SAMMANFATTNING Mycket av rapporteringen kring förskollärares arbetsvillkor består av ?eländesskildringar? (Westin 2003). Därmed är det lätt hänt att personalen positioneras som Offer i sin yrkesutövningsroll. Jag var intresserad av att betrakta människorna som arbetar som förskollärare ur en annan synvinkel; nämligen som aktörer kompetenta nog att påverka sin situation och utföra ett engagerat arbete på arbetsplatsen. Strategierna de använder sig av för att nå dit kan förstås slå fel ? Aronsson, Astvik & Gustafsson (2010) beskriver t.ex.

Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur Sveriges förbud mot köp av sexuella tjänster respektive Danmarks mer tillåtande inställning, upplevs av kvinnor som säljer sex i vardera land. Vi har valt att fokusera på de faktorer som rör risk- och skyddsaspekter, rättigheter - och skyldigheter, rådande attityder i samhället samt hur dessa kan tänkas påverka kvinnornas privatliv. Genom kvalitativa intervjuer med fyra sexsäljande kvinnor och sex professionella på området framkommer det en tydlig distinktion mellan de som säljer sex på gatan och de som säljer sex inomhus. Med hjälp av stigmateorin, empowerment samt ett specifikt synsätt på sexualitet har vi kunnat analysera deras polariserade upplevelser och erfarenheter. Utifrån en tematisk analys framkommer det att kvinnorna i Sverige upplever lagstiftningen som paradoxal i avseende på risk- och skyddsfaktorer.

I intend to examine how teachers interpret the purpose of preschools and the national curriculum and how they handle any problems rising due to the fact that the curriculum is just an instructional document and freely interpreted. Personnel working within the school system have different opinions on how to maintain a functional educational activity. How do they interpret the national curriculum and why? Are there any similarities or differences between different teacher?s views and is it possible to approach this in a constructive way? Is it really possible that personnel working at Swedish preschools are unaware of their purpose or is there another explanation?In this study I have worked according to the qualitative method and have been conducting interviews with the possibility to open follow-up questions with room for interpretation. A total of six people on four different preschools have been interviewed and their answers have been analyzed as a whole.The result from these six interviews shows that there are both differences and similarities in their interpretations of the purpose of the Swedish preschool.

Purpose: The purpose is to present a greater understanding of the progression of innovation capital in a technology transfer and biotech start-up context. The findings Offer technology transfer professionals, entrepreneurs and academia an overall perception and mental framework of the technology transfer practice and the embracement of a promising invention, building upon its hidden value. Methodology: The thesis was conducted using a qualitative case study, executed with the help of interviews, in order to answer the research question: How is an embryo of innovation capital continuously cultivated in a technology transfer and biomedical start-up process? Conclusions: A technology transfer entity provides the means to establish a platform where an entrepreneur can build its own human capital, structural capital, and relationship capital. The forms of capital interact and thus create value, herein considered as innovation capital.

This thesis, titled ?Change, choice and conditions?, is written by Lina Skantze and Bianca Zandén. The study explores the process in which individuals? attempt to end their criminal career, focusing on the interplay between path of life, choices, and conditions. The method is qualitative, and the empirical material consists of interviews with four young adults that all have experience of criminality.

The purpose of this master thesis is to use marketing theory on the library?s activities. The marketing theory used is the 4Ps; product, price, promotion and place, as it's presented by Philip Kotler. Because the library can be seen as a service oriented organization Christian Gronroos theory of marketing in the service industry also has been used. A case study of the public library in Broby was made to illustrate how the public libraries? activities can appear in the light of marketing theory.

År 2009 lade Högsta Domstolen fram två prejudicerande domslut (NJA 2009 s 447 I & II) som har kommit att stärka kraven på bevisvärderingen i våldtäktsmål. Syftet med den här uppsatsen är att undersöka hur målsägande och tilltalad kodas grammatiskt i våldtäktsdomar och att jämföra om den grammatiska kodningen skiljer sig mellan friande och fällande domslut.Undersökningen utgår från den ideationella metafunktionen i den systemisk funktionella grammatiken (Halliday 2004) och analyserar således processtyper, förstadeltagare och agentivitet. Föremål för undersökningen är åtta domslut från Gävle tingsrätt som lagförts mellan 2010?2014. Hälften av domsluten är friande, hälften är fällande.Resultatet visar att målsägande och tilltalad genomgående kodas med olika processtyper vilket får konsekvenser i domslutets gestaltning av parterna.

This Masters thesis is a study of the truck-driver profession and their use of libraries located in gas-stations and restaurants along the highways in Sweden. The reason for this interest is the positive trend that has occurred concerning men without any university education and their reading-habits, that is due to their increased interest in listening to audio books. This challenges the general opinion that this group is not particularly interested in reading literature. Questions posed in this study are: How do the truck-drivers relate to the activity of reading literature, what part does the road-libraries play, and how can the services that the road-libraries Offer be improved according to the truck-drivers. The method used in the study is interviews made by telephone.

The aim of this paper is to examine the capacity for ethical reasoning of Swedish certi-fied auditors in the five largest accounting firms in Stockholm, and also how ethics courses affect the auditors' ability to ethically statement. To calculate the auditors ability to ethical statement, questionnaire has been used. The questionnaire is based on a psychological instrument, the so-called Defining Issues Test. At the beginning of the questionnaire some questions are asked about the ethics courses. From the questionnaire a calculation was made of an average index called p-score (Principled score).

The union organization rate has continuously diminished since the mid 90's. The aim of this essay is to investigate non-members approach to the union. Central questions are what personal experiences the respondents have of the union and how they view the union as a phenomenon. According to previous research the main cause of the great decline in membership to LO are the increased membership fees to the union and the unemployment insurance funds (UIF) in 2007. The increased fee led to a greater accumulated cost for those who were both union- and UIF -members, which had a negative effect on the membership numbers for the union.

Mäklarbranschen har varit omskriven i media de senaste åren och förra året presenterades det nya lagförslaget på en ny fastighetsmäklarlag. I dag finns det ingen lag som reglerar mäklarens skyldighet att uppvisa budgivningslista efter avslutad budgivning. Dock säger det nya lagförslaget: ?En fastighetsmäklare ska vara skyldig att dokumentera budgivningsprocessen och att överlämna dokumentationen till köparen och säljaren när överlåtelseavtalet är slutet, den ska också syfta till att hindra mäklaren att presentera luftbud och därigenom pressa upp priset.? Syftet med uppsatsen är att ta reda på om lagförslaget kommer att resultera i tryggare budgivningar. Vi vill även ta reda på hur mäklarna ställer sig till budgivningsförfarandet i den nya lagen samt om deras förtroende kommer att stiga hos presumtiva köpare.

In today?s history teaching in Sweden, role-play and historical re-enactment receive littleattention. Even though many students find history as a subject boring and irrelevant, verylittle is done to improve the mode of teaching. My theses is that this could be done bypresenting new ways of teaching and at the same time find a way to make more studentsinterested in history. The main aim is to investigate if there are ways to Offer students anexperience of history by carrying out different interactive exercises with a touch of roleplayand historical recreation.

This essay aims to examine managers experiences of control at the workplace within the property sector, and how these experiences differ between female and male managers. This study is a qualitative single case study that intends to Offer a deeper understanding of a unique case and uses an abductive method approach. The essay is based on two main theories, Foucault?s (2003) theory of control and the gender system of Hirdman (1988, 2001) and is supplemented by previous studies of the modern workplace. The study is based on eighteen semi-structured interviews that aims to capture the participants personal experiences regarding control at the modern workplace, and the norms, surveillance, hierarchies, and self-discipline that make up this control.
