In Sweden the voluntary socialwork is a complement to the public authorities. The voluntary organisations has become more important considered helping people in different situations of need. The aim of this study has been to examine the voluntary organisations meaning for individuals. The aim was reached through interviews by five guests from different organisations. We have also interviewed two employees from the different organisations to find out if there is any differences in their way of work. This study indicates that the organisations means a lot for the individuals. The social network, something to do during the day, a kind treatment but also the milieu are factors that seems important for the individuals. The organisations even creates a feeling of connection and satisfy other kind of needs. .

The following essay is a study of the theatre-play Min Arm, a translation and performance by Per Lasson for Fria Teatern in Stockholm 2009-2010. Actor, director and playwright Tim Crouch wrote the original script My Arm in English in 2003.With basis in intermedial theory, as defined by Jörgen Bruhn, as well as Hans-Thies Lehmann?s theory on post-dramatic theatre this study investigates the meaning-building processes in Min Arm as a theatrical performance. Concepts of the difference between stage play and performance text are borrowed from and inspired mainly by Eli Rozik?s Generating Theatre Meaning.

I min uppsats diskuterar jag identiteter som situationella. Specifikt problematiserar jag användandet av kategoriseringar som grundar sig på etnicitet. Jag diskuterar även de Offer- och Förövaridentiteter jag kunnat finna i mina informanters berättelser om deras liv och livssituation.Först kommer det inledande kapitel där jag presenterar mitt syfte med uppsatsen och beskriver mina teoretiska utgångspunkter, vilka är; etnicitet, Vi och De andra, maktperspektiv, kategoriseringars konsekvenser, ?hen?, Förövar- och Offeridentitet och subjektskonstruktioner. I det första kapitlet beskriver jag även mina metodiska utgångspunkter och tillvägagångssätt.

Syftet med denna rapport är att belysa och förstå varför det läggs så stor vikt vid brottsoffret under polisutredningen vid våldtäktsmål, samt att ta reda på om det skulle vara möjligt att flytta fokus från brottsoffret. I teorikapitlet har vi förklarat lagrummet kring brottet våldtäkt, skillnaderna mellan olika typer av våldtäkter samt presenterat teorier kring brottsoffer. Vi har intervjuat åklagare, målsägandebiträden, försvarare samt polisutredare. Det resultat vi kommit fram till är att de som blivit offer för en överfallsvåldtäkt där offer och gärningsman är totalt obekanta för varandra inte ifrågasätts under förundersökningen eller under rättegången på samma sätt som de som utsatts för en våldtäkt där offer och gärningsman är bekanta med varandra eller rent av har en relation till varandra. Det fokus som läggs på brottsoffret är nödvändigt och verkar inte vara önskvärt att ändra på i dagsläget, eftersom det är viktigt att alla omständigheter kring brottet utreds för att rättegången ska vara så objektiv som möjligt.

Commercial expropriation occurs when real property is compulsory acquired by a private operator. This phenomenon is relatively new and has been criticized not only because of the rules concerning compensation, but also from the point of view of permissibility.An intervention in the protection of property must fulfill the requirement of important public interest set out in RF 2 kap. 15 § in order for it to be allowed. There is no definition regarding what constitutes an important public interest, the only thing that exist is a non-exhaustive list in the preparatory work. This in turn has led to the creation of a broad discretion when it comes to determining what constitutes important public interests.

Syftet med den aktuella pilotundersökning var att få en djupare förståelse för mäns syn på offerskap genom att studera hur män framställer sig själva som offer för våld och om detta kan förklaras utifrån brottsofferteorier. För att studera detta har jag formulerat följande frågeställning: Hur framställer sig män som blivit utsatta för misshandel som offer i rätten? För att besvara frågeställningen valde jag att använda mig av en kvalitativ metod som bygger på observationer och detta grundar sig i en hos mig konstruktivistisk syn på hur kunskap produceras. Min infallsvinkel var naturalistisk vilket innebär att jag vid rättegångarna intog en dold forskarroll; detta för att inte påverka deltagarna med min närvaro. Jag observerade sex domstolsförhandlingar där brottsrubriceringen var misshandel av normalgraden med en man som misshandlat en annan man.

Nihilism, scepticism of meaning or of concept, constitutive scepticism are other commentators´ different names of the same phenomenon. The philosophy of Wittgenstein accounts for how our words, including the words of mathematics, have no meaning and there are no a priori justified objective facts as to what I mean about a word. We follow the rules blindly and without justification. We are unable to find any facts against this proposal.

The background of this research is that Swedish food products have hard to compete at the home market, depending on imported food products that increase more and more for every year that pass by. The ethic values LRF associate with Swedish food products, many customers have hard to put in relation with condition of foreign agriculture. Most customers today inquire high quality, safety and convenience in the food which they are eating. The source of their food seems to have less meaning. Many restaurants and bigger households appreciate Swedish food products and wants to buy them but price differences against foreign wares are to high. We have done oral interviews with wholesale dealers, restaurants, public purchasers and with different market organisations, there we have discussed buying strategies, the way they see the primary producer, the conscious of guests, choice and attitudes to Swedish and foreign products, distribution of power in the food market chain and to what position and suspension, they want the ranks of suppliers to have. The result shows the share of imported wares within restaurants and bigger households are at a high level and will continuing increasing. Within these sectors the final consumer in many cases put less effort in the origin of the raw source of food.

This paper aims to apply a specific architectural theory onto Lund City Library in order to achieve a better understanding of how the physical concept of the library is affecting our knowledge and our production of meaning; and furthermore how it suggests a certain form of usage. This paper discusses the ways in which architecture is affecting us when we use the library. The paper attempts to answer the following question: ? Which one of Koch?s spatial structures could apply to Lund City Library, and in which ways could this spatial structure be a producer of meaning? The specific architectonical theory used is developed by Daniel Koch in his paper Spatial Systems as Producers of Meaning: the Idea of Knowledge in Three Public Libraries. This theory is the method of the paper as well.

Sexuella övergrepp mot barn begås oftast av män. Det finns indikationer på att kvinnors övergrepp på pojkar inte anses lika allvarliga som mäns övergrepp på flickor och att män är mer negativa i sina bedömningar gentemot offer. I syfte att undersöka hur kön på förövare, offer samt undersökningsdeltagare påverkade skuldbedömning administrerades vinjetter som beskrev att samlag förekommit mellan en 12- åring och en 35- åring, där kön på offer och förövare varierades, till 322 högskolestudenter. I linje med tidigare forskning visade resultaten att manliga förövare bedömdes ha signifikant större skuld i övergreppen än kvinnor. Resultatet antas bero på könsstereotyp påverkan och anatomiska könsskillnader.

In this essay I analyze the meaning of the concepts home and at home and the feeling of coming home. What is a home and what different interpretations are there regarding the concepts of home and being at home? What kinds of feelings are aroused by coming home? The world we live in offers great opportunities to travel, which in itself creates a perspective on the meanings of the concepts. The world we live in also forces people to move from their homes, families and countries due to various reasons, which creates various problems and a certain urgency concerning the concepts. I describe basic terms concerning the concepts, both regarding concrete definitions and more abstract notions, and then compare them with my own reflections.         Based on my writing project Coming home I discuss these questions in various ways.

The purpose of this thesis is to examine a new music downloading service called Musikwebben, which is now available in many Swedish libraries. It focuses on the differences and similarities between this service and illegal music sharing services. The question is raised, whether the appeal of Musikwebben is high enough for it to be able to ?recruit? users from similar, illegal services. To answer this question, a qualitative content analysis is used, to explore various views on what legal downloading services have to offer and how these differ to illegal alternatives.
