Detta examensarbete har skett i samarbete med Stadsmuseet i Skövde inför en utställning under sommaren och hösten 2013 om staden Skövdes skyddshelgon S:ta Elin. Arbetet innehåller en undersökning om hur en 3D-animerad karaktärs icke-verbala uppförande tillsammans med dess ikonografiska attribut kan fungera engagerande för publiken på ett sätt som stödjer syfte och mål med utställningen. För utställningen var målet att göra besökarna intresserade av vad som ligger bakom legenden. För utvärderingen skapades en prototyp i form av animerad 3D-karaktär som ingick i en kortfilm till utställningen om Elinlegenden. Karaktären Elin var i filmen "stum", i betydelsen att hon inte talade själv, därför var det viktigt att hennes karaktär ändå klarade att uttrycka personlighetsdrag.

Sammanfattning I september 2008 fångades 311 juveniler (unga individer) av arten sill (Clupea harengus) in vid fyra olika områden på den svenska västkusten; Råssö, Hunnebo, Askerö- och Gullmarfjorden. Genetiska, kemiska och morfologiska data (längd och vikt) samlades in i syfte att bestämma vilka populationer de härstammade ifrån. Fångster av sill är så gott som alltid av blandat ursprung eftersom individer bara samlas i de populationer de stammar ifrån vid den tid på året då det är dags för parning (lek). I den här uppsatsen klassificerar jag juvenilerna till tre regioner i vilka populationerna ingår, genom att jämföra de data som samlats in från juvenilerna med motsvarande data i en stor databas över populationer i Nordsjön, Skagerrak, Kattegat och Östersjön samt med ytterligare en population, Risør, som inte ingår i denna databas. Mina egna empiriska undersökningar har varierat mellan olika typer av intervjuer och observationer där jag främst har granskat vad kvinnor finner motiverande, både ur ett generellt och ett ekonomiskt perspektiv. The aim with this study is to investigate how the role of the teacher has changed and how society has influenced the teachers' situation in the 1960s and 2010s, with a focus on teaching in secondary school. Starting in the late 1980s when the concept of profession was introduced to the Swedish teachers, many claim that a deprofessionalization for teachers started at this time. Others say that already in the 1960s, the teachers status in the society started to decrease.The method I have used is a rethorical analysis of articles in Swedish Teacher Union Journals. I have also availed myself of one article in the newspaper and articles in online magazines. The rethorical analysis aims to investigate whether the articles give an enthusiastic or dystopian approach to the teaching role, in a similar way as Thomas Karlsohn have used the concepts..

Abstract The use of electronic media plays an important part in the life of youth and especially Internet and mobile phones are important in the social and cultural networks of youth. The first step of this thesis is to examine the ICT-based activities of upper secondary school students through an online survey. The second step is to examine what didactic implications can be derived from the ICT-based activities in the subject of Swedish. Results from this survey and national and international research show that young people spend the majority of their leisure time on the Internet. The result also shows that media activities displace other school related activities such as traditional reading and writing.

The purpose of this media scientific study is to contribute to a better understanding about how blind people?s empowerment and participation may affect their role in the digital society.Earlier international studies in this area have shown that blind people not only need more knowledge then the seeing population about the computer, but also about the technology behind their tools for using Internet. The results from these studies have also shown that Internet increases the blind people?s independents and that those who use Internet feel more involved in the society.A qualitative method was chosen to study the three most common categories from the earlier studies: knowledge of technology, empowerment and participation. Are there differences in the results compared to our study in Sweden 2014?Interviews with eight blind, experienced computer users have shown that knowledge of technology is essential for their use of Internet and that the Internet increases their empowerment and their participation.
