In order for a building to become listed it needs to be particularly valuable from a cultural and historical standpoint. The listed buildings are protected through a list of regulations that determines which parts of the building can or cannot be changed, what methods and materials should be used for changes and repairs, and how the building should be maintained. These regulations should as far as possible be formulated in agreement with the owner, but a building can become listed against the owners will. To decrease the damage this causes the owner he can in some cases have the right to economical compensation. There is also a possibility for the owner to appeal the listing of the building.

Möbius sequence is a rare condition where affected cranial nervesoften lead to speech deviations due to reduced oral motor functioning. Thisstudy aimed to survey speech deviations, compensatory strategies and selfperceptionof speech in seven people with Möbius sequence, and to linkthese to oral motor function and intelligibility. Additionally, the immediateeffects of smile surgery were investigated in one person. The abovementioneddomains were studied instrumentally, perceptually and throughstructured interviewing. All participants displayed reduced oral motorfunction.

Abstract Arbetet, som är skrivet av Martina Filling och Therese Rasmusson, handlar om synen på lärarens förändrade fostransroll mellan 1946 och 1962. Titeln på arbetet är En förändrad lärarroll och syftet är att undersöka vilka olika perspektiv som existerade i diskussionen om lärarrollens fostransuppdrag mellan 1946 och 1962. För att uppnå ett resultat och dra en slutsats har två tidskrifter använts som källor, vilka publicerades under den tidsperiod undersökningen ämnar undersöka. Utvalda artiklar ur tidskrifterna granskades och sammanfördes till en textanalys. Materialet för textanalysen består av lärartidningarna Skola och samhälle och Svensk lärartidning.

The main purpose of this essay is to investigate the legal position for employers concerning protection against what employees can express about one?s employer in social media.It may regard dissatisfaction concerning employment, tort or so-called whistleblowing. The spread through social media may be comprehensive and thus cause more damage to the employer.Employees within the public sector as well as in the private are protected by the liberty of speech, which is constitutional, even the protection of sources or the right to criticize can offer some protection. This gives the employees the possibility to widely express themselves in private social media as long as it can?t be classified as a violation, which per se is very rare.However, certain differences between the both sectors will be pointed out.There are still no constitutional rights regarding social media, but a grey area has emerged concerning the legal position.

Abstract: The fashion industry is perhaps the most unpredictable one where change occurs very rapidly. In order to be attractive and interesting in this competitive industry, a brand must constantly be up to date and differentiated from other brands to attract the consumers. This has given rise to an increasing growth of brands that cooperate for marketing reasons and more specifically, clothing retailers that perform designer collaborations with exclusive designers to create limited collections.Studies describing the effects of those collaborations on the retailers brands are rare and especially from a consumer perspective. Since H&M has been a pioneer in designer collaborations and has done it more times and for more years than any other retailer we have conducted our study on their case. Our intention was to investigate how the designer collaborations have affected the brand equity and image of H&M, if the collaborations have increased the willingness to pay for H&M's other ranges and if they have affected H&M's ability to extend its brand to higher price segments, through an experimental study.

Det här är en kvalitativ studie som är baserad på intervjuer med två förskollärare, två lärare och en utvecklingssamordnare från skolkontoret som har en förskollärarexamen i grunden och deras syn på förskoleklassens verksamhet. Catecholamines are stress hormones that are produced and released by a rare tumor called pheochromocytoma. This tumor can cause hypertension which if undiagnosed and untreated leads to death. Since good therapy is available, it is important to find the tumor in time. The most common way to diagnose the tumor is measurement of the biochemical markers; catecholamines and their metabolites, methylated catecholamines.After observation that almost all normetanephrine results for women were higher than the upper reference limit and therefore pathological, the accuracy of the present reference intervals was questioned. Therefore new reference intervals for both urinary catecholamines and methylated catecholamines were developed by analysis of 46 samples using HPLC.

Medlare- Är du kompetent, rättrådig samt opartisk?En kvalitativ studie kring lekmannamedlare respektive tjänstemedlareSammanfattningSyftet med uppsatsen var att undersöka tre regionsamordnares erfarenheter av funktionen lekmannamedlare och tjänstemedlare kring deras medlingsuppdrag. Uppsatsens fråge- ställningar var följande: ? Lever lekmannamedlaren respektive tjänstemedlaren upp till begreppen, kompetent, rättrådig samt opartisk? Den tredje frågeställningen är ? Vad är den specifika skillnaden mellan lekmannamedlare respektive tjänstemedlare kring ett medlingsuppdrag? Empirin består av kvalitativa forskningsintervjuer med tre region- samordnare. Dessa ansvarar för olika medlingsverksamheter.

The objective of this study was to contribute with suggestions of nature preservation managements of selected forest objects of high nature values managed by the Swedish state-owned forest company Sveaskog. Many forests with high natural potential are relatively rare today due to modern forestry, where wood production is the main purpose. Sveaskog?s policy is to consider and to priority nature conservation on valuable objects. This assessment includes objects that in the future may develop into nature reserves.

The aim of this study was to describe preferences of geographic direction of ten, oak-living epiphytic lichen species and how they responded to sun exposure, nearby bushes and trees, bark fissure depth and circumference. The frequency of every species was recorded in arcs of ten degrees around the tree at a height of 130 to 180 cm above the ground. An estimation of the amount of every species in every arc was also recorded. To analyse how the distribution of the lichen species responded to the different factors their concentration for every tree was plotted against the four factors. The distribution of Cliostomum corrugatum had a positive response to high sun exposure and a negative response to a thick layer of bushes and trees.
