NorFor is a cooperative project between the consulting organisations owned by the farmers in the Nordic countries ? Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Iceland. The project started in 2001 and the outcome, the system for ration calculation NorFor Plan and the model for evaluating the ration NorFor Evaluation, was completed in 2006. Along with NorFor Plan economical optimization are available and according to literature, the optimization will generate a 2 öre lower feed cost per kg milk, and thereby improve the profit for the farmer. The use of NorFor Plan in Sweden for feed optimization during spring 2008 has been very small. In this study eight herds in the middle of Sweden fed half the herd according to the classical system used in Sweden and the other half according to NorFor Plan system.

Fildelning och dess koppling till piratkopiering är ett ämne som ligger högaktuellt i vårt samhälle vad det gäller kultur, lagstiftning, teknikutveckling och musikdistribution.I dagsläget talas det frekvent om unga som jublar och använder fildelningsprogram för att ladda ner mängder av "gratis" musik från Internet, samtidigt som skivbolagen förlorar stora summor pengar. Vår undersökning syftar till att belysa två skivbolags bemötande av denna komplicerade utveckling utifrån ett kommunikationsvetenskapligt perspektiv.Det något obestämda begreppet Issues Management har satts i fokus för undersökningen. Issues Management kan i korthet beskrivas som en funktion inom Public Relations som innefattar en identifikation, planering och bemötande av en angeläget i syfte att möjliggöra en organisations anpassning till samhällsförändringar, istället för att sträva emot dem. Samtidigt ger uppsatsen argument för att angelägenheten som dykt upp kan vara så problematisk att den i sin tur kan påverka den tillämpade PR-modellen. För de undersökta skivbolagen skulle detta innebära en förändring från ett asymmetriskt arbete i riktning mot ett mer symmetriskt arbete.I skivbolagens strategiska arbete verkar det för nuvarande inte finnas mycket förståelse för att klyftan mellan konsumenter och skivbolag, vad det gäller fildelning, kan mötas genom att utröna gemensamma intressen i ett vinna-vinna-läge..

The ability to tackle NP-hard problems has been greatly extended by the introduction of Metaheuristics (see Blum & Roli (2003)) for a summary of most Metaheuristics, general problem-independent optimisation algorithms extending the hill-climbing local search approach to escape local minima. One of these algorithms is Iterated Local Search (ILS) (Lourenco et al., 2002; Stützle, 1999a, p. 25ff), a recent easy to implement but powerful algorithm with results comparable or superior to other state-of-the-art methods for many combinatorial optimisation problems, among them the Traveling Salesman (TSP) and Quadratic Assignment Problem (QAP). ILS iteratively samples local minima by modifying the current local minimum and restartinga local search porcedure on this modified solution. This thesis will show how ILS can be implemented for MSA.

In this master thesis we suggest a recreational directed forest management plan for the Skedalaskogen. The forest is situated 10 kilometres east of the city of Halmstad and is owned by the municipality. We have in literature and in research investigated what people like and want in the forest, how to manage the forest for recreation according to for example tree species, mixtures and density. We tried to adapt the forestry methods more to recreational thinking. We have also looked at issues like what is rare and not rare in this part of the country according to nature and forest, where people live and which connection they have to the Skedalaskogen. The Skedalaskogen is a quite big area, totally 830 hectares. The area have about 100 000 visitors a year.

Working life is an arena that often reflects attitudes that already exist in our society. When alcohol- and drug abuse is detected among employees the employer has a statutory responsibility for rehabilitation. But the way how these employees gets to be treated is also influenced by attitudes. The purpose of this essay was to illustrate from a gender perspective how women's and men's alcohol- and drug abuse occur in working life and how the attitudes in our society towards their abuse reflect on trade life. Referring that, our intention was also to examine which consequences are given of how the individual is treated.

Evaluating and choosing suppliers based on price alone, has traditionally been the dominant strategy for supplier selection within the purchasing function. With the origin of the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)-concept in the early 1990s, a new philosophy dawned that promoted the importance of knowing the effects of supplier performance on the buying firm?s internal costs. Since then, scholars have been arguing the case of TCO as a viable model for making purchasing decisions and conducting supplier evaluation. Still, after two decades little is known about its penetration and impact on the practices of buying corporations, leaving the questions of which costs are included in the purchasing organisations? decisions unanswered, and even more importantly why certain costs are considered and others not.

For most pupils homework is a natural part of school and their education and there are several providers of homework assistance: the pupil's parents, sibblings, friends, Internet forums, hired private tutoring, non-profit organisations and at times even the pupil's school. This study has investigated the use of the school-based homework assistance programme at the Upper Secondary School of Psychology in Stockholm and why the programme is not more frequently used by its pupils. The school offers homework assistance two hours each Thursday afternoon, with at least two teachers being present to tender for the school's 127 pupils. The cost of the programme has been estimated to approximately 12 500 Swedish kronor per week. Through the main use of a questionnaire given to both the school's students and teachers, as well as an interview with the school's headmaster, this study will show that despite receiving the opportunity few pupils take part of the programme on a regular basis.

 Föreliggande uppsats är en kvalitativ studie beträffande Region Hallands förändrade förhållningssätt till arbetsmiljö och företagshälsovård i Region Halland med Avdelningen för arbetsmiljö i fokus. Vi fann det intressant att finna ut vilka möjligheter och vilka risker det fanns med detta förändrade förhållningssätt, samt vad fenomenet tillit hade för påverkan i förändringen. Syfte med studien var att utifrån respondenternas berättelser, skildra deras upplevelser beträffande det förändrade förhållningssättet gentemot arbetsmiljö och företagshälsovård inom Region Halland. Det är utifrån respondenternas syn på arbetsmiljö i allmänhet och Avdelningen för arbetsmiljö i synnerhet tillsammans med teorier och de centrala begreppen strategi, ledarskap och tillit som vi har analyserat och tolkat respondenternas upplevelser och därmed skapat en förståelse. Studien genomfördes med kvalitativ metod där data samlades in genom primära källdokument, information från Region Hallands hemsida samt sju genomförda kvalitativa intervjuer med förvaltningschefer, personalchefer och fackliga företrädare.

Social workers in this study describes various experiences of the assessments of interventions for children and adolescents. Social workers experience of the many different situations where an assessment of best effort must be made on the basis of BBIC, which is the Social Services investigation records. To make this assessment, the Social workers need social assistance and support of their colleagues and manager. Knowledge mixed with experience is also an important part when it comes to being professional and not let emotions control that could otherwise be happened when the social worker meets and builds relationships with clients. Social workers are also those who will decide which achievement the client needs from the needs.

Bakgrund: Vid omvårdnad av personer med bensår är det lätt att lägga fokus på bensåret med risk för att den subjektiva upplevelsen kan komma i skymundan. Därför kan det vara viktigt att belysa patienters upplevelser ur ett holistiskt perspektiv. I tidigare forskning har det framkommit att livskvaliteten påverkas negativt där smärta visat sig vara en betydelsefull faktor. Syfte: Att ur ett livskvalitetsperspektiv belysa personers upplevelse av att leva med svårläkt bensår. Metod: En litteraturöversikt baserad på 10 vetenskapliga artiklar med kvalitativ ansats.

SammanfattningCorporate Social Responsibility, CSR, är ett samhällsengagerat arbetssätt som får allt större utrymme hos organisationer och företag, både i investerat kapital och investerade resurser. Studier som gjorts inom ämnet tyder på att CSR-arbetet gått från att vara ett välgörenhetsarbete till att mer och mer formas till en vinststrategi hos de företag som engagerar sig i arbetssättet. Ett välformulerat och uttalat CSR-arbete kan bidra till många organisations- och samhällsvinster så som ökad attraktivitet, stärkande av varumärket och ett blomstrande samhälle. Med detta i åtanke formades ett önskat studieobjekt där utgångpunkten landade i sociologiska resonemang om socialkonstruktivism. Syftet med arbetet var att genom en narrativ analys undersöka hur CSR-arbete fungerar som en del utav företags berättelser om sig själva.

The level of help and support given to elderly people over the age of 65 has been regulated by two separate laws; 1-the Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments (LSS) and 2- Act of Social Services (SoL). Recent changes in the legislation could cause local authorities to deal with these issues in different ways. The aim of this study was to examine and evaluate possible differences in the level of support for the elderly, dependant on which of the two laws was used in the decision process.The questions raised in this paper are· What are the major differences in the purposes of the two legislations?· How will the decisions be influenced dependant on what law is used? Do the decisionmakers identify the difference between the quality levels "good" and "fair"?· How is the process of care organised and managed within each of these legislations and how is the personnel used?· Are there differences in quality regarding freedom of choice, your own right to decide, influence, comprehensive view and continuity in the efforts given?· What development can you see in these fields of care.As a method I have used a case study involving four big cities in Scania. The most interesting and essential knowledge in the study was obtained from qualitative interviews with eleven decision-makers in the four communities.The result of this study indicates that there are more similarities than differences in the purposes of these laws.

Den här uppsatsen behandlar presstoppet av den kommunala personaltidningen i Norrköping, Strömvirveln, 2006. Vikarierande redaktör på tidningen hade gjort ett temanummer på temat Mobbning på jobbet. Ansvarig utgivare stoppade numret eftersom han ansåg att det bland annat innehöll sakfel. Den vikarierande redaktören ansåg då att hon hade blivit utsatt för censur.Med utgångspunkt i de pressetiska regler som gäller för journalister och den ökande relevansen av en fungerande intern kommunikation inom organisationer, undersöks här händelsen på tidningen Strömvirveln, ett år efteråt. Studien har genomförts genom kvalitativa intervjuer med de inblandade i händelsen, däribland vikarierande redaktör, ansvarig utgivare, redaktionskommitténs ordförande för den aktuella tiden och kommundirektören.

The aim of this thesis is to examine the politics and activities of the Social Democratic students´ association Spartakus. Their relationships and political and ideological differences towards the Swedish Social Democratic Party (SAP) and the remaining parts of the Social Democratic youth organisation (SSU) in Linköping during 1969-1971 are examined. To fulfil this aim I have studied relevant literature and interviewed people who were active in Spartakus, as well as people from SSU and SAP in the municipal during the period. I have also studied written material produced by the students´ association itself during the period. The theoretical frame of reference consists of Dahl´s theory on a democratic political order, and party theories like the mass party theory of Duverger, theories from Sjöblom, Panebianco, Lipset and Tingsten and also Gidlund&Möller´s theory about different kinds of party members.
