Prioritisation of software requirements is a critical part of the development of software. Whichrequirements and in which order they will be developed is one of the main tasks that requirementprioritisation supports.There are different ways that a requirement prioritisation can be used, for example alone or in agroup and with different methods.The purpose of this report is to map out how you can carry out a requirement prioritisation alonewith different types of prioritisation methods and how you solve the problems that can arise whenprioritisting requirements. This is done by documenting the use of three different types of methodsthat can be execute alone. The methods are "100-dollar test", "Ranking" and "Top-tenrequirements".To be able to prioritise requirements, you need to establish which requirements you shall prioritise.The paper retrieves this information by interviewing stakeholders in the system and analysing theresult of the interviews and the execution of the requirement prioritisation.Three problems arose during that work and I present solutions on these problems. The problemswere 1) equivalent requirements when using the "100-dollar test", 2) low differentiation gradebetween the prioritised requirements in the "100-dollar test" and 3) that the requirements that wereprioritised weren't classified before the prioritisation, which leads to inaccuracies in the resultingprioritisation.The solution to the problems that the paper presents is to increase the amount of distributable unitsin the "100-dollar test" to 1000 per requirement, suggestions of classes of the requirements andthe combination of the methods "100-dollar test" and "ranking" to bypass the equivalentrequirements.The report is written in Swedish.Nyckelord: GoTRIS, requirements retrieval, requirements analysis, Viktoria Swedish ICT,requirements prioritisation, requirements, 100-dollar test, ranking, top 10 requirements..

They deliver door frames for indoor use for project oriented buildingsites, for these types of building sites the doorpost comes pre-assembled. DooriaAB wants to minimize transport to reduce impact on environment and thetransportation costs of pre-assembled doorframes, this thru simplifying themethod of assembly.The main purpose of this thesis has been to develop a prototype solution thatbrings the three parts of the doorframe together with the same properties regardingstability and tightness of joints as the current method of assembly. A profile ofdemands and wishes were created in collaboration with Mårten Dragstedt, DeputyDirector of Dooria Sverige ABBy following the chosen method the authors have been able to produce a fullyfunctional prototype that meet the demands that were put on the product. Catia V5R20 has been used as an aid during prototype construction and virtual tests.

Using leaching test is a way to get a picture of pollutants retention and leaching in a risk assessment on contaminated land. There are several different types of standardised leaching tests today, where the natural leaching processes are speeded up to make it possible to predict the leaching of pollutants. These leaching tests have been developed for waste and there are no specific guidelines on how to judge the results from the tests, when making a risk assessment on contaminated land. This work is an investigation on how to use leaching test in this type of risk assessments. The strengths and weaknesses of the different types of tests are discussed.
Depending on what type of information you want from your leaching test, different types of tests are suitable.
Agila Medarbetarsamtal : - En studie om situationsanpassade samtal som verktyg för den lärande organisationen
Undersökningen äger rum på ett fastighetsbolag som vi har valt att kalla X AB och som harca 350 anställda. På två av X AB:s kontor har vi genomfört kvalitativa forskningsintervjuer med totalt åtta medarbetare. Syftet med vår studie är att undersöka hur medarbetarepå fö-retaget X AB upplever förändringen fråntraditionella medar-betarsamtal till agila medarbetarsamtaloch hur denna föränd-ring har påverkat den lärande organisationen.Med agila med-arbetarsamtalmenar vi situationsanpassade samtal som sker ofta, regelbundet och som är individanpassade.Undersökningen grundar sig i teoretiska utgångspunkter som bland annat belyser lärande och utveckling i relation till dia-log, relationen mellan medarbetare, ansvar, feedback och den lärande organisationen. Studien grundar sig även på teorier om arbetsmetoden Lean, eftersom Toyota och Lean manufacturing är föregångare till den agila arbetsmetoden. Resultatet av vår undersökning visar att övergången från trad-itionella medarbetarsamtal till agila medarbetarsamtal på X AB inte kommunicerats ut tillräckligt på alla avdelningar, vil-ket lett till att vissa avdelningar inte fått med sig alla medarbe-tare i förändringsprocessen och i de agila samtalen.

Kontinuitet och förändring i svensk utrikespolitik : En textanalys av de utrikespolitiska deklarationerna mellan 1991 och 2010
With background in the acknowledgement of the current period of major change in the characteristics of traditional Swedish foreign policy, considering the membership in the European Union, as well as the new contextual scenarios that Sweden has been situated in after the end of the cold war, this thesis aims at scrutinizing the Swedish Foreign Policy from 1991 to 2010. The purpose of the thesis is further to localize continuity and change in the ideas which Sweden has explicitly stated in its foreign policy. Based on the theory of institutionalism, the thesis also aims to bring forward plausible explanations built on the main empirical findings. This has been done by identifying different types of goals and means within realism and liberalism as well as categorizing each theory within three ideal types.The chosen research method has been a qualitative text analysis with focus on an ideational analysis. The material on which the descriptive analysis is based upon is constituted by the annual statements of government policy in parliamentary debates on foreign affairs.The results of the thesis show that the ideas that are related to solidarity, consensus and active foreign policy are constant through the period of examination.

Studiens övergripande syfte är att undersöka motivation i arbetslivet. Studiens syfte bröts ner i tre frågeställningar. Den första handlar om vilka motivationsfaktorer som kan påverka viljan att gå till jobbet. Den andra handlar om vilka motivationsfaktorer som har störst betydelse och varför dessa tillskrivs den betydelsen. Studiens tredje och sista frågeställning handlar om hur de olika motivationsfaktorerna kan användas för att öka medarbetarnas motivation.Den tidigare forskningen utgår från Maslows och Herzbergs teorier om motivation.
Cisterciensklostrens odlingar i Sverige under medeltiden
The aim of this paperisto find out which plants the Cistercian monks might have cultivated in Sweden during the Middle Ages and which types of plants it would have been practical to grow inside or outside of the Cistercian monastery precinct. Archaeologicaland archaeobotanical studies have been consulted to find out which plants were available in Sweden during the Middle Ages. Examples, mainly from Scandinavia, but also from the continent, are used to show that the monasteries were large institutionsthat had to feed a large number of people and that there would not have been enough space to cultivate everything needed within the monastery precinct.Secondary sources have in the main been used to gather this information, except in the case of the Swedish monastery of Nydala where F-Topo, a database developed by the County Museum of Jönköping,has been used to analyse the amount of land and the types of properties owned by the monastery.The conclusion is that for practical reasons the monks would have cultivated plants that needed to be close at hand, that were rare or delicate, that could not be stored for long periods and that were used in small quantities within the monastery precinct. This would include medicinal plants, herbs for cooking and some vegetables like lettuce, spinach,and similar,that do not keep well. Most other items, grains, cabbages, root vegetables, peas and beans could equally well be cultivated outside the walls.
Hedging Core and Non-Core Risks: Evidence from Forestry and Paper Industry
A great number of empirical researches show that hedging is associated with higher firm value, particularly hedging interest rate and exchange rate. However, there is no clear support for value-added risk management hypothesis in the case of producers of commodities. Moreover, according to Shrand and Unal (1997), there are two types of risks, core business risks (or core risk) and homogeneous risks (or non core risks), which are based on a firm's comparative advantages with respects to the source of risk. Firm can earn economic profits for bearing core risks in which it has a comparative information advantage. Firm earn a zero economic rents for bearing non-core risks, where it has no advantage information than its competitors.

In recent years, the demands for effectiveness and evidence in social work have increased in all work areas, including that of healthcare. This has sparked the discussion on concepts such as practical- and theoretical knowledge and their respective roles in social work. In the light of this, the purpose of this candidate thesis is to investigate healthcare social workers understanding of practical- and theoretical knowledge in the working process as well as their respective influence and importance. This candidate thesis is based on three interviews with social workers from different departments in Norrlands Universitetssjukhus in Umeå, Sweden. To provide range to the thesis, the interviewees were chosen from a purposeful sampling.
Laget före jaget : En kvalitativ studie i hur innebandytränare arbetar för att få sina lag att prestera som lag
Denna rapport beskriver det praktiska arbetet för att få innebandy (herr) lag inom division 3 att samarbeta som ett lag. Frågeställningarna som låg till grund för rapporten var vilka metoder och på vilket sätt innebandytränare arbetar för att få ett lag att prestera som ett lag samt hur väl detta överrensstämmer med vad som finns skrivet i litteratur kring ämnet. Syftet var att skapa en förståelse för detta. För att genomföra studien användes en kvalitativ metod och det gjordes telefonintervjuer med fyra stycken innebandytränare.Exempel på vad studien mynnade ut i för resultat och slutsatser var bland annat att flera aspekter som belyses som viktiga i teorin i viss mån även tillämpas praktiskt. Dock visade det sig finnas brister och oklarheter ur flera dimensioner och tränarna skulle kunna arbeta på ett mer medvetet, strukturerat och konkretiserat sätt med exempelvis feedback och gruppstärkande övningar för att effektivisera samarbetet och sammanhållningen i laget.
Ledning av uthyrd personal
Studiens syfte är att studera ett bemanningsföretag med fokus på ledarskap, tillhörighet och ansvarsfrågor utifrån bemanningsföretagets, kundföretagets samt de uthyrdas perspektiv. De tre frågeställningarna var vilka uppfattningar finns kring ledarskap och vem ses som ledare för uthyrd personal, vilket företag känner de uthyrda tillhörighet till och vilka de ser som sina arbetskamrater; hur ser ansvarsfördelningen ut när det gäller arbetsledning, feedback, kompetensutveckling samt arbetsmiljö?Studien genomfördes på ett bemanningsföretag med verksamhet i bland annat Linköping. Åtta semistrukturerade intervjuer genomfördes.Vid resultatanalysen framkom att det är bemanningsföretaget som till största delen står för de relationsinriktade värdena. Det var personer där som gav feedback och kunde ses som mentorer.
