Syftet med undersökning är att studera på vilket sätt tillämpningen av ISO 9001 påverkar kundnöjdheten samt om det innebär, eller om det krävs mer, för att erhålla nöjda samt lojala kunder.Denna studie är utav kvalitativ karaktär och består av intervjuer. Intervjuobjekten var servicemarknadschefer samt kunder hos sex bilverkstäder i Stockholms län. Studien utgörs av en deduktiv ansats.Studiens empiri består av intervjuer med servicemarknadschefen samt fem kunder på respektive verkstad.Slutsatser som kan härledas ur undersökningen är att för att nå hög kundnöjdhet samt erhålla lojala kunder, bör ISO 9001 ses som en standard, vilken kräver utveckling samt anpassning utifrån företagets egen verklighet. Utöver detta är personlighet i form av ett genuint engagemang för den individuella kunden av stor betydelse..

Today?s schools agrees that there are students that are in need of special help in school, but how this help best connects to the students can the schools not agree about.That?s why I in this essay have chosen to look closer at four different compulsory schools and they?re teaching of students requiring special help. I choose to look at two community schools and two open schools.The aim with this essay is to see if the teaching of students in need of special help is different or the same on the four schools. One of the theories that I have used is Haug´s theory about segregated and included integration.In my essay I have used qualitative research interview. I have interviewed one person from each school management.The result shows that it is not the way the schools teach the students that is important, instead the schools see the contacts between families and the school and the personals attitude agents the students as the most important factor when they work with this students..

Voice over IP (VoIP) is a relatively new technology that enables voice calls over data networks.With VoIP it is possible to lower expenses, and increase functionality and flexibility. FromSwedish Armed Forces point of view, the security issue is of great importance, why the focus inthis report is on the security aspect of the two most common open-source VoIP-protocols H.323and SIP, some of the most common attacks, and counter-measures for those attacks.Because of the level of complexity with a network running H.323 or SIP, and the fact that it hasyet to stand the same level of trial as of traditional telephony, a VoIP-system includes manyknown security-issues, and probably at present many unknown security flaws.The conclusion is that it takes great knowledge and insight about a VoIP-network based onH.323 or SIP to make the network satisfyingly safe as it is today, and is therefore perhaps not asuitable solution for the Swedish Armed Forces today for their more sensitive communications..

My purpose with this paper related to my questions was to find out how professionals preeschool teachers working on multilingualism. I also wanted to get answers on how pedagogues in the preeschool may promote multilingual children´s language development, the factors that promote multilingual children´s language development and the role parents have in the language development of multilingual children. I chose to do my study in the form of interviews with professional preeschool teachers and interviewees described including the need for more knowledge of pedagogues around multilingualism. My result based on theoretichal background and the study is that pedagogues should let the children´s all languages esemble together. A factor influencing the multilingual children´s language development is ambient attitudes to multilingualism.

The thesis objective was to study the partnership between the municipality of Gothenburg and three nonprofit organizations concerning the mobile EU-citizens. The study examines how the EU-enlargement affected Sweden and eventually the municipality of Gothenburg, and how Gothenburg responded to the new situation regarding the target group. The thesis contains one case study and the empirical data are based on semi structured interviews with politicians and officials from both the public- and the nonprofit sector. The results were screened with New Institutional Theory, Resource Dependence Theory and Decision Making Theory: Rule Following. The theories were used to locate any type of isomorphism, resource dependence and rule following in the partnership.

Aim: The purpose of this paper is to see if there has been a change over time in the performance and in the spoken word of the Swedish cooking programs. By testing the theory of intimization on the cooking programs I get the opportunity to see if the border between the private and the public have become clearer or more difficult to notice, and if the new language, the informal language as intimization entails, has been used in Swedish cooking programs since the 70s until today, or if there´s ever been a formal language in Swedish programs? Method/Material: I'm using a rhetorical approach that includes a three-step analysis. Analysing the context, means to persuade and performance. The empirical material I intend to analyze is Swedish cooking programs from the 70s until today, 2010.

Nuförtiden är det mycket vanligt att människor och företag använder en hemsida för att synas. Hemsidor kan vara uppbyggda på olika sätt och av olika datorspråk, men de måste i grund och botten köras på en webbserver för att kunna fungera som en webbplats.Det här examenarbete undersöker prestandan för proprietär webbserver och webbserver som är av typen öppen källkod. Webbservrarna prestandatestades på hur väl de klarar av att distribuera olika sorters material som är vanligt förekommande i dagens webbsidor. Resultaten ifrån prestandamätningarna visar att webbservern av typen öppen källkod presterar i regel bättre än de proprietära webbservarna. En litteraturstudie genomfördes även för att se hur funktionaliteten för webbservern av typen öppen källkod kunde utvidgas.

Rapporten är sammanställda studier av hur prefabricerade betongstommar av pelare och balkar montagestagas idag. Stommarna används främst till industri, offentliga samt kommersiella byggnader. Fokus är lagt på de två vanligaste balktyperna raka balkar med I-tvärsnitt samt sadelformade balkar med I-tvärsnitt.Vid montering av pelare- balksystem uppstår lastfall som man inte vill dimensionera elementen för. I takt med att fler och fler informationskanaler flyttas från traditionella, människa-till-människa interaktioner till digitala kanaler ändras också de erfarenheter, färdigheter, kompetenser och tekniska utrustningar som krävs för att ta del av, och deltaga i, informationsflöden. Detta skapar grupper i samhället i form av de som har dessa erfarenhter, färdigheter, kompetenser och utrustningar, och de som inte har något av dessa, detta kallas för den digitala klyftan. Som visas i den här uppsatsen kan den digitala klyftan bestå av en eller flera mindre klyftor. En av den största gruppen människor som står på fel sida av klyftorna är äldre. Det finns olika sätt, metoder och teorier som har postulerats för hur den digitala klyftan kan överbryggas, i den här uppsatsen undersöks hur två olika standarder (WCAG 2.0 och E-delegationens riktlinjer) för tillgängliga webbplatser, och en standard med kompetenser för webbanvändning (The Web Literacy Standard, från The Mozilla Foundation) förhåller sig till gruppen äldre människor.

If P&C Insurance Company faces a challenge when their treasury system needs a new interface to a software as a service application. They need a suggestion for configuration for how the system and the application can work together. The work presented in this report is a suggestion for how you can make business configuration of an IT-based Treasury System in general. The exact configuration for the case received from If is presented as a separate report, found in Appendix A and is called the If-report. The If-report presents the suggested technical set-up of the configuration.

A mobile testing application using Unity was developed to analyse what impact button sizes and button layouts has on the accuracy of touch as well as the time to finish a labyrinth. This was tested on a Nexus 4 phone. 28 users navigated a small object through a labyrinth in which they collect keys to open the door to the exit. Each participant did the test 6 times with different combinations of button size and button layout each time, done in a random order. Hits, misses, completion time, order of button size and order of button layout was collected and then visualized using R.

This essay investigates the relation between ?usage? and ?hearing? of dialectal words and expressions in the Ryukyu islands, Japan, in this case words and expressions from a mix of Ryukyuan and standard Japanese, so called uchinaa-yamatoguchi. A survey was conducted and in the questionnaires the respondents were asked to fill in the degree of usage and hearing of each word and expression, consisting of three alternatives each; use often, use seldom and never used - hear often, hear seldom and never heard.My findings show a stable pattern in the relation between usage and hearing, where the usage is relatively low compared to hearing in almost every case. Among the most frequently used ones, one could find words and expressions connected to food, festivals, type of person, adjectives, adverb and animals etc..
