I takt med att allt fler konsumenter väljer att handla över nätet ökar tillväxten på e-handeln. Allt fler företag blir verksamma på denna intressanta marknad och konkurrenstrycket blir allt hårdare. Detta sätter press på företagen att tillmötesgå sin målgrupp för att vara konkurrenskraftiga. Det innebär att företag måste förstå hur kundvärde skapas i en onlinemiljö för att kunna tillgodose konsumentens krav och önskemål.

Idag är det vanligt att reklamen du tar del av online är riktad. Genom att använda din personliga information och sökhistorik online kan företag rikta reklam efter din målgrupp. Medvetenheten om att detta sker varierar mycket och beror oftast på utbildning och intresse för området. Denna studie var ämnad att undersöka attityden mot riktad reklam hos målgruppen medieteknikstudenter på Kungliga Tekniska högskolan. Med en utbildning inom medieteknik får dessa studenter en större insikt i relationen mellan människa och medier, vilket kan komma att vara intressant för studien.

Since there are great difficultiesknowing what the politicians mean, this survey tries to discuss different words likesecularism, confessional, non-confessional, and what they mean. This might seemobvious at first but it is relevant when you discuss religion and it´s roll in liberaldemocracies. This survey also tries to show how different interpretation of the textwould lead to different practice because of the lack of an actual consensus.

This essay is about the staff in integrated homes very complex profession and this is illustrated through twelve interviews in five integrated homes for disabled people. The profession changed when the institution closed and especially when the Law of Support and Service (LSS) was introduced in 1994.The purpose of this survey is to study how staff works with LSS intentions in integrated homes for disabled people and to increase the awareness about the structure of power and how this affects the daily life for those who live there.The main objective in this survey is to find out which the differences that lie between LSS intentions and the work that take place in integrated homes for disabled people. This survey tries to illustrate when and why these differences occur. This survey has a multidisciplinary perspective, where three models of disability and theories from Foucault, Sibley and Wendell have been included. The result shows that the staffs work is difficult, full of responsibility and has many facets.

   Purpose: The Essay is written on behalf of a company called ?Uppdragsgivaren?. I have conducted a study and examined the significance and extent of bullying. I will also examine whether any students in grade eight have been victims of bullying during the past year and where bullying was carried out in school X. The second objective is to explore what students think about the concept of "taunting". I have used various theories of researchers to get an understanding of what bullying is, where it occurs, causes, and suggestions for measures. To get an answer on the purpose and issue a quantitative method was used in the form of a survey. Target group for the survey consisted of students from grade eight schools in X which is located in a suburb of Stockholm. Two classes of grade eight in School X carried out the survey during the same day.Results showed that bullying occurs at X school, but that the proportion of boys has been more subjected to bullying than girls. The majority of the students in the both classes believed that most cases of bullying occur in school hallways, playground and cafeteria. It may be one reason why school X does not have guards or other members of staff. The majority of students also considered in the survey that the concept of "taunting" is to call each other by words of ?genitalia". I think that the use of foul language has become common in today's schools.  .

E-handeln är en del av helheten som bidragit till förändringar i konsumenternas beteende; hur de handlar och söker information. Företagen utformar sin strategi utefter detta för att kunna hantera olika moment i köpprocessen. Resultatet av ovan nämnda förändringar är tillkomsten av nya tjänster samt förändringar i användningen av sociala medier och andra marknadsföringskanaler, både från kunders- och företags perspektiv.Sociala medier används idag i stor utsträckning och företag försöker marknadsföra sig genom dessa kanaler för att nå sina befintliga och potentiella kunder. Den typen av marknadsföring uppskattas inte alltid av alla kunder och ställer då krav på företagen att de använder sig av de sociala medierna på ett gynnande vis för alla parter.

The purpose of this investigation is mainly to study if pupils have enough knowledge concerning the water cycle and the life of the plants?, and what kinds of household word they have, to discuss pollution within these areas. I also studied how the pupils? knowledge are holding up against what the course-plans says, since it have come to light by other investigations that knowledge are insufficient within the nature-oriented (No) subject in school.The survey has carried out on 28 pupils in a 5th grade, with help of a questionnaire survey. Their teacher has been interviewed and I have studied their local course-plans and also the pupils? schoolbooks in No.The result of the questionnaire survey indicates that the pupils had insufficient knowledge within the areas of plants? life and pollution, something their teacher had a presentiment about.The conclusion is that they need to go out more often in the nature and see how the plants and the environment are affected by different factors.

The amount of cargo has since the 1970s increased in Sweden and the road traffic accounts for a large part of the transported volume. In Stockholm County the amount of cargo is calculated to be doubled in size from year 2001 to 2020 which means a greater need for transport is required. Much of these transports are being carried out by haulage companies of varying sizes which acts externally as carriers for their customers. All of this despite a greater awareness, laws and demands regarding environmental performance.The trend shows that the haulage industry in Sweden are moving towards fewer but larger haulage companies, which means that the competition is getting tougher for the smaller haulage companies. Smaller haulage companies and research about their competitive strategies is a neglected part of this industry.

Internet grows, so it?s cracking, soon will all IPv4 addresses be allocated and a solution is urgently needed. The new protocol, IPv6 is the solution to this problem. With a size of 128 bits against IPv4s 32 bits gives IPv6 a huge amount of addresses to distribute. The security addition that may be added manually in IPv4 is the standard with the new protocol.

The purpose of this study is to investigate in what extension students experience that computer and videogames affect them. I have chosen to focus on the physical, mental and social affect that this activity might bring them. I have also examined how much time the students spends in front of the computer or the videogame and in which social context they play.The method I have chosen to use is a quantitative opinion poll which I used in three classes of the later junior high and I have also conducted five qualitative interviews.The conclusions I have drawn from this investigation are that computer and videogames affects teenagers both physically and mentally. Physically the affects of playing videogames mostly can be derived to the physical inactivity they expose themselves to. The students themselves did not experienced any positive physical affects from their playing.Amongst the mental affects that stood out the most I recognized the social training that online gaming provided and also the intellectual stimulation that certain games offered the player.

This survey aims to investigate and analyze how six teachers on a high school in Stockholm reflect on pedagogical aspects of problem based learning( PBL). The survey focuses on ana-lyzing how the teachers relate to the benefits and problems of PBL and how they reflect on the students development. The survey was conducted on a high school and the method used for the study was interviews, each taking 30-45 minutes. The outcome of the survey indicates that the teachers sees problem based learning as an alternative to what they define as tradi-tional education regarding its epistemology. They indicate that PBL allows the students to define their own questions, to be carriers of knowledge and to evolve analytic skills in relation to the basegroup.

Ett sätt att utveckla sin online-identitet är att dela personlig information.

Syftet med denna uppsats har varit att beskriva och analysera hur 60-talister samt 90-talister använder sig av Instagram samt hur de ser på online-identitet. De frågeställningar som vi utgått från är: ?Hur liknar samt skiljer sig användandet av Instagram mellan människor födda på 1960-talet mot de födda på 1990-talet??, ?Om och i så fall hur skiljer användarna mellan sin online-identitet och de personer de är i det verkliga livet??, och ?Hur liknar samt skiljer sig skapandet av en online-identitet mellan 1960-talister respektive 1990-talister?? Vi valde att använda oss av semistrukturerade intervjuer. Till teorin valde vi att utgå ifrån ?Youth, identity, and digital media? av David Buckingham, ?Modernitet och självidentitet? av Anthony Giddens, ?Jaget och maskerna? av Erving Goffman, ?Mediekultur, mediesamhälle? av Jostein Gripsrud, ?A networked self? av Zizi Papacharissi samt ?Life on the screen? av Sherry Turkle. Resultatet pekar på att det inte är så stor skillnad i identitetsskapande mellan generationerna, vi såg snarare fler likheter.
