The quality of meals is included in the constant improvement of each preschool. The study is carried out on behalf of the City of Malmö and Environmental Management and focuses on this quality work. By compiling a checklist of meal quality and by identifying what the meal quality means for persons working with the meal (managers, cooks, educators and parents), it is our wish that this will be a help in their quality work. To inspire the composition various organizations working methods and ways to manage, evaluate and make use of different models and tools to improve the dining quality, has been studied. In the literature, the work has received confirmation of theories that emerged during the analysis work of what a meal is and how quality can be measured. The results show that food quality is described as a complex concept consisting of different parts, where the food, atmosphere, service, together form the meal quality. The semi-structured interviews and the inquiry form, have given an indication of the preschool work with quality in the meal activities and it shows that on a wide range and large differences.

The question about how the unemployment insurance should be designed is today a veryinteresting topic. At the same time Sören Öman was appointed head of acommission whose obligation was to investigate the initiation of compulsory unemploymentinsurance. In May 2008 Öman delivered a separate report describing how the initiation of theinsurance should be dealt with.

The progress of chronic disorders such as heart failure and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease affects various aspects of life. They have an deep impact on patients´experience of health and wellbeing and their functional qualities and quality of life. Several studies have in an extensive way described heart failure and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in its own domain but few qualitative studies consider coexistence of the disorders from a caring science perspective. The aim was to describe the meaning of living with heart failure and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease from a lifeworld perspective. With a phenomenological and reflecting lifeworld approach it´s possible to describe eight patients daily experiences of living with severe and chronic disorders from their own narratives.

Uppsatsen behandlar två av de gränsdragningsproblem som återfinns i 25 § RevL. Syftet är dels att utreda gränsdragningen mellan verksamhet med naturligt samband och sidoverksamhet, dels gränsdragningen mellan tillåten och otillåten sidoverksamhet. Fokus ligger främst på den senare gränsdragningsproblematiken. Inledningsvis definieras begreppet revisionsverksamhet som spelar en central roll för uppsatsen. Framförallt presenteras hur den legala definitionen påverkar gränsdragningsproblemen.

This essay describes how the author gradually gets a deeper understanding for his profession and the development of his professional skills, attitude and practice. The essay contains two main narratives representing examples from the author´s occupational practice, and through those narratives he tells how his practice alters and develops. These stories are also the basis for considering different aspects on how to get good models for practising a profession when you are a beginner, and how to manage ethical dilemmas. The starting point is when the author in the beginning of his career as a rural pastor is visiting a seriously ill parishioner at a province hospital. The course and the outcome of this call is surprising the young pastor, and the author tries to analyze the background to the outcome and assesses several possible explanations for the result of his call. The narrative is used to examine the attitude, the professional skills and the social and existential context for the author at that time. The patriarchal patterns in the parish are illuminated and questioned. In the second part of the essay the author investigates what will happen when pastoral cure transforms to psychotherapy, and how the author deals with phenomena in the therapeutical process such as idealization and secondary traumatization. On basis of texts written by among others Ingela Josefson, Fredrik Svenaeus, Christian Nilsson and Ulla Ekström von Essen the author seeks explanation for the development of his practical knowledge. With references to philosofers as Plato, Aristotle, H.G.

The aim for this paper has been to examine three textbooks designed for science education in upper secondary school in order to determine whether they convey any specific attitudes regarding what is considered to be ideal knowledge within the field of biology. The main focus has been to investigate if different types of design strategies have been used to emphasize certain values or attitudes and if this proves to be the case, how is this achieved specifically?                      For this purpose I have conducted several different qualitative linguistic analyses of the textbooks. The theoretical framework for the analyses lies within the main field of critical linguistics and more specifically in the context of systemic functional linguistics. The two main language models I have chosen to use for my investigations are functional grammar and multimodal text analysis.                      My results imply amongst other things that by conducting an overall assessment of the headlines in the textbooks a fair assessment can be made of which overall attitudes the books convey.

Denna uppsats är en komparativ studie mellan Sverige och Norge där syftet har varit att utröna hur de båda länderna har valt att reglera frågan kring ?samhällsfarliga konflikter?. Då stridsåtgärder vidtas av parterna på arbetsmarknaden under en tvist kan väsentliga samhällsintressen lida skada. Arbetskonflikterna kan komma att utgöra en fara för liv och hälsa eller orsaka betydande ekonomiska förluster. I uppsatsen har fokus legat på de konflikter som vidtas på den offentliga sektorn då denna verksamhets särskilda beskaffenhet gör att konflikter på ett direkt sätt kan leda till samhällsfara.

Syftet med detta examensarbete var att undersöka om Skellefteå Krafts arbetsmiljöledningsarbete är välfungerande och kan tillämpas i det vardagliga arbetet. Tidigare forskning har visat att positivt och tydligt ledarskap, utvecklad kommunikation, ett gott samarbete, delaktighet, tydliga roller, mål och förväntningar men också möjlighet att utvecklas, administrativt och personligt stöd och en bra fysisk arbetsmiljö leder till en ?frisk arbetsplats?. Arbetets teoretiska bakgrund utgörs av teorier om arbetsmiljö både av fysisk och psykosocial karaktär samt av andra väsentliga faktorer för att uppnå en god arbetsmiljö. Genom triangulering, det vill säga både kvalitativ och kvantitativ metod, har data till arbetet samlats in för att söka svar på frågorna: Hur ser fördelningen ut mellan det fysiska och psykosociala arbetsmiljöarbetet i Skellefteå Krafts system om arbetsmiljöledning? Hur arbetar ledning och medarbetare med den psykosociala arbetsmiljön? Hur tillgänglig är information om den psykosociala arbetsmiljön för medarbetarna vid Skellefteå Kraft? Genom semistrukturerade intervjuer med tio intervjupersoner samt genom en kvantitativ enkätundersökning med 51 respondenter, samtliga tillsvidareanställda vid Skellefteå Kraft, samlades data in.

The aim of this thesis is to, from a feminist point of view, analyse the Universal Decimal Classification UDC, which is an international and widely used classification system. A number of the larger classification systems and subject heading lists have during the last decades been placed in the limelight of various gender studies and the systems treatment of women has been criticized. With this examination of the UDC, I dont merely wish to identify shortcomings and advantages with the UDCs way to treat men and women. The UDC is also used as an example of how the gender problem can be identified and interpretated in classification systems generally. My analysis is performed with a theoretical foundation in feminist science theories about knowledge and norms, together with a linguistic perspective on valuing and emotionally tinged language.

In today?s society computers are getting a much more important role. To get a computer to work as intended it has to be programmed. A computer program is written with programming languages. There is an abundance of programming languages available today and there are many differences and similarities between them. The different languages have their advantages and their disadvantages where some of them are intended for fast performance, some to be cheap on memory usage, and some are developed to be easy to program on. In our thesis we have chosen to compare four of todays most common languages, C, C++, Java and Python.

In classic academic social studies of East Europe, terms as Communism and Post-Communism are commonly used to describe the main characteristics of this geographically imagined area. This paper makes a not so frequently seen attempt to apply Post Colonial Theory for the same field. With start point in Post Colonial theoretical writers, the author wants to find a East European Post Colonial version for the internal Europe which will supply tools for a discourse analysis of the European mind map divided into West and East. The material consists of interviews with three Swedish and three Czech officials, all working with European politics in their country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The analysis is carried out with inspiration of Ernesto Laclaus and Chantal Mouffes Discourse theory.

Genom teorier om att italiens maffiarelaterade verksamhet leder till fördärv av demokratin, har vi kommit fram till att ett flertal demokratiska principer och instanser såsom exempelvis majoritetsprincipen och rättssystemet har tagit skada och urholkats.

Hair care is a hygienic treatment and is supervised by the Local Environment and Public Health Committee in the municipality. According to the Swedish Environmental Code, hairdressers as all practitioners are required to take measurements to protect the environment and public health. In hygienic treatments hazards may arise from inadequate hygiene practice which spread infection. Hazards may also arise from the use of hair care products such as permanent wave solutions, bleaches and hair dyes. Some hair dye components are known to cause contact allergy, mostly in hair dressers who are exposed professionally but also in some cases in consumers.
