Bakgrund: Den psykiska ohälsan ökar hos barn och unga. De ökade psykiska besvären hos elever kan knytas till den individualisering som är en del av den moderna utvecklingen. Att så tidigt som möjligt upptäcka och behandla psykisk ohälsa är angeläget. Skolsköterskan är central för skolhälsovården då hon är tillgänglig i elevernas vardagsmiljö.Syfte. Att belysa skolsköterskans upplevelse av psykisk ohälsa hos elever.Metod: Som metod valdes semistrukturerad intervju.

As the population of senior citizens increase, various housing options are required for an increasing competitive environment within elderly care. This study addresses the concept of profile housing for the elderly by outlining its definition and providing options for the different kinds of housing options available within the municipalities of Stockholm and Solna. The study reveals that these locations have different definitions of what constitutes a profile home. Based on this, should one assume there are further definitions to cover additional municipalities?     This study also touches upon how a group of senior citizens would perceive their living conditions if relocated into such housing. Members of the group have also expressed that they would like to go about their daily activities as they have prior to being relocated. They want health professionals to enable and encourage participation in various daily activities..

Frågeställningar: Hur påverkas kundens förtroende till AA Logistik Västerås av AA Logistik Västerås CSR-arbete?Hur påverkas kundens förtroende till AA Logistik Västerås av kundens förväntningar på AA Logistik Västerås CSR-arbete?Syfte: Syftet med studien är att beskriva hur kundens förtroende till sin transportleverantör påverkas av leverantörens CSR-arbete, samt hur förtroendet påverkas av kundens förväntningar på leverantörens CSR-arbete.Slutsats: Studien visar att transportleverantörens CSR-arbete påverkar kundens förtroende för leverantören positivt. I två av de undersökta kundrelationerna finns det inte några upplevda brister angående någon av komponenterna delade värderingar, kommunikation och opportunistiskt beteende. I den tredje kundrelationen finns mindre brister angående komponenterna kommunikation och opportunistiskt beteende, men de är förknippade med en så liten del av relationen att det inte har någon större betydelse för hur det påverkar förtroendet från kund till leverantör. Att en stor majoritet av förväntningarna hos kunderna har uppfyllts gällande CSR-arbetet, styrker påståendet om att CSR-arbetet påverkar förtroendet positivt ytterligare..

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this thesis has been to increase the knowledge about the life situation for next of kin who are caring for the elderly and mentally disabled. Also, the impact of ?supportive actions? on the quality of life for the next of kin has been assessed. This study tried to answer the following questions:? How do next of kin perceive their every day life.? Do supportive actions lead to a better situation in your every day life.? The aim of this thesis is to better understand branding work in government agencies. What can systematic branding work result in, in a government agency, besides a strong brand in itself? Can it contribute to the democratic mission that government agencies have?Based on background information on government agencies, their mission in terms of communication, their particular characteristics in relation to the private sector; brands and how they are developed; as well as theories in organizational communication, and research on the possibilities and risks of branding work in the public sector, a qualitative case study on the Swedish Patent and Registration Office (PRV) was carried out.The case study consists of a study of PRV?s brand platform, their website as well as an interview with the person responsible for developing the platform. The information gathered during the case study indicates that PRV?s brand work seems to have resulted in a number of positive outcomes.

Background: Parents attitudes about illness and health reflects on their children. When the child has acute pain the parents often reacts with fear and confusion. The demands on the parenting role increase and therefore it´s important that the nurse show consideration for the parents experience and practise family nursing. Aim: The aim of this study was to illuminate parents experiences in connection with their child´s acute pain in a caregiving situation. Method: This literature study is based on ten scientific articles.

Syfte: Syftet var att undersöka hur personer med diagnostiserad cancersjukdom upplever kontinuitet, delaktighet och tillit i samband med vård och behandling. Metod: En kvalitativ studiedesign användes och bekvämlighetsurval användes som urvalstyp. I urvalet ingick patienter diagnostiserade med cancersjukdom behandlade vid en onkologisk dagvårdsavdelning eller en onkologisk vårdavdelning. Inklusionskriterier var att patienten talade svenska flytande och var över 18 år. Patienter i livets slutskede samt med sjukdom som innebar en kognitiv nedsättning exkluderades.

The use of coaching is fairly up to date in the business world although it?s relatively new.Despite this, there?s a lack of clarity about what coaching is and what it signifies. Our point ishowever not to define coaching. Based on the normative coaching literature, the purpose is,from a critical discourse analysis to explore the power relations that affect the coach andcoached in their relation to each other, so as to be able to criticize managerial coachingrelationship as presented in the literature. This will contribute to enabling for a more opendiscourse.The theoretical image of managerial coaching described by the literature as a democraticexercised leadership by a certain type of behavior and attitudes, will lead to improvedorganizational performance.

The purpose of this literature review was to demonstrate the results of recent studies of the nurses ability to interpret younger childrens (0-6 years of age) experiences of pain in the postoperative stage. There is a lack of knowledge concerning young childrens ability to express themselves verbally and the nurse has to rely upon the parents knowledge about the child. Consequently, the teamwork between the nurse and the parents is of great importance in the care of the younger child. Therefore we intend to illuminate this aspect in this paper. This study aims to nurses of all categories, since patients with lack of verbal communication are frequently occurring.
