F?r?ndring i tillg?ngsstruktur och kapitaloms?ttningshastighet. En kvantitativ studie av f?retag p? Stockholmsb?rsens Large Cap under perioden 2005-2022

Syftet med denna uppsats var delvis att studera tillg?ngsstrukturen och delvis att studera kapitaloms?ttningshastigheten med avseende p? olika tillg?ngsslag och dess variation ?ver tid bland f?retag noterade p? Stockholmsb?rsens Large Cap. Studien syftade till att ge insikter om hur redovisningsstandarder potentiellt kan p?verka prestationsm?tt till f?ljd av f?r?ndringar i tillg?ngsstrukturen. En kvantitativ forskningsmetod anv?ndes, d?r historisk sekund?rdata samlades in fr?n Business retriever och ?rsredovisningar f?r perioden 2005-2022. Studien fokuserade p? f?retag som f?ljer IFRS-standarder och innefattade ?ven vissa selektiva bortfall.

The intention of this qualitative study is to describe and analyse women's violence against men from the perspective of authorities and volunteer organisations. Data has been collected trough semi-structured interviews with six respondents stemming from the police, social services and a help organisation for men respectively. The data has been analysed using existing research and common theories about power, sex and gender. The study shows that IPV does not only contain physical violence, but also acts of psychological-, sexual-, economical-, material-, and latent violence as well as the fact that one act of violence almost never exists alone. It is shown that women more often use psychological abuse against their partner then men do and also that men tend to stay longer in an abusive relationship then women.

Ekonomisk kompensation vid föräldraledighet, vadå? Utifrån arbetsgivarens perspektiv

The purpose with this essay was to analyse the view of parental leave in the public and private labour market. How does the economical compensation affect the parent's use of parental leave, with focus on the fathers "earmarked" months? Were there any differences in private companies and public organisations? We chose to look at past research and theories about father/men's usage of "60 day parental leave" from a point of gender and equality perspective. In regard to our questions we preformed qualitative, semi structural interviews. We picked people at random to interview at both private companies and public organisations that had or had not extra economical compensations except what the social insurance office paid during parental leave.

Förorten brinner! : En studie av alternativa medier i Stockholms förorter

In this study we examine five selected media organisations with different forms of productionplatforms that all appear in Stockholm's southern and western suburbs, which are part of themillion-construction project. Their stated ambition is to present an alternative image of thesuburbs than that found in mainstream media. They want to portray themselves instead ofconstantly being described by others.The purpose of the study is to gain a better understanding of the reason for the emergenceof these media, their visions according to the media producers themselves, and how theyrelate to mainstream media. The study is based on a theoretical framework that focuses ondiverse approaches of alternative media and the journalists' role in a democratic society.The wide data analysis from qualitative informant interviews, with small observations as acomplement, showed results indicating criticism against the misrepresentation of Stockholmsuburbs in mainstream media. Furthermore the results show that the overall dissatisfaction ofthis misrepresentation is one of the main reasons why the different media, which are bothrepresented by citizens and journalists, were founded.

Enskilda organisationer och biståndsarbete -En studie om politiska föreställningar och delaktighet, ur den fattiges perspektiv

Since the 1970`s the Non Governmental Organisations, NGO:s, have taken an increasing responsibility in the development cooperation work. Apart from an increase in resources delivered through the NGO:s it is also obvious in various official documents that the idea of NGO:s in regards to; reaching and involving poor people in the work and as capable of delivering aid resources to a low cost, is very widely spread and commonly accepted among political decision makers and aid agencies. In addition it?s very seldom that those positive statements about the NGO:s abilities, are backed by any kind of scientific study. This study argues that the ascribed abilities are more the rhetoric of a political idea than an empirical reality.

Inertia is often described as an unavoidable state that organisations reach when they grow to a certain size. Theorists present a number of different phenomenons, which together create the foundation for inertia. This study deals with the apparent resistance that appears among the large Nordic betting companies with regards to establishment on the electronic sports (eSports) market. The analysis is based on how the old phenomenon inertia takes place in young and seemingly flexible industries. This area has received limited coverage in current theory on inertia.

"Rör inte min Baby" : En studie om organisations- och professionsidentifikation i ett krisande SAS

Syfte:              Syftet är att öka förståelsen för hur organisations- och professionsidentifikation bland anställda ter sig när företaget är i kris samt att beskriva hur prestige kan relateras till identifikationen.Metodik:         En fallstudie på SAS har använts som forskningsstrategi med en deduktiv ansats. Dataproduceringen har skett genom en kvalitativ metod där flera strukturerade intervjuer med personer på fallföretaget har genomförts.Slutsats:       Studien har visat tendenser till att organisationsidentifikation ökar under en kris medan professionsidentifikationen minskar när det kommer till lågprestigeyrken i ett företag som attribueras med ett starkt varumärke. Vidare har studien även bekräftat relationen mellan prestige och identifikation, där en hög prestige i regel leder till en hög identifikation, och där anställda tenderar att identifiera sig med det som har högst prestige. Slutligen har det uppmärksammats att vid en kris kan anställda med en stark organisationsidentifikation försvara sin idealbild av företaget. En av studiens respondenter illustrerade detta genom att säga: ? Rör inte min baby!?..

Den åldrande befolkningens hot mot välfärden - En politisk myt i väst

The purpose of this thesis is to expose the political myth in the West about the ageing population seen as a threat against the welfare society. To do so I have described what a political myth is, and showed how it is presented in the most influential newspapers and organisations in the West. I have also presented alternative perspectives to the dominating view on the ageing population and it's impacts on welfare. In this way I have tried to point out that the subject has a political dimension. In the thesis last section I compare the message presented in the newspapers and the organisations with the characteristics of a political myth.

This thesis focuses on information seeking and use by volunteers and employees in women?s organisations helping women who have been subject to violence. These organisations for example provide help and support, legal assistance and temporary shelter. Semi-structured interviews were carried out with five women working in Terrafem, which is a women?s organisation directed towards women with a non-Swedish background.

This essay tries to explain how Swedish donor organisations are working with democracy in foreign aid. Three case studies of Sida, LO-TCO Biståndsnämnd and Rädda Barnen aims to give an overview of Swedish donor organisations, their work with democracy aid, evaluation and the problems with foreign aid. With Carothers theory of democracy aiding I analyse the success of Swedish democracy promotion, how civil society contributes to democratizaion and how democracy is measured.I find that Swedish democracy aid overall is successful due to a wider perspective of the term democracy. When democracy involves human rights it gives the donor a possibility to work with democracy promotion in a more extensive area and especially in the civil society. The essay stresses the importance of being subjective when evaluating and that one have to focus on the definition of democracy in each specific case.

Ledarskap på bibliotek En studie av tre högskole- och universitetsbibliotek

This essay is about leadership in libraries within the academic world, i.e. leadership in research libraries. To place our survey in a context we begin the theoretical review with a chapter about organisation theory. We dont think its possible to separate the leader from the organisation so we wanted to describe the organisation and its effect on the leadership. The next theoretical section is about leadership research.

Strategiförändring ur ett Identitetsperspektiv

Bakgrund: I dagligt taluttrycker sig människor om organisationer som om dessa hade en egen identitet. Organisationers identitet formas och omformas genom intern och extern interaktion när organisationen liksom dess omvärld förändras. Organisationsidentiteten sätter regler och gränser för organisationens handlande. Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att skapa förståelse för organisations- identitetens betydelse vid införandet av en ny strategi. Genomförande: För att uppnå syftet med uppsatsen genomfördes en studie vid LRF Konsult AB, där en strategisk förändringsprocss pågår sedan 4-5 år tillbaka.
