BakgrundAllergi och annan överkänslighet är vanliga kroniska sjukdomar. Målet med omvårdnaden vid allergi och annan överkänslighet är att individen i görligaste mån skall kunna leva det liv som han/hon vill. Det är oftast ett livslångt lärande och den som utför omvårdnaden måste kunna se patientens sårbarhet, måste lära känna patienten, samt vilja, kunna och ha en möjlighet att hjälpa patienten.SyfteSyftet med uppsatsen var att belysa faktorer som patienter anser påverkar omvårdnaden. Ett annat syfte var att relatera resultatet av litteraturöversikten till förhållanden vid astma- och allergimottagningar i öppenvård.MetodLitteraturöversikten bygger på en sammanställning av 12 vetenskapliga artiklar. Litteratursökning gjordes i databaserna PubMed och CINAHL.ResultatGod omvårdnad karakteriseras av att patienten kan delta i och vara aktiv i omvårdnaden.

Stakeholders and objectives are important factors for a balanced control. This is due to the fact that many different stakeholders often leads to the creation of conflicting objectives. Numerous and unclear objectives lead to both conflict and uncertainty. The organization?s structure and culture are other factors that also influence.

It is important that children develop their communicating skills to be able to interact withother persons in different social contexts. Without the necessary skills, the child will struggleto understand others, as well as to be understood. My qualitative research takes place in a preschoolclass at a primary school in Stockholm, where I from a sociocultural perspective onteaching and learning aim to clarify how the students? ability to develop their linguisticperformance and their communicative competence is stimulated within this primary preschool?seducational framework. Empirical data was collected both through observations ofthe daily activities in the pre-school class as well as through interviews of three employedteachers.My research indicates that the educational framework in this pre-school class is structured tocomply with the official Swedish Curriculum, Lpo.

Detta är en kvalitativ studie som genom applicerandet av ett genusperspektiv och ett diskursanalytiskt analyssätt ämnat belysa olika diskurser som finns i sjuksköterskors tal om anorexi. Bakgrund: Anorexia Nervosa utgör en av de vanligaste formerna av ätstörningar. Bakomliggande orsaksförklaringar saknas dock fortfarande och inga säkra svar finns heller på varför kvinnor är så överrepresenterade bland de som drabbas. Teoretiserandet ur ett genusperspektiv erbjuder nya förståelsemodeller men är eftersatt inom omvårdnadsforskningen. Syfte: Att belysa och identifiera hur anorexi konstrueras med hjälp av olika diskurser i sjuksköterskors tal om anorexi.

Bakgrund: Årligen drabbas 12000 individer av afasi i Sverige. Det är ett stort samhällsproblem. Sannolikheten att som sjuksköterska stöta på dessa individer är därmed stor. Sjuksköterskor är i behov av mer kunskap om de kommunikationsmöjligheter som finns för att kunna främja hälsa hos individer med afasi. Syfte: Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att belysa vilka möjligheter individer med afasi har till kommunikation.

The purpose of this essay is to do a narratological analysis of Utvandrarna by Vilhelm Moberg to see how the form affects the theme of freedom and liberation. I used narratology as the method of analysis and my questions for the text regards the significance of the narrator, the use of focalization, the powers, helpers and opponents, the locations and spaces, and how these aspects affect the theme. In my analysis of the novel I found that the narration took place in three levels. This gave the story different perspectives of the theme; an outer perspective, a semi-distant perspective and a more personal perspective. The focalization of the main characters creates sympathies, and the focalization of non-main characters gives the reader an outer perspective on the characters.

This essay studies the funnel-beaker ceramic in connection with the megalith graves in South Scandinavia. In my work I have described the nature of ceramics and looked on the crockery types and ornamentation and then discussed the use of the material in a ritual perspective. In the first part I have focused on the critical aspects you have to think about when you do a study like this one. In the second part of this essay I have done a case study, with the ceramic material, in three passages graves in the area of Falbygden, Western Sweden and studied the ceramic material and the nature of it in South Scandinavia as well. Then in the third I discussed the potential use, there is two, of the ceramic material in general of South Scandinavia and looked at it in a ritual perspective..

Abstrakt Bakgrund: Typ 2 diabetes är en livsstilssjukdom som ökar både i Sverige och globalt. Egenvården är en viktig del i behandlingen av sjukdomen och är en livslång uppgift. Sjuksköterskan har en viktig roll i att, genom stöd, undervisning och vägledning, motivera och stärka personens egenvårdskapacitet. För att bättre förstå personens behov i egenvården är det betydelsefullt att sjuksköterskan får ta del av personers erfarenheter av egenvård vid typ 2 diabetes. Syfte: Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att belysa personers erfarenheter av egenvård vid typ 2 diabetes.

Numerous studies have showed that Swedish municipalities are responsible for several of the activities that concern children and their rights, e.g. school and health care. Furthermore, the Convention of the Rights of the Child is an international agreement that Sweden has signed and ratified which also implies the obligations that Swedish municipalities have. This dissertation is about children in a district in Malmö, Sweden that is called Rosengård. This district is known for its high amount of immigrants and foreigners and all the children interviewed for the study are foreigners.We wanted to bring out their story, how they experience the cultures they are in touch with, the Swedish culture that they live in and their foreign culture that they experience at home with their parents. How do these children socialize into the Swedish culture while living in a district that is hardly exposed to it? We have been working from a different perspective, this due to the fact that we have both grown up in Rosengård and are still currently living here. Therefore our perspective is more from the inside, we can relate to the children?s stories and we can tell about it in a way that seems more natural.These children are not more different than other children, they have the same interests and hobbies as is considered to be ?fashionable? in youth culture today.

In school, pupils learn to critically relate to sources of various texts. In the course of time they also learn how to make references and cite properly. Yet, alarming reports show increasing cheating and plagiarism in colleges and universities. Plagiarism prevention services are used today in Swedish high schools. We are questioning how this relates to the sociocultural perspective and curriculum view of imitation as a natural part of the learning process, communication and language.Material from depth interviews, with four teachers in the school subject Swedish about their theoretical and practical approach to students' writing process and writing development are used to deal with the issues of this thesis.

The aim of this master?s thesis is to identify differences and similarities, regarding security, in two goods terminals in an organisation in the transport and goods sector. In this thesis we use Cultural Theory as an analytical instrument to investigate organizational culture, as seen from a security perspective. Cultural Theory is a theory seen from two perspectives, the stable perspective and the mobile perspective. These two perspectives concentrate on different research areas.

Bakgrund: Relationen mellan sjuksköterska och patient har genomgått stora förändringar. Från att patienten tidigare sågs som ett objekt utan egna resurser, till att idag ses ur ett holistiskt perspektiv, som en individ med styrkor, tillgångar och som är expert på sin egen person. Begreppet patientdelaktighet uppmärksammades år 1978 av World Health Organization i  Alma-Ata deklarationen och har sedan dess fått större utrymme i vården. Patienters lagliga rätt till delaktighet i sin vård är idag omfattande och det är vårdpersonalens skyldighet att informera och involvera sina patienter. Patienter idag ställer allt högre krav på sjukvården och det är en utmaning för sjuksköterskor att kunna förhålla sig till dessa.Syfte: Syftet var att belysa faktorer som påverkar patienters delaktighet i sin vård.Metod: En litteraturstudie baserad på elva vetenskapliga artiklar analyserade med induktiv ansats.Resultat: Författarna fann elva underteman som påverkade patienters upplevelse av delaktighet i sin vård.
