Unga och arbetslösa : En diskursanalys av talet rörande unga arbetslösa
In this paper, I am using a critical discourse analysis a la Fairclough to examin how various actors talk about the group of unemployed youths in the 52 articles from Dagens Nyheter and Svenska Dagbladet. What?s written in media often portrays different ideas that individuals use in social practice. My theoretical points are social constructivism, risk-, expert-, and media society. Four themes crystallized in the analysis; young and unemployed, education, jobbgaratin and youth and labor market.
Sjuksköterskors tillämpning av handhygien : En observationsstudie
En god handhygien är en av de viktigaste faktorerna för att förebygga vårdrelaterade infektioner som senare kan orsaka onödigt lidande hos patienten. För patienten innebär detta försenat tillfrisknande och en förlängd vårdtid. Drygt 10 % av patienterna på Sveriges sjukhus drabbas av vårdrelaterade infektioner och kostnaderna för samhället uppskattades bli 3,7 miljarder kronor under år 2009. Flera studier har tidigare belyst hur viktigt det är med en god handhygien i omvårdnadsarbetet och vilka faktorer som påverkar hygienrutinerna. Syftet blev därför att undersöka sjuksköterskors följsamhet av hygienrutiner vid handtvätt, handdesinfektion samt hur väl användandet av handskar i olika vård- och omvårdnadssituationer efterföljs.
Att upprätta ett konsignationslager ? en best practice
I en mer global och konkurrensutsatt marknad krävs, i allt större utsträckning, att företag väljer att differentiera sig med specifika kundlösningar istället för den enskilda produkten. Genom att, tillsammans med kunden, skapa värde knyter man denna närmare till sig.
Ett konsignationslager är en strategisk lagerlösning för att minska avstånden mellan kund och leverantör samt att minska kedjans totala lagerkostnad.
SCA Timber har begränsad erfarenhet kring konsignationslager. Av den anledningen har det funnits oklarheter kring hur arbetet bör organiseras.
Syftet med studien är att ta fram en best practice för hur SCA Timber ska arbeta med upprättandet av framtida konsignationslager.
Studien är en multipel fallstudie av fyra verksamheter inom SCA och baseras på kvalitativa, semistrukturerade intervjuer med respondenter som varit inblandade i upprättandet av konsignationslager. Det empiriska materialet består av fjorton intervjuer. Studien utgår ifrån ett teoretiskt ramverk bestående av teorier kring projekt, kritiska framgångsfaktorer i projekt och skapandet av nyttjandevärde.
Corporate Social Responsibility ? ett samtidsfenomen : Uttryck, intryck och avtryck
CSR is a far reaching concept and practice, whose popularity and diffusion has increased rapidly in recent years. Research indicates that CSR has made an evolutionary journey from primarily being characterized by reactiveness to develop into a risk minimizing and proactive competitive advantage and should be looked upon as an answer to heightened societal pressure and awareness. Based on a review regarding different relevant theoretical perspectives, this master thesis discusses CSR as a concept and practical matter in relation to various strategically chosen representatives of a selection of professions.Moreover, the data were collected through in-depth semi structured interviews. The findings show that CSR is a contemporary and highly context dependent phenomenon whose inherent multiplicity brings a distinct aspect of uncertainty to it, in terms of both meaning and practice. And in some parts there is a reluctance to communicate CSR due to a fear of missing out of important aspects.
Att bevittna,benämna och baka en kaka : En studie av uppfattningar om gott kollegialt samspel, ur några undersköterskors perspektiv
Denna kvalitativa studie har med utgångspunkt i det sociokulturella perspektivet undersökt fenomenet samspel mellan kollegor. Studiens syfte var att undersöka uppfattningar om gott kollegialt samspel, utifrån några undersköterskors perspektiv, och urvalsgruppen bestod av sju yrkesverksamma undersköterskor från fem olika arbetsplatser. För att genomföra studien användes en fenomenologisk ansats och metoden fokusgruppssamtal och empirin analyserades tematiskt. Studiens resultat utgjordes av fem gemensamma teman, som kallades samspelsnycklar: Att investera och se varandra i arbetet, Att sträva efter att vara ett lag, Att arbeta utifrån tillit och jämlika samspelsvillkor, Att kunna förmedla och variera arbetsattityd, Att kunna ge och be om hjälp med respekt. Resultatet analyserades med begrepp från Wengers teori Communities of practice och genom det framkom att uppfattningar om ett gott kollegialt samspel i omvårdnadspraktiken kan sägas innehålla samma grundfaktorer som utgör en etablering och utveckling av en praktikgemenskap.
Sjuksköterskors erfarenheter av möten med patienter från olika kulturer : En litteraturbaserad studie
Background: Sweden is one of many countries which have a long history of immigration during the past decades. Each yearSweden receives numerous immigrants from different parts of the world, which has madeSweden to a multi-culture country.Aim: The aim was to describe nurses? experiences of encounters with patients from different cultures.Method: A literature-based study based on qualitative research, nine scientific articles were performed.Result: The analysis of the data resulted in four themes such as; insufficient communication, family members as a link to the patient, unfamiliar situation, and attentive to the patients? vulnerability with seven subthemes.Conclusion: For a well functioning encounter between nurse and patient from different cultures, a prerequisite is that the nurses establish a relationship based on good communication with the patient and relatives. This can prevent inequality, suffering based on lack of nursing, violation and misunderstandings..
ELITSTYRKELYFTARES VISUALISERINGSUPPLEVELSER OCH AVSIKTLIG TRÄNING
Imagery is an individual and cognitive process (Morris, Spittle, & Watt, 2005). This study has therefore qualitatively examined following objectives: (1) elite powerlifters imagery experiences and (2) if elite powerlifters use imagery deliberately. Five elite powerlifters participated in the study (3 men, 2 women), they were 21-37 years old (M = 27.6; SD = 6.1). The Individual Profile of Imagery Experiences in Sport (IPIES; Weibull, 2008b) was modified and used to meet the objectives for the study. Imagery was used by all elite powerlifters.

The leadership within healthcare is a constantly discussed subject. The discussion today is evolving around the physicians' lack of strive towards becoming managers within healthcare organizations. Furthermore the leadership that the nurse practice when becoming manager is on the other hand not discussed. The purpose of this study is to describe important factors of the leadership the nurse practice upon physicians in a healthcare organization as well as to explain why that is. To fulfill this purpose, we have used a qualitative case study research design including a private Swedish healthcare company.

Detta arbete undersöker hur företagare praktiskt kan optimera sina marknadsföringssatsningar i sociala medier. Aim: To evaluate nurse student?s apprehension of an interprofessional seminar as part of training. Method: A descriptive, qualitative study built on the analysis of 43 questionnaires and one group interview with nurse student?s who participated in the seminar. For the analysis of the collected material we used the method of analysis of contents as described by Graneheim and Lundman.

Florence Nightingale focused her attention on preventing cross infections by using good hygiene and as a nurse that is one of your more important tasks. Nurses have guidelines for how hygiene should be implemented in practice. The aim of this study is to investigate factors that influence nurses´ compliance to guidelines regarding hygiene.
Muslim i ett icke-muslimskt samhälle : En kvalitativ studie med fokus på fem muslimer som flyttat till Sverige från Turkiet
The purpose of this study is to examine whether religious behavior or religious identity changes when a person with Muslim background moves to a Christian country and also very secular such as Sweden. I have interviewed five people with Muslim background that have moved from Turkey to Sweden. In this study I have applied Anthony Giddens and Thomas Ziehe's theories about building up an identity but also Nader Ahmadis theory of migration and identity.The results of this study show that there is a change in the practice of religion but also that this differs between these five people who came from the same country. Nevertheless, a change in the practice of religion can on one hand be as a result of modernity and on the other hand, exclusion of family. It also proves that it is not possible to draw general conclusions on this issue instead it should be looked at from an individual perspective..

Our surrounding world is constantly changing and to be able to keep up with the fast pace of change organizations need to be prepared to transform as well. If there is a need for an organization to undergo a change process, the people constituting the organization also need to be prepared to change their behavior. In order for the change process to turn out successful, it is of the utmost importance that all employees are given the chance to take part in the process. The challenge for leaders during a change process is, therefore, to ensure that their employees actively get involved.The purpose of this study is to apply Human Resource (HR) theories on to an organization in order to critically review how leaders in practice, can involve their employees, on the basis of a change process.The study is a qualitative case study, the empirical material has been collected at Falkenbergs Sparbank with the help of one unstructured interview with an employee at the marketing department and four semi structured interviews with the office managers.Relationship oriented leadership is beneficial to use during change since it advocates an open relationship between co-workers and exchange of information and knowledge. Relationship oriented leadership is considered to be a good leadership style if organizations wants to turn Human Resource theories in to practice.
