En utveckling av samverkansformen partnering. Från splittrat begrepp till gemensam modell.
At this point seamen have a lot of tasks of administrative character, beyond the traditional tasks aboard a ship. Due to the new conventions that are formed by IMO, more requirements are added which often lead to time consuming administrative tasks and documentation that should be spent on activities which are contributing to the ships safety. The issue has been observed by IMO that has through BIMCO done a study with the aim to identify and reduce administrative burdens at sea.The primary aim of this study is to find out if safety Officers aboard Swedish ferries consider that SOLAS Chapter III, 8.3 och 19.5 regulations are administrative burdens, restricted to muster lists and documentation of training aboard the ship. The secondary questions to the study are if it is possible to remove, combine or change the documents and how much time can be saved by doing this. The question about timesaving could not be answered, because the values were scattered and could not be used for further investigation. The observed values were accumulated by a survey and the result indicated that safety Officers did not experience the two regulations as administrative burdens.

Det är inte det att jag kan rädda världen - En analys av hur en grupp polisers engagemang formas
The aim of this study was to create an understanding of how a group of community policing Officers engagement are shaped. Previous research argues that there is a police culture which conveys cynicism to the individual police. The research also says that the police adopt a pessimistic view of society, they are isolated and at odds with the rest of society. Furthermore, research has also shown how a narrative can exist that explains the police way of doing things. My contribution to the field is to explore how a narrative can be located, which precedes and shapes the police engagement.

Villkor. En kvalitativ studie om hur enskilda socialsekreterare resonerar kring att villkora det ekonomiska biståndet.
This paper examines how individual social welfare Officers argue about the conditions in foreign aid. The paper is a qualitative interview study there nine social welfare Officers from four local governments have been interviewed. The results are divided into two areas. First, the client's responsibility over their own lives and self-determination. These two areas are then analyzed separately. The analysis assumes an aletisk hermeneutics where the basis for the attribution of the result is Max Weber's vocation ethics and the more recent research about foreign aid.The conclusion of the study was that social workers believe that the client's responsibility for their own self-sufficiency outweighs supply. Financial assistance must be justified in order to be paid regardless of whether this causes rejection of application for financial aid..
