Detta examensarbetes syfte är att belysa hur rättens syn på kvinnan som Offer för sexualbrott har sett ut från tiden för landskapslagar till dagens lagstiftning. Arbetet är skrivet med en traditionell juridisk metod med en rättshistorisk framtoning. Endast kvinnan som Offer för sexualbrott behandlas, trots att lagstiftningen idag är könsneutral. Grunden för den nya sexualbrottslagstiftningen är liksom tidigare att offret skall ha tvingats till samlag eller därmed jämförlig sexuell handling. Detta tvång kan ha utövats genom misshandel eller genom hot om brottslig gärning.

In today's society there are a lot of Offers towards consumers, where they actively have to choose the most appealing Offer. In order for an Offer to be attractive it must add value in line with the customers demand. Also, it requires that the Offer provides a sufficient level of attraction so that the customer selects the particular product/service over another. We have chosen to study how LHC (Linkoping Hockey Club) works with marketing in order to improve the overall customer experience.

Syftet med detta examensarbete är att rikta uppmärksamhet på ett problem som kanske inte är ett stort samhällsproblem, men som likväl är ett problem för dem som drabbas, nämligen de män som utsätts för våld av en kvinna som de lever i en nära relation med. Tanken med detta är naturligtvis att synliggöra dessa män, men också att eventuellt synen på orsaker och framförallt lösningar även för andra grupper som utsätts för våld i nära relationer kan vidgas och på sikt bli mer flexibel. Till en början tar jag upp kvinnors brottslighet i allmänhet och i samband med detta olika teorier om denna. Därefter handlar det lite mer ingående om just våldsbrottslighet i de fall då förövaren är en kvinna. Sedan behandlas våld i nära relationer och i slutet av detta avsnitt lyfter jag fram den kunskap som finns rörande de män som råkar ut för detta våld.

The prevailing food and energy crisis of the world, due to the declining reserves of fossil energy and a never ending rise of consumption, forces us to look into new fields to supply our energy demand. The boom of bio energy is criticized, as food crops are used to provide biodiesel and ethanol and the volumes are ridiculously small to supply world demand. Algae are one of the world?s oldest life forms and exist in many different phyla, providing a great variety to choose from, for different purposes. The aim of this study is to explore if and how library managers market their competence in communication with local politicians. It is also our aim to find a definition of the competence of librarians. The report identifies and describes problems and possibilitieswith marketing of competence to politicians on the basis of one Swedish municipality's library managers. In order to fulfil this aim we have used a literature study on marketing, competence, the political process and the librarian profession. We have alsocarried out an empirical study where we interviewed ten library managers in onemunicipality, seven politicians in the same municipality and ten representatives for central professional organisations mainly in Sweden.The results are that most library managers don't market their competence because they don?t believe in marketing competence.

This essay is a study of the market strategies and situations in the telephone business. Our problem was to examine the telecom companies´ strategies to stay competitive and cope with the new VoIP technology. We chose to do a qualitative study and four telephone interviews were made with Swedish and Dutch companies. We investigated three different categories of companies in the market; industry leaders, cable companies and broadband companies to get a broad view of the market. The theory chapter is based on different strategies that companies have to or can apply to get ahead, stay or survive in a hypercompetition.

The purpose of present study is to describe andanalyze the phenomenon of supportive conversation with elderly living in nursing homes,based on care personnel?s perspective. The study is based on qualitative interviews with thecare personnel working in special housing.

The forgotten group: A study of support for relatives of incarcerated individuals. The daily lives of relatives of an incarcerated individual are affected and changed by the fact that their kin has become incarcerated. This made us want to research what kind of support these individuals are in need of and what kind of support the society is Offering them today. Because of their kins behaviour, these individuals are also often exposed to feelings of shame and stigma. Therefore we have, with Goffmans theory of stigma in mind, looked into how this affects the relatives daily lives.

It has been even more important in the forest sector in recent years to look at the whole chain from suppliers to end users, to improve operations and improve performance and the profits of the company. The research and development have been concentrated on the buyer?s market and product development, probably because this research has capability to give an increased cash flow. But to obtain stability and continuity in the production and selling units, the suppliers should also be investigated. The aim of this thesis is to study a one company's existing suppliers of roundwood and investigate the differences and attitudes they have about the company Offerings.

The private forest owners play a key role in the supply of round wood to the Swedish forest industry. Today it is a keen competition between forest companies about the wood from private forest owners. This work aims at analysing the situation on the market today. It gives Sveaskog purchase department a good view of the forest owners? opinion in general about the existing purchase activities. Mobbning är när någon eller några, vid upprepade tillfällen blir illa behandlad/e psykiskt och/eller fysiskt. Verbal mobbning, är den vanligaste förekommande mobbningsformen på svenska skolor. De två andra formerna av mobbning som man brukar tala om är fysisk och psykisk. Pojkar är de vanligaste förövarna när det gäller fysisk mobbning. Den psykiska mobbningen står främst flickor för.

EW26 is a Bachelor thesis carried out by students, Jessica Blomberg, Sara Danielsson and Mikael Johansson, during the academic year 2010-2011 at the Innovation Engineering Program of Halmstad University. The project was conducted in close cooperation with Ergosafe AB.Ergosafe develops, manufactures and sells electric sliding windows. Due to the company?s current expansion phase they want to increase their product range. The company has identified a need for large windows that moves vertically.

Vi har undersökt samarbetet mellan svensk polismyndighet och frivilliga organisationer i arbetet med människohandelns kvinnliga Offer. Trafficking är världens tredje största orga-niserade brottslighet och är mycket tidskrävande vid utredningar i form av tid, pengar och personal. Bakgrunden till att kvinnor frivilligt lämnar sina hemländer är att det utlovas ar-bete med goda förtjänstmöjligheter i andra länder, då dessa kvinnor oftast lever i social desorgansiation faller de lätt Offer för människohandeln. För att kunna utröna omständighe-terna beträffande samverkan har vi använt oss av års/lägesrapporter från polisen, artiklar, föreläsningar och litteratur. Vi har funnit att ett Eu-projekt, Samverkan mot Trafficking, har tillsatts för att förbättra arbetet mot människohandel där de ideella organisationerna och polismyndigheten har en form av nätverk - Samverkan mot Trafficking.
