Mobil e-handel och säkerhet ? Idag och i framtiden
Det senaste inom mobilteknologin är de så kallade Smartphones. Med en vanlig webbläsare, som påminner om dem som finns på våra datorer, kan människan nu utföra saker via mobilen som den tidigare inte kunnat göra. I en artikel som IDG har skrivit kan ungefär var femte internetanvändare tänka sig att köpa varor via sin mobiltelefon, enligt Postens E-handelsbarometer Q4 2008. Samma undersökning visar att anledningen till att så få handlar via sina mobiler grundar sig i att mobilens skärm är för liten (35 %), uppkopplingshastigheten är för låg (29 %) och/eller att säkerheten upplevs som dålig (23 %). För att utvecklingen gällande e-handel via mobiler ska komma igång behöver vi ta reda på varför så få människor idag handlar via sina mobiler.

Resultatet är att sociala media erbjuder både positiv och negativ påverkan på internkommunikationen.

Further questions of the study are: How do the young people of the district describe their residential area? How do the youth's react to the news media images of Hovsjö? Has the neighborhood helped to form their identity?Method: In my data collection I have chosen a qualitative approach with observation and semistructured interviews.
Skillnader över Atlanten : En undersökning om två organisationers kommunikationsarbete i USA och i Sverige.
This essay is a case study of how two non-profit organizations, in the same line of business work with external communication and new media such as Internet and social media (Facebook and Twitter).Both these organizations are located in different countries and the purpose of the case study is also to find out if the differences in their work methods in communication depend on organizational or cultural differences. The case study was conducted in the organizations Sverige Amerika Centret in Karlstad, Sweden and The Swedish Council of America in Minneapolis, US. A qualitative approach executed through interviews and a qualitative content analysis of the organizations annual report from 2010. The result of the interviews and the document content analysis shows that there are differences in the way these organizations handle their work with external communications and new media. One of the organizations uses new media more actively in their work with communication and through that channel creates a relationship with its external audiences. The theories that has been used for this case study is Organization communication, Intercultural communication, Public Relations and Organization culture. I have also studied their needs for further education and how it can be addressed in social media, in order to learn how a B2B-company that educates in sales training can meet sales people in social media. It?s an empirical study based on individual interviews with a semi-structured interview template. Respondents were of mixed age, both men and women.

The aim for this master thesis is to create an understanding of the intersubjective processes of how individuals are experimenting with their identities in social media and the consequences for the identity and embodiment. The thesis is completed with the help of discourse analysis and a starting point in four complementary theories. Central to the implementation of the analysis is the concept of diffraction. Therefore the thesis is, which is reflected in the choice of theoretical approaches and methods, critical to many aspects of classical philosophy of science and method. The empirical material is based on interviews.

The result is aimed to give a deeper picture of how gender is represented in media.Material/Method: The method used in this thesis is discourse analysis, applied on twenty articles which contained personal interviews with women and men who have or have had breast or prostate cancer. Ten of the articles contain interviews with women and ten interviews with men. The articles were selected from criteria based on where and when they were published. They were picked from the two largest papers in Sweden, Dagens Nyheter (DN) and Aftonbladet (AF), ten from each paper, of which five were interviews with women and five with men.

In recent years, more and more people have started to live double lives. Blogs, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter have created conditions so that we increasingly live virtual lives on the Internet. The gathering of people in this way entails both risks and opportunities for businesses. This study aims to explain how the phenomenon of social media has affected trade and service companies in a marketing and communication perspective. The idea for the essay came to us after we had observed how different behaviors in companies? concerning social media could vary a lot, and how we felt that this affected our personal view of the brands.

Syfte: Studiens syfte är att presentera en struktur för online-baserade modeföretags visuellakommunikation. Utgångspunkten är den fysiska butikens visual merchandise-strategier, sommodifieras för att skapa en modell anpassad till online-perspektiv.Metod: För att besvara vårt syfte undersöktes hur webbshoppar arbetar med sin visuellakommunikation genom en kvalitativ observationsstudie. Fyra webbshoppar observeradesunder en period på två veckor, vid tre olika tillfällen. Observationen utgick från studiens egenmodell där visual merchandise-strategier från den fysiska butiken kodats till ett onlinesammanhang.Ett observations-schema med öppna frågor arbetades fram för att praktisktkunna genomföra observationen på ett strukturerat sätt. Arbetet med observationen skeddeparallellt med analysen som kunde anpassas och påverka varandra.

Denna uppsats behandlar prissättningen av reklamutrymme på bio. Syftet med uppsatsen är att skapa en djupare förståelse för hur SF Media, vilka är den störta aktören på svensk bioreklammarknad, prissätter reklamutrymmen på bio i praktiken ur ett tjänsteperspektiv. Datahar samlats in genom kvalitativa och semistrukturerade intervjuer med representanter från SF Media. Slutsatserna som dragits är att SF Medias prissättning påverkas av både interna och externa faktorer. SF Media tillämpar en kundbaserad prissättningsstrategi där värdet för kunden styr.

This study intends to examine the impact of a well known debate page in one of Sweden?s biggest newspapers, Dagens Nyheter. We have done this by analysing Ekot, Aktuellt, Göteborgs Posten and Västerbottens-Kuriren to see to what extent they ?take? news from the debate page.The method used was content analysis and to describe some of our thoughts about how we placed the hits in different categories we chose eight of our hits to exemplify.The material from the newspapers, radio and television was examined to discover the potential impact from the debate page.To carry out this study we have mainly used theories about how media get influenced by each other?s news and how they do follow-ups and refer to the original media. Other theories of importance for our study are for example those about what kinds of events that become news and how media influences people?s thoughts about what?s important.One of the most important conclusions we were able to draw after carrying out our study was that the debate page in Dagens Nyheter has quite a small impact on what our chosen media reported on.

This essay casts light on the quantitative aspect of the media representation of foreign news. The purpose of the essay is not only to describe the media representation of the countries of the world, but also to explain the representation out of structures that are mirrored by the mass media. Four hypotheses are stated that are operationalized in the research. These are treating four different factors that are believed to affect the representation, economy, geographical distance, cultural distance and the size of the population. A fifth hypothesis is stating that economy is the most influential of the factors.
