Syftet med vår uppsats har varit att undersöka anhöriga till missbrukares upplevelser av stöd och stödinsatser. Studien baseras på kvalitativa intervjuer med fem personer som alla har erfarenheter av att ha levt tillsammans med en person med alkohol- eller narkotikamissbruk. För att förstå våra informanters vardagsverklighet har vi analyserat resultatet utifrån symbolisk interaktionism som är ett perspektiv som syftar till att beskriva en social verklighet med fokus på samspelsprocesser. I vårt resultat har det framkommit att de anhöriga har påverkats och formats på många olika sätt av livet tillsammans med den med missbruksproblematiken. Ett återkommande och centralt begrepp i vårt resultat är begreppet skam som är en stark emotion som har påverkat våra informanter i deras vardagsverkligheter.

The communication of self-service within the ICA-sphere, 1945-1960, points tothe central role of communication in technological change. The study coversthe communication from ICAAB, ICA-Förbundet, AB Köpmannatjänst, threepurchasing centres (Hakon, Essve and Eol) and their respective councils oftrustees. The councils communicated their reservations early on, while theother actors spread knowledge (both economic and practical) of the innovation tothe retailers, and some also to the consumers. The communication of thepurchasing centres and Köpmannatjänst gave greater opportunity for learning,due to higher levels of interaction..

By controlling the strategies on a central level the company can make sure that the stores are steered in the direction that the company wants them to be steered in, and also that they follow the positioning-concept. The company can also devote its efforts to working with its core value, which is service.

Denna studie har till uppgift att undersöka EU:s biståndspolitik samt biståndsflödentill länderna i Mellanöstern och Nordafrika (MENA). Med utgångspunkt i demokrati ochbiståndsforskning ska uppsatsen utreda hur EU som biståndsaktör verkar för endemokratiutveckling i MENA. Syftet besvaras med hjälp av statistiskaundersökningar för att utforska korrelationer mellan EU:s faktiska biståndsflöden ochmottagarländernas offentliga förvaltning. De förklarande variablerna för offentligförvaltning används i enlighet med forskning för att belysa graden av demokrati ochmöjligheten för demokratisk utveckling. Uppsatsens slutsatser visar att EU inte tarhänsyn till graden av god offentlig förvaltning i lika stor utsträckning som teorinmenar att det behövs.

A too large public sector impedes the economic development of Sweden and more privatization could increase the efficiency, quality and diversity of the services offered. It is therefore important that firms operating in traditionally public sectors are given the opportunity to grow. We have through a case study examined two mid-size firms that offer services to, and compete with, the public sector. This thesis aims to describe the growth strategies these firms are using and if competing with the public sector implies any differences in possibilities or barriers when it comes to the firms? growth.

The aim of the current study was to highlight the social service work with domestic violence against women. In this study, we examined whether there was a difference in the way the social service works and if their effort differ in terms of domestic violence. Moreover, this study investigated how social workers work to prevent future violence against victims also what method they use to find out the causes behind men?s violence against women.A total of four administrative officers were interviewed from two different municipalities. All four officers were actively working with questions concerning domestic violence against women.

Hur en människa bor har stor betydelse för livskvaliteten och för möjligheterna att skapa goda levnadsvillkor. Detta är inte minst viktigt för personer med särskilda behov. Lagen om stöd och service till vissa funktionshindrade reglerar rätten till insatser och en av dessa insatser är särskilt boende med stöd och service. Syftet med studien var att undersöka hur två kommuner möter ansökningar om särskilt boende för vuxna funktionshindrade. Genom att utföra kvalitativa intervjuer med kommunernas handikappchefer och LSS-handläggare, representanter för intresseorganisationer för utvecklingsstörda och psykiskt funktionshindrade ville vi få en uppfattning om personer som är insatsberättigade får sina behov tillgodosedda.

Enligt 4 § lag (1994:260) om offentlig anställning ska vid anställning avseende fästas bara vid sakliga grunder, såsom förtjänst och skicklighet och skickligheten ska sättas främst om det inte finns särskilda skäl för annat. Inom ramen för skick­lig­hets­­-begreppet har myndigheterna möjlighet att ta hänsyn till personliga egenskaper som presta­tionsförmåga, yrkes­skicklig­het, ledaregenskaper, samarbetsförmåga m.m. Trots detta finns det en uttalad uppfattning att den personliga lämplighetens faktiska betydelse vid utförandet av tjänst är större än vad som tillåts i samband med att de statliga myndigheterna beslut överklagas. Frågeställningarna i denna uppsats är hur stor betydelse får och kan tillmätas personliga egenskaper vid rekryteringar till myndigheter, samt hur upplever rekryterare vid en statlig myndighet begränsningarna i möjligheterna att tillmäta personliga egenskaper betydelse vid rekrytering och hur hanterar rekryterare vid en statlig myndighet dessa begränsningar? Jag har inför min undersökning anlagt tre perspektiv. Det juridiska perspektivet avgör vad som överhuvudtaget får tillmätas betydelse vid anställ­ning.

No one believes in Åkesson - a comparative study on the evening press and the publicservice reporting on the Swedish Democrats before the 2014 election.The purpose of this essay was to study how Aftonbladet and Ekot reports about the SwedishDemocrats before the election 2014, as well as comparing the two medias and reasoningabout their agendas towards the party. The tabloid, Aftonbladet, is one of the biggestnewspapers in Sweden, which depends on counter sales and commercials. Ekot, which is apart of public service, is state-funded and regulated by certain guidelines. Using aquantitative method we studied 80 articles, and through a qualitative method, six of thearticles were analyzed to reach a deeper understanding. The theories primary used in thisstudy were agenda-setting and framing, to stress the power of media.

The market communication in organisations is vital to manage the competition. Studies have shown the importance of market communication in both private and public organisations.Since the past decade market communication has been acknowledged as an instrument to provide the organisations target group with valid information.This thesis is a study about the differences in market communication between private and public organisations. To manage this we asked ourselves the question:?- What distinguish the market communication in a private respective a public organisation??We have done qualitative interviews to get the best result for our study. We have interviewed both types of organisations and our respondents have leading strategic position in their organisations.Our research highlights important differences between private and public organisations in matter of tactics in market communication.In conclusion the result shows a great difference in how an organization is managing their communicative strategies all depending on if it is a private owned company or a public organisation..

Uppsatsen behandlar den offentliga bronsskulpturen Flicka i balja (2007) av Lena Cronqvist. Skulpturen är placerad i Halmstads till ytan största centrala park, Norre Katts park. Syftet är att undersöka hur receptionen av skulpturen påverkas genom dess placering. Teorier kring offentlig konst, plats, platsspecifik och platslös konst diskuteras. Skulpturens estetiska aspekter undersöks också i relation till den konkreta närmiljön.

The difference between the public sector and the private sector in Sweden was once very small. These sectors have been united as well for the people, the organizations as for the finances. During the 1960´s and 1970´s the public sector in Sweden was expanding and after the 1980´s the people started talking more about an expanding private sector instead. The year of 2007 Hökarängen Hemtjänst Ekonomisk Förening submitted a tender to Äldreförvaltningen about a purchase of the home- help service in Hökarängen and they accept there tender.Exposing public organization for competition can be a good way to make sure that most value for the money is created and that it generates the most cost- effective organizations. The motivation factor is used to describewhat makes people perform more than what is expected of them.The purpose of this study is to describe and explain similarities and differences in working- motivation between those how are members of Hökarängen Hemtjänst Ekonomisk Förening and those how are not.

Omsorgen är en viktig del av den svenska välfärden. Svårigheterna finns i låg status och låga löner, vilket arbetet omfattas av. Detta examensarbete syftar till att undersöka hur personal inom omsorgen av begåvningshandikappade upplever arbetsmotivation och arbetstillfredsställelse. För genomförandet användes en kvalitativ metod. Tio intervjuer med teoretisk koppling till motivationsteorier genomfördes.
