Bakgrund: Sedan 1990-talet har de stora klädkedjorna tagit allt större marknadsandelar, vilket i sin tur har lett till att klädbranschen blivit mer centraliserad. På grund av detta blir butikschefen, som har huvudansvaret för butiken, mer styrd i sitt arbete. Butikschefen har mål att förhålla sig till samtidigt som han eller hon blir styrd i sina handlingar för att uppnå målet.Syfte: Syftet är att genom intervjuer ge en förståelse för hur butikschefers motivation påverkas av den utformade styrningen och redogöra för vilka motivationsfaktorer butikscheferna finner mest motiverande i sitt arbete.Genomförande: Studien har genomförts genom sex semistrukturerade intervjuer med butikschefer och är i och med det en kvalitativ metod. Detta metodval möjliggör att studera butikscheferna mer på djupet. Intervjuerna har transkriberats och sedan analyserats med hjälp av teoriramen i studien.

The purpose of this paper was to investigate how teachers work to lead and motivate high-performing students, and how these students were defined. The method used was qualitative, more specifically an interview, which was then analyzed with a thematic analysis. Six teachers participated in the survey, and what emerged was that high-performing students were often ambitious, structured and social students. High performing students were also characterized by the fact that they needed challenges, attention and positive feedback on their performances, otherwise they ran a risk of not performing. Structure was also important for the teachers themselves, that they had a goal when teaching and a way of achieving that goal.

Till denna studie har kvalitativ forskning utförts som behandlar en förändringsprocess som en större kommun i Skåne genomgick 2008. Till studien intervjuades två chefer och åtta anställda som var med under förändringsprocessen vilken ledde till en ny förvaltning. Då det är två år sedan förändringen initierades är det delvis de anställdas efterhandskonstruktion av förändringen som belyses utifrån deras upplevelser. Vidare har en ingående litteraturstudie utförts. Studiens resultat visar att det i förändringsprocessen har skapats lärande hos individer och i verksamheterna. De anställda upplever att förvaltningen inte tagit till vara på deras lärande i förändringsprocessen och inte skapat ett system med förutsättning för att skapa synergieffekter och vägar för lärande.

The last ten years two major movies about journalists have been made in Sweden; Sprängaren and Män som hatar kvinnor. This study has looked closer at the heroine Annika Bengtsson and the hero Mikael Blomkvist from these two movies. Since movies do have great influence on how we see the world it is important to find out how these characters are being portrayed. Also, in a time when journalism is about to become a female dominant occupation it is relevant to see how the female journalist compares to the male. It is important to ensure that the films do not give a wrongful picture of male and female journalists.

It is found that the properties of the record years of 1965-1975 is leaking a lot of energy andthese properties are facing a major energy efficiency. From the energy aspect, the facade isafflicted with poor thermal insulation which is a big problem. To address this problem addinginsulation is a good alternative to reduce overall energy consumption of a building. Thewindows on these buildings are also a problem from the energy point of view. Therefore,there are many reasons considered for energy upgrading.

Syfte: Syftet med föreliggande studie är att ta reda på hur lärare i gymnasieskolan (kommunala och fristående) kan resonera kring formativ bedömning, där feedback, elevers motivation och mål med lärande samt elevers självkänsla är centrala faktorer. Syftet är också att undersöka huruvida lärarnas utsagor avspeglar olika sätt att hantera formativ och summativ bedömning, vilka kan ge olika förutsättningar för elevers motivation, självkänsla och prestationer, positivt och/eller negativt. Teori: De teoretiska utgångspunkterna hämtas i tidigare forskning om formativ bedömning, interaktionistisk motivationsteori, Illeris lärandemodell samt Nilholms dilemmaperspektiv. Metod: Det empiriska materialet i studien har genererats med hjälp av kvalitativ forskningsintervju. Lärare inom gymnasieskolan (kommunala och fristående) har intervjuats eftersom de är nyckelpersoner i arbetet med att stimulera och stödja elever i deras lärande.

The purpose of this essay is to study how the local creators of a "master plan" for the swedish city Kristinehamn, the years between 1940 to -43, looked on their planning. It is an analysis of ideas case study. A hypothesis is upheld for the research: that the local physical planning had largely extended ambitions what regards central state control in a way that is similar to planned economy. Questions that are asked include: Was the planning assumed to be a tool for the state to regulate the environment? Can the planning be seen as a mean to control the society in time and space? Titanium has previously been analysed with x-ray fluorescence spectrometry, but as the calibration has previously been performed with two different types of titanium (rutile and metallic titanium), the results has differed. Because of that, this thesis project has been devoted to analyze titanium, to find the best titanium compound for producing standards.The work has been performed using literature studies and many experiments in the laboratories at SECO Tools inFagersta,Sweden.

The aim of this thesis was to study how social workers in social services in several municipalities perceive that they interpret the concept of domestic violence and how they believe they would act when it comes to different types of domestic violence. The thesis has focused on three types of violence; physical, psychological and economical. Seven social workers were interviewed with a thematised interview guide and six vignettes. The theoretical perspectives applied in the analysis were the process of normalization and the continuum of violence. The results showed that the social workers did not interpret domestic violence unanimous, and they had different ideas of how they would act in the vignettes.

The result shows that there was a progression from level to level when it comes to comprehension and the number of words reproduced and that this progression was most noticeable between grades 4 and 5..

This thesis was carried out to give some background information to a report of SLU (Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences) for the Swedish National Rail Administration (Banverket). The requested information was to provide basic data for an environmental impact assessment of the construction of the tunnel through Hallandsås. The aim with the thesis work was to discuss and quantify the leaching of nitrate and the emission of nitrous oxide from the soil at the groundwater level established through the tunnel project. The nitrogen related processes that could be affected were described and discussed. The different areas where a decreased groundwater level can cause changes in the nitrogen processes are the wet and moist areas.

Ledningsfunktionen påverkas av olika faktorer som kan ge inverkan på omvårdnaden. Syftet med litteraturstudien var att belysa faktorer som påverkar sjuksköterskans ledningsfunktion. Studien utfördes som en litteraturstudie.

Seabased Industry AB develops system for extracting electrical energy from ocean waves with a Wave Energy Converter (WEC). The components is bought from subcontractors and then assembled into wave energy converters, buoys and marine substations by Seabased. In the future Seabased will produce more of the components themselves to reduce costs and to have better control over tolerances. The production line will also include the painting of the WECs and substations, which is performed in a painting line.The purpose of this thesis work is to study what is required to build a painting line, regarding the types of stations, transporting types and the space needed. This will result in layouts for the painting line.To receive the necessary information about production theory and corrosion and surface treatment, literature concerning this area has been studied.

With this article we want topresent the differenent obstacles and possibilites that a forensic investigator is presented with in thistype of investigation. We will be comparing different software suites and make use of forensic toolssuch as EnCase.The reader should get some understanding of the methods there are for analyzing one of these devicesand what problems that may occur in the investigation process.The article presents how the investigator can use different methods to gain information such as recentroutes, favourite destinations and other information that may be stored on the device.
