The study is based on interviews with eith people who have suffered from exhaustion but today are recovered. To my aid I have used tree different questions: What part have the social network of family and friends ment to the recovery? What part has the professional relationships with doctors, therapists and curators ment to the recovery? How have you changed your life in order to maintain balance?The interviews pointed out the importance of the social relationships as support, feedback and understanding that the process takes time.

Another aim is to illustrate how this shame can be affected in social interaction with others and by other circumstances. The following questions will be highlighted in this essay: How can shame be experienced by female alcoholics? What can affect shame in interaction with other people, from the view of female alcoholics? What other circumstances can affect the shame, from the view of female alcoholics?This study features interviews with women who have successfully gone through the process of rehabilitation from the illness of alcoholism, have a long going and stable sobriety and arecurrently part of the work force. The study also features interviews with therapists specializing in the field of addiction recovery and have considerable experience in their fieldof working with women suffering from alcoholism.The subject matters shame and stigma form the theoretical/analytical tools for this research.

Den föreliggande studien syftade till att utvärdera behandlingseffekten av den kognitiva beteendeterapin som bedrivs av terapeutkandidater vid psykoterapimottagningen på Karlstads universitet, med fokus på hälsorelaterad livskvalitet. Dessutom ämnade studien undersöka effekter på optimism och symptombild. Upprepad mätning användes och studien innefattade en behandlingsgrupp (n = 21), som erhöll kognitiv beteendeterapi under i genomsnitt 10,7 sessioner och en kontrollgrupp (n = 14), som stod på väntelista i genomsnitt 8,6 veckor.Resultatet av studien antyder en förbättring hos klienterna i behandlingsgruppen avseende delar av hälsorelaterad livskvalitet och optimism samt en minskning av ångestsymptom. Efter närmare 11 terapisessioner förbättrades klienterna i behandlingsgruppen signifikant avseende allmän hälsa (p = 0,028) och uppvisade en signifikant ökning gällande optimism (p = 0,027). Dessutom förbättrades klienterna beträffande flera områden inom psykisk hälsa samt uppvisade en minskning av ångestsymptom.

Personer med funktionsnedsättningar stöter ofta på hinder i den offentliga miljön, till exempel trappor, höga trösklar, dålig skyltning eller belysning. Detta i sin tur påverkar individens förmåga att utföra dagliga aktiviteter och att vara delaktig i samhället. En pilotversion av ett kartläggningsinstrument användes för en bedömning av miljöhinder i ett urval faciliteter i en skånsk kommun. Av de 1215 miljöitems som bedömdes påträffades 298 miljöhinder. Generellt sett visar detta på relativt få miljöhinder vilket kan vara avgörande för tillgänglighet och därmed även påverka aktivitet och delaktighet positivt.

SammanfattningI have looked into the possibilities for culture workers to integrate music in the schools traditional teaching. Through litterateur and interviews it appears that it is a lot of possibilities, but also obstacles. The greatest obstacle seems to be the lack of money, time and research. The possibilities come with an increased understanding between the occupational groups and a good function of coordination. The creative process and its possibilities in the school surroundings, is something that also is under discussion.Jag har undersökt möjligheterna för kulturarbetare att integrera musiken i skolans traditionella undervisning.

Syftet med denna studie var att genom en litteraturöversikt beskriva olika sätt att förändra den fysiska boendemiljön för att främja aktivitetsutförandet i dagliga aktiviteter hos personer med demenssjukdom. Litteratursökningen genomfördes i databaser samt manuellt i referenslistor. Analysen av de 16 valda artiklarna genomfördes med en kvalitativ analysmetod och resultatet presenterades i tre kategorier: ?Att känna igen?, ?Att arrangera? samt ?Att förtydliga?. Resultaten av studien tyder på att en mer hemlik och familjär miljö, arrangemang av rum och föremål så att överblickbarhet medges samt förtydligande av boendemiljön genom till exempel skyltar och färgkontraster främjar aktivitetsutförandet.

När de nationella riktlinjerna för vård och ångesttillstånd utkom 2010, ansågs psykodynamisk terapi sakna evidens och förbisågs nästan helt som metod i offentlig vård. Vad detta inneburit för de offentliganställda dynamiska terapeuterna och deras patienter är okänt. Syftet med studien var att få veta hur psykodynamiska terapeuter upplever sin arbetssituation och om de nationella riktlinjerna som utkom 2010 förändrat arbetet som dynamisk terapeut i offentlig sektor. Som metod användes en kvalitativ intervju med en öppen frågeställning där fem seniora legitimerade terapeuter med minst femton år i yrket deltog. Intervjuerna bearbetades i en med en tematisk analys, vilket resulterade i fyra övergripande teman.

It?s also a big problem in the society, because the most common crimes are drug-related and the consequences lead to high economic costs. In order to overcome an addiction, treatment is often required.

Previous studies have shown that teachers in school are having an insufficientknowledge about the bullying at their own school. These studies are based from pupils point of view at the senior level of the nine-year compulsory school. Based on this literature we became critical and wanted to examine this closer.The purpose of this essay was to find out and to examine how the staff in two different senior level of compulsory school notice, prevent and counteract bullying in their daily line of work. With this essay we hope to get the schools attention and understanding about this existing problem. We have done a qualitative study using qualitative method for collection of data.

The aim of this study was to investigate the emotions among the staff at the group housings when they observe the caretakers expressions of masturbation and how the staff handles these expressions in their daily and long-term work. The theoretical concepts that were used in this study are group housing as a public and private arena, occupational role, relation, humanistic effort, pedagogical effort, empowerment, care ethic and emotions. The concepts are related to each other and constitutes the foundation for the analysis of the empirical data used in this study. A qualitative study was carried out, in forms of half structured interviews with six informants, of which the majority was women. It came to light that the interviewees only had positive feelings for the caretaker?s expressions of masturbation.

There are regulations in sweden that require organizations to manage occupational,  health and safetey (OH&S) issues in a systematic way. The contents of the management system vary depending of the activity of the specific organisation. An accurate management system is crucial in order to assure that rules and regulations are fullfilled. The OHSAS 18001 standard covering OH&S management is intended to provide organizations with the elements of an efficient OH&S management system. The work with this thesis was done at Swemat AB in Härnösand wich is a mechanical industry. In the thesis, the requirements of the OHSAS standard are compared with the current management system.
