On a request from the water sewage plant Gryaab in Gothenburg a power quality survey wasperformed. The voltages and currents have continuously been sampled in the incoming 10 kVsubstation HSP01 from April-August 2008. Power quality measurements were also performedin Gryaabs other 10 kV substation HSP04 fed from HSP01 and at the terminals of theinduction motor IN_PU4040 of 1.3 MW which controls one of the four large inflow pumps tothe plant. The reason for the latter measurement was due to registered negative transients eachtime the motor was connected to the grid. The cause of the transients could be explained by thecoupling in the substation, the ageing of the motor which could result in damage of thebearings or resonance in the motor circuit which amplifies high frequency harmonics.

Syftet med studien är att undersöka vad som har studerats och uppmärksammas om metoden Att skriva sig till läsning samt undersöka lärares åsikter och uppfattningar om metoden och hur de använder datorn i undervisningen. Samt hur pedagoger i spänningsfältet mellan lärare, elev och en specifik metod uppfattar perspektivförskjutningen från läs-och skrivinlärning till skriv-och läsinlärning. Med studien synliggörs en beskrivning av metodens fördelar och nackdelar samt uppfattningar av metodens lämplighet för alla elever. Metoden som användes var kvalitativa intervjuer med lärare och en deltagande observation. Resultatet visade att lärarna var positiva till arbetssättet där de använder datorn som verktyg i läs-och skrivinlärningen.

Syftet med studien var att studera den fysiska inomhusmiljöns betydelse för barns lek ochmeningsskapande i två olika förskolor. Studien utgick från frågeställningarna, hur använderbarnen artefakter i sin lek? samt vilka miljöerbjudande använder barnen i sin lek? Vi använde ossav observation med videokamera som metod för att undersöka detta på två olika förskolor,utifrån två perspektiv. Dessa var det sociokulturella perspektivet och perspektivetmiljöerbjudande, där de centrala begreppen var artefakter och miljöerbjudanden som vi brukadesom analysverktyg.Det som visades utifrån resultatet i det sociokulturella perspektivet var att barnen samspelademed varandra och de artefakter som fanns tillgängliga för att skapa en lek.Med utgångspunkt i perspektivet miljöerbjudande medförde resultatet i att olika lekhandlingarskapades av vad miljön erbjöd barnen samt att barnen sökte upp miljöerbjudanden i sin lek.Barnen samspelade med miljön för att skapa en lek.Slutsatsen av denna studie var att den fysiska inomhusmiljön har betydelse på olika sätt förbarns lek och meningsskapande i förskolan..

Denna studie behandlar ämnet om hur pedagoger arbetar med grupper i klassrummet. Syftetär att kartlägga hur elevgrupper konstrueras och vad lärare fokuserar på när de arbetar medgrupper. Detta undersöktes genom intervjuer samt observationer. Intervjuerna gjordes med ettbekvämlighetsurval. Efter intervjuerna gjordes det observationer i två klasser; enlågstadieklass samt en mellanstadieklass.

De senaste åren har mycket uppmärksamhet riktats mot att allt fler honungsbin dör varje år. Denna utbredda bidöd kan få stora konsekvenser då framställandet av en tredjedel av de livsmedel vi konsumerar är beroende av insektspollinatörer som bin. Detta är en studie om de människor som hjälper till att upprätthålla bibeståndet, nämligen hobbybiodlarna. Biodlingen har studerats genom deltagande observation, personintervjuer och fokusgruppsintervjuer med både etablerade biodlare och deltagare i en nybörjarkurs i biodling. Det insamlade materialet tolkas och analyseras med hjälp av Bourdieus teorier om sociala fält och habitus.

This master thesis investigates the user education. Christine Bruce has presented a theory of information literacy in her research which has resulted in seven different aspects of information literacy. In this study I wanted to investigate what aspects there were and what they looked like in a practical educational situation. The methods used for this study were observation and a questionnaire. I analysed the observations by using Bruces aspects of information literacy to group the observed activities into the different aspects.

Abstract: When playing in teams, communication is important, not just communication with words but also non-verbal communication such as gestures and body languish. The purpose with this study is to see how there is a co-op among communicating players , between leaders and players and to examine what meaning communication and culture got  in a youth team. The ambition with this study was to increase our knowledge about communication and communicationculture in the youth floorball team. This study is qualitative and was inspired by an ethnographical method so we got the information from observations of a youth floorball team, totally we made four observations. The result were analyzed and categorized from our observation papers.

Eftersom internationella undersökningar visar att läsförståelsen sjunker hos svenska elever, var syftet med detta arbete att undersöka hur lärare i årskurs 2 arbetar med läsförståelse. Vi undrade vilka läsförståelsemetoder som används och hur styrdokumenten tolkas. För att få svar på våra frågeställningar har vi tagit hjälp av tidigare forskning och litteratur som behandlar läsförståelse som ämne. Vi har använt oss av kvalitativa undersökningsmetoder, vilket innebär intervju och observation. Resultatet av studien visar att de undervisningsmetoder i läsförståelse som finns idag inte förekommer i renodlad form, samt att lärarna saknar kännedom om dessa. Undervisningsmetoder som vi identifierade under studiens observationstillfällen är en blandning av beprövade undervisningsmetoder i läsförståelse. Resultatet visar även att lärarna inte prioriterar tiden för arbete med läsförståelse.

The Swedish school reflects the society that we have today, a society with many different ethnical and cultural backgrounds. The purpose of this investigation is to study how the school is working with children that recently immigrated to Sweden. What kind of methods are they using at school, to get the best development as possible? Do the teachers manage to be concerned of the students in the school? What kind of reception do these children get in the school? What methods are the teachers using? And are these methods really the best to use to enhance the language and cognitive development of these students?The methods I have been using to examine these questions have been qualitative. I have interviewed three teachers about their everyday work in a multiethnic school south of Stockholm.
