? and expresses itself in contemporary fiction, by doing an intertextual reading of the swedish author Amanda Svensson's debut Hey Dolly. Within the intertextual structures of Hey Dolly the reader encounters allusions and references that address almost everything from contemporary popular culture to established authors in the swedish canon, mainly as means for the characters to help them express their emotions and thoughts, by ?choosing? from already available content of popular culture to use and modify. The intertextuality alluding to the popular cultural memory does at the same time address the concept of the ideal reader throughout the novel.

Since the late 1900s, the consultancy has taken a firm grip on the labor market. The consultants' work profile has been secured through agreements such as guaranteed wages. Previous research shows that consultants find it stressful to be associated with two companies and some clients can also point out consultant through different attributes.

Through geopolitical theory this thesis explores how conflicts within states can be read and understood according to an analytical model determining one or several possible causes for the conflict.  The model is created by the author and reflects geopolitical theory by giving three possible explanations to an intrastate conflict: culture, economy or territorial construction. The aim of the thesis is testing this model on two selectively chosen case studies ? i.e. two intrastate conflicts ? namely: the upcoming referendum in Scotland and the terror attack at Tiananmen Square in China.

The 1900s saw two incidents of states using their military in civil disorder situations, which resulted in the killing of unarmed citizens. May 14, 1931 in Ådalen, marks a significant part of Swedish history and its view of the use of military force.  On that day, a peaceful protest march escalated, which resulted in live firing by the military stationed there to uphold law and order. During the academic year of 2010/2011 the Schools for Music and Arts in Göteborg participated in a project entitled En kulturskola för alla (A School for Music and Arts for All). But a series of interviews of Swedish entrepreneurs in Germany shows that these perceive a large difference in inequality of power in the two countries. The purpose of this study is to investigate differences of how the Swedishemployees union ?Unionen? communicates with its members, on one hand thosewho are members of local union clubs and on the other non-club members. Thenumber of non-club members has increased due to labour market changes implyingthat workplaces have been fragmented and hence affect the possibility to form localunion clubs.The questions posed in the study are: How does Unionen communicate with itsmembers? How does the communication differ between club members and non-clubmembers? What are the preferences of Unionen´s members as far as communicationwith the central organization? What kind of information do the members seek andhow do they find it? What values does Unionen represent? Are there differencesbetween the messages that Unionen is sends out and how members and non-clubmembers, respectively, perceive them?A case study method has been used applying both quantitative and qualitativeanalyses. Quantitative methods have been used in illustrating the number ofdiscussion subjects at Unionen´s website, the members needs for receivingcommunication and channel usage while qualitative methodologies have been usedin interviews with Unionen´s members, club chairmen and union representatives aswell as semiotic picture analyses and analyses based on methods of Uses andgratifications theory.One conclusion of the study is that two significant differences of communicationhave been found between members and non-club members.
