Title: Participation and comradeship through artistic creation. This study is about a pedagogical development project carried out in sixth grade classes in order to get peace and order in the classroom and to improve the relationship between pupils. The research question is how the interaction in classroom can be described. The used research methods are observation, diary writing, photographing and questionnaires as well. From a hermeneutical inspired analysis interaction in classroom is in focus.

Studien är en deltagande observation av kommunikativa mönster i matematikundervisning på gymnasiet. Studien har det sociokulturella perspektivet på lärandet som teoretisk utgångspunkt. Materialet som samlades in består av fyra direkt efterföljande matematiklektioner i matematik 1b i en klass som observerats genom deltagande observation. Dessutom har materialet spelats in med videokamera och kompletterats med ljudinspelning, fältanteckningar och en lärarintervju.Studien fokuserar på att synliggöra kommunikativa mönster och deras påverkan på möjligheten för eleverna att kommunicera ett matematiskt innehåll. Analysen utgår från transkriberat material av samtal mellan lärare och elever i plenarundervisning.

Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att undersöka sjuksköterskans preventiva åtgärder för kateterrelaterad urinvägsinfektion. Studien baseras på Goodmans sju steg för systematisk litteraturstudie. Totalt tio vetenskapliga artiklar med varierande kvalitet inkluderades. Artiklarnas söktes fram i databaserna Cinahl och PubMed och kvalitetsgranskades utifrån ett modifierat granskningsprotokoll. Resultatet visar på en minskning av incidensen av kateterrelaterad urinvägs¬infektion vid utförandet av preventiva åtgärder så som; handtvätt och korrekt fästning av kateterslangen, användning av intermittent och silverbelagd kateter, påminnelseprocedurer om onödiga katetrar och kontroll av kateterdurationen.

Location-based planning technique simplifies scheduling by visualizing the schedule efficiently and has many advantages such as might shortened the project period by about 10 - 20 % if the company uses location-based technology, reducing risks in many ways by maintaining production continuity and identify collisions between things etc. Vico Office software has been used for Location based planning technique and in this thesis.The purpose of this thesis work was to demonstrate how location -based planning technology change the scheduling stage in Peab, potentially reducing the project time.

Syftet med föreliggande studie är att testa om det finns en skillnadmellan säkerhet och korrekthet vid observation av en emotionell ochen neutral händelse. Ett annat syfte var att se om säkerhetenpåverkades positivt av bra minnesprestation. Ett experiment utfördesmed ett urval på 43 studenter där undersökningsdeltagarna fick se ettfilmklipp med antingen emotionellt eller neutralt innehåll, därefterintervjuades de angående innehållet i filmklippet och slutligen ombadsde att skatta säkerheten av varje påstående. Resultaten visade attsäkerheten vid korrekta svar var signifikant högre än vid felaktigasvar. Skillnad i säkerhet mellan emotionell och neutral observation varicke-signifikant och kunde antas bero på ett otillräckligt emotionelltinnehåll i filmklippet, eller den trygga experimentmiljön.

Diabetes är idag en vanlig sjukdom både i Sverige och globalt, ca 285 miljoner människor lever med diabetes runtom i världen. Det finns risker för att personer med diabetes utvecklar komplikationer. Dessa kan delas upp i mikro- och makrovaskulära komplikationer. Studiens syfte var att beskriva omvårdnadsåtgärder som kan förebygga komplikationer hos personer med diabetes typ 1 och typ 2. Studien är en litteraturstudie och genom sökningar i databaserna Cinahl och PubMed hittades 9 studier.

The purpose of this qualitative case study is to explain and discover how a Swedish commune works with their external crisis communication during a large crisis. The case study revolved around a simulation exercise with Mjölby commune that was and organized by the company VSL Systems AB. The study addresses the difficulties that arise within the crisis communication, and shows witch factors that are important to consider, when you are responsible for an entire community.Our result shows that the relationship with media could be utilized in a better way and both parties could benefit from cooperation. The commune could have used varied communication channels to create more effective crisis communication which had reached a bigger group of people. This master?s thesis problematizes how students in two Swedish secondary schools think and speak about, and relate to, topics such as gender, class, ethnicity, religion and sex, but also how they move in, make use of, and interact within, the school space. What categorizing and positionings, if any, can be found? Students in two Swedish secondary schools, in a medium sized Swedish town, have been observed (using participant observation) and interviewed (open ended), the material was then examined with intersectional theory. A majority of the ethnic Swedish respondents position ?the religious? as ?superstitious?, ?frightening? and/or ?backwards?, also many of them equated religion with ?muslim/islam?, a greater understanding for the others religious outlook was shown by students with an ethnic background from outside Europe.

This report is a master thesis performed by Adam Lundin at the company Sandvik Coromants production facility in Gimo. The work started in January 2013 and went on for the duration of 20 weeks, which is equivalent to 30 hp. The project was executed at the department GVR10. The scope of the project was to create a base for improvements in the purchasing process of direct material to the production. The background to the project was that the centralized purchasing department has gone through changes and decision was taken to decentralize the purchasing of direct material to Gimo.

Bakgrund: Sjuksköterskan har en central roll i vården av patienter   med smärta och ansvarar för skattning, dokumentation och behandling.   Förekomsten av smärta är ett vanligt problem inom vården. Syfte: Att beskriva hur sjuksköterskan bedömer smärta   hos patienter. Metod: Litteraturöversikt baserad på tio vetenskapliga artiklar. Resultat: Sammanställningen av artiklarna resulterade i fyra teman, sjuksköterskans användning av bedömningsinstrument vid bedömning av smärta,   sjuksköterskan och patientens verbala kommunikation vid bedömning   av smärta, sjuksköterskans observation av patientens och dennes   vitalparametrar vid bedömning av smärta och sjuksköterskan bedömer smärta   genom att ta hjälp från tidigare erfarenhet av liknande situationer. Diskussion: En icke fullgod smärtbedömning kan orsaka ett lidande för patienten och   det är därmed viktigt att sjuksköterskan låter patienten stå i fokus vid smärtbedömningen. .

My purpose in this paper is to study teachers' work in reading and writing in primary school and special school. I want to find out if they use the same methods, strategies and materials to help students learn to read and write. I will find out the answer to my purpose by performing two qualitative observation and two qualitative interviews. Lundberg (2010) is the researcher I relate to during my study. Through observation, I see how teachers work with students in the classroom during a lesson in the Swedish language. During the interviews, I received answers to how teachers work with language, the materials, methods and strategies they use. I found out that teachers use specific strategies when they help their students. They use a work material that is tailored to curriculum in Swedish language and it is based on the phonics method. .

In this essay I analyze the performative aspects relating to Marina Abramovi?'s The Artist Is Present, which took place in spring 2010 at MoMA in New York, from the context of the artist and work, institution and documentation. In this performance work, for the duration of the exhibition, Abramovi? sits completely still opposite another chair where anyone from the audience may sit. The art arises through this participation.

Purpose: The purpose of the study is to find out what mathematical content primary school children encounter in their free options at school.Through observation, the study defines mathematical areas that primary school students encounter in their free options at school. We want the study to show the reader the mathematics that students continuously meet without associating it with regular mathematics as taught in school.A number of mathematical areas have been defined in the analysis of the observations. These areas have subsequently been discussed more thoroughly. Finally, the areas have been arranged in a grid system to clarify the results.In our study, we have discovered that mathematics exists in all the observed situations the students participated in.We believe that observation as a method can give teachers a tool for helping students associate practical actions during their free options with the more theoretical aspects of formal teaching of mathematics. Oestrus in dairy cattle has changed over the last decades, the duration has decreased and the intensity of oestrus has declined. A possible explanation can be their high and increasing milk production. Heifers ability to show oestrus is probably not affected to the same extent. The aim of this study was to estimate and compare oestrus duration and strength in heifers of the Swedish Red and Holstein breeds. Standing oestrus has been the primary oestrus sign during many years.
