Diagnostisering av projekt : En studie med utgångspunkt från SPA-ramverket
The work in project has been around since humans began to hunt in groups, building bridges or building of the Great Wall of China. In 1960- and 70´s, the word project got their value it has today. A project means a work done during a decided time, with decided economy and non-recurring nature (Jansson and Ljung 2004). The projects had a general analytical model. It was used for all projects the Organization engaged.

According to science internal communication is a complicated, yet very important, issue of Organizations today. An Organization with a successful internal communication shows better results both economically and in terms of coworker satisfaction. The two main theories on communication are sensemaking and transmission. After a century with a transmissionary point of view, researchers stress the importance of sensemaking internal communication.Main question of this thesis is ?Which of the two main theories is the most useful when anchoring important messages in large Organizations??According to the results of this study, conducted by interviews, neither one is more useful than the other.

Syfte: Syftet med denna uppsats är att ur ett meningsskapande perspektiv bidra
till en ökad kunskap och förståelse om hur interaktioner mellan människor i en
organisation kan återuppbygga strukturer efter en kris.
Metod: För att nå vårt syfte har vi valt att arbeta med kvalitativa metoder. Vi
har genomfört en gruppintervju med personal från hemtjänsten i Kronobergs län,
vars strukturer rasade samman under stormen Gudrun. Vi undersökte hur de
efteråt återuppbyggde strukturerna genom att analysera olika teman ur empirin.
Slutsatser: Osäkerhet, samhörighet, roller, beslutsfattande och rationalitet,
är teman som alla är länkade till varandra, till strukturåteruppbyggande och
till meningsskapande. Detta resonemang leder till slutsatsen att
meningsskapande kan underlätta för strukturåteruppbyggande, och
strukturåteruppbyggande kan i sin tur underlätta för
meningsskapande.

Frågeställning: Hur kan vi förstå stresshantering ur ett ledarskapsperspektiv?
Metod: För vår uppsats har vi valt en kvalitativ metod med intervjuer som
kvalitativ datainsamling. Intervjuerna hade en låg grad av standardisering.
Slutsatser: Utifrån vår frågeställning har vi kommit fram till att det är
vik-tigt att skapa trivsel på arbetsplatsen, att det finns en trygghet och
känsla av att klara av arbetsuppgifterna samt att det sker ett rikligt
informationsflöde mellan chef och anställda för att kun-na hantera
arbetsplatsens stressituation.

In Sweden there are laws and recommendations from The National Board of Health and Welfare about the importance of a user's involvement in and possibility of influencing services directed at them. Even with such good intentions the same board reports that it is hard to know if people experience that they do. The purpose of my study was to examine how professionals can use their knowledge to help users increase their sense of influence in services that they use. My focus has been on adults with neuropsychiatric disabilities within the autistic spectra, such as Asperger syndrome, and on the professionals working with them. The specific problem among people with neuropsychiatric disabilities is a lack of social skills.

The purpose of this thesis is to investigate if there are environments that use some kind of central authentication system within institutions/schools. The hypothesis is that an institution not using a form of central authentication service has more need for maintenance and as such is considered a higher cost for the Organization. The gathering of data has been done through interviews with technical personal at Blekinge Tekniska Högskola and Linköpings Universitet. Enkätundersökning hos medlemmar i Nätraälven Skogsägarförening
This report is produced with Nätraälven forest owner association. This forest owner association has been going through some changes the last years and therefore wanted to investigate what the members thought about the development. The main purpose of the study was to gain knowledge about the attitude of the members. The study was made with a questionnaire that was purposed to investigate the member?s opinion on their own cultivation and the view on Nätraälven as an Organization.
The questionnaire was sent to 110 members.

By interviewing 10 people in leadership positions from various companies and countries, this thesis had as main objective to find out how the view the of what environment promotes the intrapreneur to make the Organizations more competitive and successful. By transcribing and interpreting the interviews, we have found the keywords that could answer our research question. Our method has been based on a qualitative approach with an inductive direction. The leadership has been shown to have a significant role in terms of company culture and the intrapreneurs ability to contribute to the development of the Organizations. The culture is essential.

Service branding is a subject that has been excluded from the traditional branding theory. Our main purpose with this paper is to distinguish what characterizes service branding. To do this, we have looked in to both service marketing theory as well as branding theory. We have also looked at the existing theory concerning service branding. Six qualitative interviews have been performed to explain what characterizes service branding.

The purpose of this study is to conduce to the understanding of what challenges the HRdepartmentfaces in the work with the psychosocial work environment in nonprofit Organizationsin Sweden. A particular focus in the study is on how the certain features of the nonprofit sectoraffect and tend to contribute to these challenges. In both Swedish and International research thereappears to be a lack of studies that deal with the psychosocial work environment in the nonprofitsector, which is one of the main reasons for this study. International research show, among otherthings, that employees in this sector have a higher degree of work satisfaction than in othersectors. Especially, they value the sense of making a contribution to the society, to get feedbackon their work performance as well as they expect a high level of co-determination.

The purpose of this essay is to investigate how well vision and strategies communicates from division level to underlying business unit levels with focus on the Balanced Scorecard Concept. The investigation was carried out within the ANS division and two of its underlying business units at the LFV Group (Swedish Airports and Air Navigation Services). ANS is responsible for the air navigation services in Sweden and the production of the services is carried out of the business units AER (En Route) and ATA (Tower and Approach). With Air Navigation Services means supervision and conducting air traffic mainly within national air space. The purpose of the services is to insure that air traffic could be carried out in a safe way.The Balanced Scorecard was introduced for the first time in the beginning of the 1990´s.
Professionell garantihantering : Ett arbete inom byggnadsbranschen
A business is always dependent on its customers. It is therefore important to ensurethat customers are satisfied with the product and the warranty included.The study was conducted in cooperation with the building contacting companySkanska Sweden. The aim is to use interviews to collect and process experiences in order to answer the question: How should the recovery process in the construction industry be performed to ensure a professional handling of warranty? The results have shaped my conclusions and I have turned them into a proposal that companies in the industry can benefit from. The study indicates that the industry is not geared for a five year warranty, which was introduced in 2004 and 2006.
