Arbetet använder sig av en rättspolitisk metod med fokus på rationalitet, empirism och pragmatism. Slutsatsen som dras i arbetet är att det finns ett tomrum mellan lagstiftarens mål bakom sexualbrotten och medlet för uppnå det genom den konventionella straffrättsprocessen. Tomrummet består dels av att straffrättsprocessen till fullo inte kan omfatta målet, dels att majoriteten av Offer som anmäler våldtäkt idag nekas en rättsprocess, och slutligen att en friande våldtäktsdom ändå kan anses innebära att en konflikt återstår. The purpose of this thesis is to describe the work process and the results of our work with developing a web based auction system for students at Linköpings University. The present options open for students to sell objects within the University is limited to a billboard that doesn?t support bidding. The purpose of this thesis was to illuminate how festivals are building their brand. We aimed to investigate how festivals build their brand equity and how they use their web site as a brand-building tool. In order to understand the brand-building process within festivals, a case study was conducted based on interviews with three respondents from three different festivals. The study has shown that festivals are aware that the brand constitutes an important competitive advantage. They use both online and offline marketing tools in their brand building process.

The harbour in Arvika is closed down and the industry that has been established in the area is now beeing wound up. A deepened comprehensive plan for the area is under progress in the municipality. The intentions are for instance that the harbour should be integrated with the city and that Arvika is facing a lake should be more apparent from the city center. The harbour should also contribute to a more attractive city. These intentions have hence been the starting point of my undergraduate theses, which has resulted in a proposal on how to develop the harbour. During the process I have analysed the city image, how the area is used today and the public places in the city centre.

SammanfattningEftersom det blev förbjudet att köpa sexuella tjänster i Sverige har denna uppsats, med hjälp av diskursanalys, undersökt hur rätten framställer sexköp som fenomen, sexköpare och även säljare av sexuella tjänster. Domar från olika svenska tingsrätter har analyserats, avseende vilka ord som används i framställningen av fenomenet. Socialkonstruktivistiska teorier har använts för att förstå hur konstruktionen sker av kön, prostitution som fenomen och hur Offer samt gärningsman konstrueras. Då prostitution kan sägas vara en del i hur genus konstrueras i samhället idag har dikotomin mellan könen, samt mannen som norm, blivit en central del i uppsatsen. De gråzoner som finns i genuskontraktet kan tänkas utnyttjas av både män och kvinnor, där män låter sig köpa kvinnor, men kvinnor också med mer eller mindre frivillighet låter sig köpas.

The background of this research is that Swedish food products have hard to compete at the home market, depending on imported food products that increase more and more for every year that pass by. The ethic values LRF associate with Swedish food products, many customers have hard to put in relation with condition of foreign agriculture. Most customers today inquire high quality, safety and convenience in the food which they are eating. The source of their food seems to have less meaning. Many restaurants and bigger households appreciate Swedish food products and wants to buy them but price differences against foreign wares are to high. We have done oral interviews with wholesale dealers, restaurants, public purchasers and with different market organisations, there we have discussed buying strategies, the way they see the primary producer, the conscious of guests, choice and attitudes to Swedish and foreign products, distribution of power in the food market chain and to what position and suspension, they want the ranks of suppliers to have. The result shows the share of imported wares within restaurants and bigger households are at a high level and will continuing increasing. Within these sectors the final consumer in many cases put less effort in the origin of the raw source of food.

Frågan som har varit i fokus är: Hur diskuteras våldtäkt och sexuella övergrepp i forskningslitteraturen, ur ett teoretiskt och behandlingsmässigt avseende? Studien har utförts i form av en kunskapsöversikt och bygger på ett urval av svenskspråkig samt internationell forskningslitteratur. Huvudinriktningen har varit att med feministisk och psykodynamisk teori som analysverktyg, diskutera sexuella övergrepp utifrån betydelsen av förövarens identitet och bakgrund, aktuella normer, föreställningar och värderingar i samhället kring förväntningar på förövare och Offer. Arbetet behandlar människohandel för sexuella ändamål av gränsöverskridande karaktär och fokus ligger på lagstiftningen kring offret i processen. Sveriges inställning till människohandel, och i synnerhet till offret, är särskilt intressant med tanke på den nationella lagstiftningen som kriminaliserar sexköp.Internationell och regional rätt presenterar en enhällig definition av människohandel och stadgar vikten av att åtala och skydda. Det finns dock fortfarande ingen internationell, än mindre regional, konsensus om hur människohandelsoffret ska skyddas. I internationell rätt verkar skyddsåtgärder väga lika tungt som åtagandet att åtala, vilket dock inte återspeglas i regional rätt och nationell lagstiftning. Istället skapas en hierarki: åtala och sedan skydda.

Denna fallstudie tar upp enskilda kvinnors upplevelser i samband med mediala diskurser och identitet utifrån deras position som tidigare utsatta för direkt patriarkalt våld. Vissa diskursiva begrepp diskuteras, exempelvis ?Offer?. Centralt för respondenterna är att inte identifiera sig med dessa termer. Våldserfarenheterna har påverkat samtliga respondenter och det präglar hur de förhåller sig till diskursiva termer.
