Maj Syfte                                                  Syftet med denna uppsats är att få en klarare bild av hur fastighetsmäklarbyråers användning av det sociala nätverket Twitter ser ut, vad deras syfte med användningen är och vilken grupp av människor de vänder sig till. Vi vill få svar på om Twitter fungerar som ett hållbart komplement till den allmänna marknadsföringen hos fastighetsmäklarbyråerna. Metod                                                Kvalitativa intervjuer med relevanta personer på fastighetsmäklarbyråer, som idag har konton på Twitter, har genomförts för att kunna undersöka och jämföra befintliga och obefintliga strategier för användning av byråernas Twitter-konton. En analys med programvaran Gephi har utförts där pluginet Retweet Monitor kartlägger spridningen av retweets vid en specifik #hashtag. En kvantitativ enkät med syfte att identifiera fastighetsmäklarbyråernas followers, har också genomförts. Resultat och slutsats                               Denna studie resulterade i att Twitter kan vara ett hållbart komplement till den allmänna marknadsföringen hos fastighetsmäklarbyråer, om kanalen används på rätt sätt.

This Master Thesis is a part of PlymoVent?s business to customer plot, with the aim to investigate how the consumers receive the services that PlymoVent provides. With regard to PlymoVent's business strategy and reference theory, the demands of how to receive and monitor a supply chain for a better customer satisfaction where targeted. The findings refer to poor customer satisfaction due to obscure procedures in problem resolution and discrepancy handling, and vague transportation accuracy..

Requirements for usability and accessibility are available from several agencies, an example is Myndigheten för delaktighet. Through literature studies, I get answer to what are usability and accessibility and the demands that can be set on a public website. In this study of three municipalities you get a glance how local authorities have been working on their web pages and if they fulfill the requirements so that the disabled would consider that the page has good usability and accessibility. In the interviews conducted in one of the municipalities you will receive information how they plan, organize, implement, monitor and develop their websites.

The purpose of this master´s thesis was to investigate the role and function of the annual reports of public libraries: for what purpose are they put together and how are they evaluated and utilised. The study presents different views on the structure and content of library annual reports. Focusing on a specific public library and its municipal administration, the authors identify and describe problems and possibilities regarding the library annual reports. The study also provides a general view of their occurrence, their addressees and the importance attached to them.In a review of current literature on accounting and activity reports the authors place the annual reports of public libraries in a wider context. The study also presents two current models of performance measurement - the Intangible Assets Monitor and the Balanced Scorecard - which were developed in the private sector, and the authors discuss their relevance when applied to public libraries.Data were collected both in interviews and by means of a questionnaire.

This report details the development of an application for personal safety for the Android operating system. Android is a relatively new platform, primarily used on mobile phones.The purpose of the developed application is to give the user the possibility to easily and quickly alert a number of contacts by phone in case of emergencies, and to show the user?s location on a map. This report is a result of a project that been conducted on System Andersson. System Andersson sells and develops MPS-systems for small and medium sized manufacturing companies. System Andersson are today located in the central parts of Jönköping and has about 20 employees. The goal for the project is to develop a new version of Andersson Qwick mps. In modern health care, the quality registry is anexcellent tool to monitor everyday work. Collected data forms a foundation, presented as online reports, from which local work efforts to refine care quality can be performed. All reports are coded manually by specially trained developers. This is a tedious process and hence becomes a bottleneck in the strive for improvement.This thesis evaluates whether an extended way of dealing with reports can fit into the existing work situation, with main focus on the idea of creating custom reports directly within a quality registry. It provides a set of conclusions regarding today's usage of reports as well as the users' general and specific needs within the area.

Thermography is the assesment of the surface temperature of the horses body and it falls into the categori of physiological imaging. Thermography allows us to portray inflammation and changes in sympathetic tone in a graphical manner. The purpose of this study was to review thermography in equine medicine and to evaluate thermography as an aid in the diagnosis of lamness in horses. Thermography has been helpful to identyfy sprains, stress fractures, shin splints and soft tissue, tendon, ligamentous and nerv injuries and to monitor healing processes during rehabilitation. Routine thermography may reveal inflammatory responses prior to clinical signs. In present study thermograpy gave especially valuabel information in two cases. In one horse reduced blood flow in a. saphena due to a thrombosis were visualised and in the other horse bilateral thoracolumbal radiculopati was diagnosed.

Syftet med denna studie var att se effekten och upplevelsen av två månaders sjukgymnastik och informationsöverföring på distans via videokommunikation i realtid för en axelledsopererad patient och dennes slutenvårds- och öppenvårdssjukgymnast. Studien involverade en patient som opererades vid Sunderby sjukhus (SY). Efter utskrivningen genomfördes sjukgymnastik på distans med sjukgymnasten på sjukhuset och patienten i hemmet under två månaders tid. Den teknik som har använts är videokommunikation Integrated System Digital Network (ISDN), (TV-monitor, kamera, mikrofon, belysning och videobandspelare), som kopplats in via det digitala telefonnätverket dels i patientens hem dels på sjukhuset. Resultaten visade att patientens smärta reducerades och att axelrörlighet, funktionsförmåga, muskelstyrka, sömn, hälsorelaterad livskvalitet och tillfredsställelse förbättrades efter operationen och två månaders sjukgymnastik på distans via videokommunikation..

This report discusses developing a software log tool for analysis of industrial processes. The target was to develop software that can help electro Engineers for monitor and fault finding in industrial processes. The tool is called PLS (Process log server), and is developed in Visual Studio.NET Framework 2005. PLS works as a client with Beijer Electronics OPC Server. The program is able to read data from PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), trough the OPC Server.
