SAMMANFATTNINGAtt arbeta i svensk hälso- och sjukvård idag innebär att arbeta i en balans mellan stressiga ochstimulerande arbetssituationer. I sjuksköterskors arbetsuppgifter ingår det, utöver dearbetsuppgifter som utförs inom ens verksamhet, att handleda sjuksköterskestudenter.Tidigare studier visar på att handledning kräver mycket tid och energi och kan leda till stresshos personalen. Samtidigt kan handledning vara väldigt givande för personalen då man serstudenten växa i sin yrkesroll och att handledare i och med det kan växa i sin egen yrkesrollsom sjuksköterska. Omvårdnadsprocessen är en central del i sjuksköterskestudentersutbildning och framförallt i verksamhetsförlagd utbildning i termin tre undersjuksköterskeutbildningen. På en akutvårdsavdelning kan patienter som har kort förväntadvårdtid eller patienter som är i behov av extra övervakning eller kontroller vårdas.

Det svenska samhället blir alltmer ett mångkulturellt samhälle med nya krav på sjukvården och dess personal. Sjuksköterskor möter patienter med en annan kulturell bakgrund, kunskap och förståelse. Hur kulturell bakgrund påverkar förväntningar och vårdresultat blir därför viktig. Syftet med studien är att beskriva faktorer som är viktiga för att sjuksköterskor ska kunna ge en god omvårdnad till patienter som är invandrare och vårdas inom den transkulturella vården. Denna studie är en litteraturstudie baserad på 13 vetenskapligt granskade kvalitativa artiklar och en avhandling.

Every year 300 children in Sweden are diagnosed with cancer, but through research and successful clinical work 70 % of the children survive their cancer. Aim: To illuminate nursing care of children with cancer. Method: The study was carried out as a general literature study through systematic review and analyse of 18 scientific articles. Result: The analysis resulted in five themes: Support, play as a psychological assistance, alternatives to alleviation of pain, nutrition and relieving symptoms of fatigue.Conclusion: It is important that the nurse has knowledge about the children and their family?s experiences when dealing with a cancer illness to provide the children with adequate care.

Narrative history has a long tradition in history teaching. But during the decades after the second world war, the attitude to storytelling has been seen with doubt and skepticism. There are many indications in Swedish society and media that the narrative story today stand strong. But is narrative history useful in everyday teaching? It is causing, among other things, a constriction of the bronchial airways, an increase of mucus production and damage to, or erosion of, the epithelial membrane. The symptoms occur intermittently and do, in most cases, evolve during a long period of time. The aim of this essay was to investigate whether there are any nursing routines for feline patients with asthma in animal clinics and animal hospitals in Sweden, and if so, to compare similarities and differences. A literary study of research material also led to a suggestion of how to form a nursing routine for this type of patient.

The purpose of this essay has been to seek understanding of how young people in high school and adult education experience the use of educational media tools in teaching. Examples of questions submitted material has been: What are the positive and negative experiences of ICT in the classroom?The essay is of a qualitative nature, in which five students were interviewed about their experiences of ICT in the school environment. The result is analyzed from a sociocultural perspective and from an inward-student perspective.The results showed that students felt that it was difficult to absorb many of the ICT facilities as sources of knowledge in the school environment. Uppsatsen är ett examensarbete på 22,5 hp, som kom till på uppdrag av SONO inredningar och Tranås skolmöbler och har utförts av Sara Storm, student på Produktdesignprogrammet vid Malmö högskola, under våren 2012. Arbetet behandlar klassrummens ljudmiljö i låg- och mellanstadieskolor samt hur elever sitter i sina stolar. AbstractThis research is about how some swedish teachers in high school choose literature in schools. The purpose is to underline the reasons for how some teachers think about selection, canon, classic and contemporary literature. Two survey methods were used to find the answers, wich consisted of interviews and questionnaires. The letter methods was used to obtain informations about student´s views on literature.Previous research shows that there are different opinions in what kind of literature the pupils should read in school. The results of literature, questionnaires and interviews also showed that the underlying reasons for the choice of literature, varied among those interviewed further forward ofthe students also prefer to read books during lessons, and that they prefer reading books by popular contemporary writers..

Digitala kompetensportföljer ökar i popularitet och deras användningsområde har under de senaste åren ökat. En digital kompetensportfölj kan demonstrera en individs framsteg, prestationer och hjälpa till att visa upp hur väl en student behärskar den kompetensen som krävs inom ett visst yrkesområde. Forskning pekar på att designkompetens och designförmåga är någonting som är svårt att fånga samt förmedla då en stor del av en designers designprocess genomförs inne i huvudet på designern. Jag har genom en kvalitativ studie, intervjuat olika roller gällande deras tankar om hur designkompetens kan utvecklas och synliggöras. Studien resulterade i riktlinjer hur en digital kompetensportfolio kan stödja utveckling och synliggörande av designkompetens..

The purpose of this essay was to find out whether the students, which had moved from the school of Gustaf Adolf to the school of Elineberg, had been integrated into their new environment. We chose to analyze the degree of integration concerning their schoolwork, how they interacted with the students from the new school, the school of Elineberg, and their level of wellbeing in their new school. We have used two methods, surveys and interviews, to be able to obtain the general picture of how the integration of the students has succeeded.Our conclusions are that the student has adapted well in their new school despite many obstacles along the way. Our essay shows that the students get along well with their new school friends during class, but they don´t socialise in their spear time. Although they seem to have accepted the closure of their old school some students express that they wish the school would be reopened.

High heels ? a fashion that has not gone out of style after hundreds of years. Despite their esthetic advantages, high heels become uncomfortable and harmful after repetitive and long term use. With this as a starting point, Huyen Nguyen ? a student at the Innovation Engineering Program at the University of Halmstad ? decided to make a final thesis project. The project goal has been to combine the esthetic advantages of high heels and bring a comfortable solution to the equation.

Kommunikationen och därmed informationsutbytet anses utgöra en central del i vården och behövs för att upprätthålla en gynnsam vårdrelation mellan vårdpersonal och patient. Sjuksköterskan ska bedriva en vård som ska främja hälsa, lindra lidande, förebygga sjukdom och återställa hälsa enligt International Council of Nurses (ICN) etiska kod för sjuksköterskor. Sverige och flera delar av världen blir mer mångkulturellt befolkat och detta medför en förändring i vårdandet av dessa patienter, mot ett mer så kallat transkulturellt vårdande. Språkbarriärer inom vården kan försvåra informationsutbytet mellan patient och vårdgivare. Om informationsutbytet inte fungerar kan det resultera i att samspelet brister mellan patienten och sjuksköterskan.Syftet med arbetet är att belysa språkbarriärer mellan patient och sjuksköterska, vilka faktorer som påverkar dessa och vilka effekter de ger på vården.

Denna rapport handlar om hur jag gått tillväga för att designa ett användargränssnitt för kassaapparater till företaget STAMFORD. Rapporten består av bland annat forskning på struktur vilket är det betydelsefulla i detta arbete. Arbetet består också av användartester och olika designbeslut som har gjorts tillsammans men en annan student, Eli Joseph. Det finns också en första och en andra design med användartest och resultat från båda omgångarna.
