Den autoimmuna reaktionen förmedlas av T-lymfocyter som angriper hårfolliklarna och hämmar hårväxt. Det årliga incidenstalet för både kvinnor och män är 20,2 per 100 000 personer och 1,7 % av befolkningen riskerar att drabbas någon gång under livet. Även om genetiskt anlag och miljöfaktorer, såsom emotionell stress, graviditet och tillfälliga infektioner kan utlösa sjukdomen så är den exakta orsaken fortfarande okänd.

Äldre patienter är en skör och utsatt grupp som ofta är beroende av bedömning och sjukvårdsinsats vid en försämring av tillståndet. Hög ålder, kognitiv nedsättning, många sjukdomar samtidigt och nedsatt funktion i olika organ medför ett ökat omvårdnadsbehov och omhändertagande. Patientens väg genom vårdkedjan innefattar kontakter med personal, däribland sjuksköterskor, från flera olika organisationer med olika förutsättningar och inriktning. Dessa är skilda åt och risken för att vårdkvalitén påverkas negativt är stor. En omvårdnadsmodell har utarbetats utifrån Jean Watsons omvårdnadsteori och Patricia Benners erfarenhetskunskap med betoning på omsorg, helhetssyn, kunskap och hjälpande handlingar.

Dipart Entreprenad AB har ett affärsområde som är specialiserat på byggservice och det är verkligen något som de satsar på. Byggserviceverksamhet är något som många företag ute i den svenska byggbranschen håller på med, men i olika stor uträckning och med skillnad i kvalité på utfört arbete. Affärsområde är under ständig utveckling, detta för att både klara beställarnas men även samhällets förväntningar. I och med detta måste företaget förbättra och kartlägga det nuvarande arbetet med olika ramavtalskunder, för att vara mindre känslig för uppsägningar och ge högre kundnöjdhet.Denna rapport kommer hjälpa Dipart att hitta utvecklingsmöjligheter och se saker från en ny synvinkel, men även för att kunna uppfylla beställarnas förväntningar inom byggservice.
