Dessa ärenden är känsliga och personliga men genom att nya tekniker har utvecklats har det blivit möjligt. Nästa steg skulle kunna bli att rösta elektroniskt. Det är även detta som är uppsatsens huvudsyfte, att utreda möjligheten till ett elektroniskt röstningsförfarande och om det är i enlighet med regleringen om de fria, hemliga och direkta valen som stadgas i grundlagen.

This essay deals with the rationale and aims for doing cultural or aesthetic activities and projects in schools, and gives special focus to a specific group of students, attending schools provided at special residential homes for young people (sa?rskilda ungdomshem). These homes receive young people with psychosocial and substance misuse problems and who show tendencies towards criminal behavior. The essay investigates how working with a cultural project in schools at these residential homes is justified and also elucidates how this specific group of students and their problems are constructed in the documents surrounding the project. The essay will further ponder over possible educational and pedagogical consequences of these constructions.The investigation has its theoretical frame work in curriculum theory.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate whether Sweden has the obligation to provide for freedom of conscience in health care. Furthermore, it must be examined, whose rights according to the law will go first, health professionals right to freedom of conscience or the patient right to equal treat-ment.

Studiens syfte är att undersöka hur barnrättsperspektivet utifrån Barnkonventionen uppfattas i förskolan. Frågeställningarna bygger på Barnkonventionens fyra huvudartiklar. Hur uppfattar för-skollärarna att alla barn har samma rättigheter och lika värde? Hur uppfattar förskollärarna att barnets bästa ska komma i främsta rummet vid alla beslut som rör barn? Hur uppfattar förskollärarna barnets rätt att utvecklas? Hur uppfattar förskollärarna barnets rätt att komma till tals? Studien är en kvalitativ studie med en hermeneutisk ansats. Fokusgrupper har använts för att samla in empirin.

Anledningar till det kan vara att undervisningen är för läromedelsstyrd och att undervisningen inte sker utifrån elevernas erfarenheter. Undervisningen behöver ha en verklighetsförankring och språket behöver användas mer till att föra diskussioner kring matematiska problem (Norén, 2010). Syftet med mitt arbete är att få reda på hur flerspråkiga elever, elever i behov av särskilt stöd och elever generellt upplever tre olika typer av undervisning i matematik samt hur dessa exempel underlättar lärandet för dem. Aktionsforskning och fallstudie har genomförts på en skola där eleverna fick göra räknesagor i grupp och sifferuppgifter och textuppgifter enskilt.

This paper aims to explore the phenomenon urban wind energy, its visual effect on built environment and the factors that affect the opinion towards new elements in the city. A place study of the city Gävle serves as a complement to the theoretical part of the paper. The theoretical discussion opens with an account for the technical and economical conditions of urban wind energy. It presents the technical basics, different types of turbines and a discussion occurring wind related techniques in built environment. Today, the knowledge of how the wind moves and acts in the rural landscape is quite good.

Denna studie granskar förvaltningsrättens barnperspektiv i sex domstolsbeslut då ungdomar dömts till tvångsvård enligt 3 § LVU. Studien syftar till att granska om förvaltningsrättens bedömningar är rättsäkra genom att analysera om barnperspektivet beaktas i besluten. Studien syftar även till att studera det tidigare forskningsfältet om tvångsvård av unga för att undersöka vilka effekter tvångsvård kan leda till för den unge. Genom en kritisk diskursanalys har domstolsbesluten analyserats utifrån teorier om makt samt barnkonventionens riktlinjer och föreskrifter. Vidare har tidigare forskning analyserats för att studera tvångsvårdens effekter på ungdomarna.Studien visar att tvångsvård kan leda till negativa effekter för ungdomarna.

The aim of this thesis has been to discuss whether remainders of colonial influences exist within the UN's definition of torture or not. The discussion has been presented from a postcolonial point of view, in dialogue with contemporary power critical theorists. In order to raise awareness of a potential colonial influence, the following questions were intended to be answered:?                                        Are there any reasons, if so ? which ones, to regard the UN's definition of torture as a colonial project? And;?                                        To what extent is the term ?inhumane? limiting for the prohibition against torture from a postcolonial perspective?One of the most central arguments of the chosen theories is that the term ?inhumane? evokes prejudices that a racializing apparatus within the social norms of the UN automatically produces. These prejudices are, according to the theorists, influenced by images of people in non-western and non-secular (especially muslim) societies as more prone to exercise ?violence? and ?cruelty? towards their own citizens as well as towards the population of the world in general.

Today many separated children and youth up to 18 years - children in the sense of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child - flee from war and armed conflicts around the world. Many of them come to Sweden for protection and to apply for asylum.The aim of this study is to examine how the national Swedish news agency Tidningarnas Telegrambyrå - TT - constructs the image of separated children and youth. The main research questions have been: How does TT construct the image of the separated refugee children? The more detailed questions put to examine this main question have been: what are the issues being focused in the reporting and what discourses, voices and sources are let into the journalistic material?The theoretical perspective should be considered as social constructionistic where the basic idea is that the image of the separated child also constructs the way society looks upon them, their rights and their needs, affecting how these children will be welcomed and treated when thay arrive in our society. The empirical study is a qualitative analysis of text, produced in the span 2007- April 20th 2010.

Larmrapporter om hur svenska elever presterar har under senare tid avlöst varandra. I de senaste nationellaoch också internationellt jämförande studierna av elevers skriftspråkliga och matematiska förmåga, har detvisat sig att svenska elever presterar sämre såväl inom "matematikens som svenskans områden". Den internationella OECD-studien PISA visar t.ex. att 17procent av svenska elever i skolår 9 presterar på denlägsta nivån i matematik. Vilka tankar dessa elever har om    matematik i allmänhet och sin egen förmåga i matematik i synnerhet kan nog diskuteras.

Denna uppsats syftar till att redogöra för och analysera internationella alternativ till den svenska avtalslagen. I år (2005) var det 90 år sedan den svenska avtalslagen tillkom. Avtalslagen har under årens lopp kompletterats med rättspraxis och doktrin och har därmed utvecklats i takt med samhällsutvecklingen. 1989 ratificerade Sverige United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, härefter kallad CISG, med undantag för del ?? som utgör den avtalsrättsliga delen.

Efter många års kompromissande kommer ett Europeiskt patent med enhetlig verkan (EU-patent) att införas. Tillsammans med skapandet av en enhetlig domstol, kallad Unified Patent Court (UPC), kommer EU-patentet säkerställa en enhetlig patenträttslig tillämpning i alla deltagande länder. I denna uppsats görs först en genomgång av vad EU-patent respektive patent enligt The European Patent Convention (EPC-patent) innebär och hur tvister hanteras. Sedan förs en diskussion kring skillnaderna och deras påverkan på ett fiktivt företag inom bilsäkerhetsbranschen.EU-patentet kommer materiellt inte särskilja sig i någon större utsträckning från det nuvarande EPC-patentet. De stora skillnaderna kommer istället att vara den förenklade ansökningsprocessen, minskade kostnader och det geografiska skyddsomfånget.
