Globalization allows companies to expand and establish themselves in other markets, which can have unexpected consequences for those who are not aware of the controversy or sacrifices that are required, and Gothenburg, Sweden is not an exception. The study has focused on two institutional theories that can explain whathappens when a foreign direct investment takes place, Institutional work and Institutional duality. The study was conducted at Business Region Gothenburg and the interviews took place at department of establishment and investment. Att arbeta som sjuksköterska/distriktssköterska (SSK/DSK) innebär arbetsuppgifter som varierar mycket. Denna arbetsmiljö kan vara väldigt krävande och kan påverka SSK/DSK på ett negativt sätt vilket kan leda till fysisk och psykisk påverkan. Copingstrategier är hur personer hanterar krävande situationer, utan effektiva copingstrategier finns risk att personen drabbas av utbrändhet. Syftet med denna studie var att beskriva graden av skattad utbrändhet och vilka copingstrategier SSK/DSK använder sig av i sitt arbete inom hemsjukvården (HSV). Studien undersökte också om det fanns några skillnader gällande grad av utbrändhet och förekomst av copingstrategier beroende på vilket län SSK/DSK arbetade i samt om det fanns samband mellan copingstrategier och grad av utbrändhet hos SSK/DSK.

Previous studies of stress and coping regarding urban bus drivers describe an unhealthy occupation in areas of psychological and physiological factors. In the present study a social constructionist approach was used to investigate Swedish urban bus drivers' constructs of stress and coping regarding passengers. Semi-structered interviews were performed with ten bus drivers, nine males and one female. The data was transcribed verbatim and analysed with the program QSR NUD*IST.Three main themes where found; passanger related context, coping strategies and promoting circumstances. This study concerns a selection of prehistoric metal objects of animalistic design, published at the internet site of the Swedish Statens Historiska Museum. It seeks to give an impression of the design elements used, and to find likely models for the motifs among live animals. The method used is a qualitative hermenuetic comparative study of objects, where the distinct significant design elements are being identified and interpretated. Several significant design elements are identified, and some are interpretated as representing certain animals. The amalgamation of differentiating design elements in some objects however, leads to interpretations of compound animal motifs, where some motifs are considered ambiguous and some are rendered uninterpretated.

Teachers and special education teachers play a vital role in the creation of a study environment that fosters productivity in students. The current study aims to further expand the knowledge regarding teacher?s perception of common work with developing an optimal study environment within the classroom and the educational institution. In order to achieve this, qualitative interviews have been performed and study results analyzed according Nilholm´s model of the three different perspectives on special education: The critical perspective, the compensatory perspective and the dilemma perspective.The study results show that the concept of order and study environment is not clearly defined among the interviewees. However, the concept appears to presuppose the teacher?s responsibility to create the sense of security and effective study environment to those students who express the wish to educate themselves (Children make the things right only if they have been shown the correct way to do it).

Sammanfattning (MB och AA)Distriktssköterskor och sjuksköterskor arbetar med varierande arbetsuppgifter och inom olika verksamheter bland annat med hemsjukvård. Patientens hem blir en arbetsplats, som på olika sätt kan påverka arbetsmiljön. Syftet med studien var att beskriva erfarenheter om och upplevelser av arbetsmiljön i kommunaliserad hemsjukvård hos distriktssköterskor/sjuksköterskor med kort respektive lång yrkeserfarenhet. En empirisk studie med deskriptiv design och kvalitativ ansats gjordes. Fem deltagare med kort yrkeserfarenhet intervjuades samt sex deltagare med lång yrkeserfarenhet.

Bakgrund - Sjuksköterskor och distriktssköterskor har en viktig funktion i det hälsofrämjande arbetet och därför är det viktigt att få veta och ta del av deras erfarenheter om hur de upplever att arbeta med att få patienter till att bli mer fysiskt aktiva.Syfte ? Syftet var att beskriva sjuksköterskors och distriktssköterskors erfarenheter av att med stöd av FaR® och motiverande samtal motivera patienter att öka sin fysiska aktivitet.Metod - Studien genomfördes med en kvalitativ ansats. Semistrukturerade intervjuer som utgick från en frågeguide användes. Data analyserade med en manifest kvalitativ innehållsanalys. En sjuksköterska och sju distriktssköterskor ingår i studien.Resultat ? Resultatet visas i fyra kategorier och femton underkategorier.

Aim: The aim of this studie was to illuminate nurses? different aspects of decision making in emergency situations. Method: The result is based on nine scientific articles.

This paper will answer which factors are important for the business relation between a small Swedish import company and a Chinese contractor. The problem is based partly in theories that points to cultural and organizational differences between Sweden and China, and partly in current examples from Swedish companies. The relevant data has been collected by interviews with three small Swedish companies that are currently using Chinese contractors.The result is that the differences between the countries and organizations exist, but that they do not interfere with the inter-company relations. The conclusion is that our result contradictsthe established theories in the field, and that a more comprehensive investigation is warranted..

The purposes of this literature review were to study how nurses use intuition in health care, how these experiences are described by nurses and if you as a nurse can learn how to use your intuition. We also want to make nurses attentive of and give them the courage to use their intuition. The study is addressed to both nurs-ing students and practicing nurses. The method is a literature review based on nine scientific articles. The results implicate that nurses use their intuition to know how to do something, when additional measures needs to be done and which measures they are.

60 million years ago the horse was the size of a small dog, and walked on four toes. Today it can weigh up to 500-1000 kg and has evolved to walking on only one phalanx. Every horse owner has his or her own opinion on how to manage their horses? hooves, and whether the horse should be shod or unshod. The knowledge, commitment and attention of the owner determine the quality of the hoof care, but also the time between the arising of symptoms of abnormalities of the hoof until care is sought with a farrier or veterinarian. New laws will be applied at the beginning of 2015 which bring on changes in authorization for farriers.

Safe in the cityscape? Gender aspects on spatial city planning In this thesis, theories regarding gender and spatial planning are applied to the comprehensive plan Fortuna och Hemgården in eastern Malmö. Independent of factors like class, ethnicity and age women experience lack of safety to a larger extent than men do. Today, safety aspects on housing projects is scarcely a controversial issue, quite the contrary. However seldom are the central terms such as safety and security defined. Research has shown that women feel safe when they experience little risk of being subjected to violence; security is deeply interconnected with feeling safe.

The purpose of this study was to examine how four teachers with different teaching experiences treat and think about insubordination in school. The study emphasizes on questions like: When and why does disorder occur? How do the teachers manage disorderly conduct in the classroom? and Could there be a conflict between the teacher?s expectations and management, and the needs and motivation of the pupil?    It was evident through interviews with these four teachers that their statements could be divided into similar themes which subsequently could be put into the motivational structure of Abraham H. Maslow.       The conclusion of the study was that teachers may possibly have a better chance of managing disorder in their classroom if they are aware of the connection between disorderly conduct and a person?s needs and motivation. .

SAMMANFATTNING Syftet med denna studie var att ta reda på vad sjuksköterskan upplever som sitt inre etiska ansvar samt lyfta fram och reflektera över den etiska dimensionen i omvårdnaden. Studien är empirisk och grundar sig på en kvalitativ metod med innehållsanalys. Data har samlats in från fyra intervjuade verksamma allmänsjuksköterskor. Forskningen anknyter till Katie Erikssons omvårdnadsteori samt till Iréne von Post. Etiken hos de intervjuade sjuksköterskorna förknippades till stor del utifrån ett medicinskt perspektiv.
