Bakgrund: Människor med funktionsnedsättning rapporterar i högre grad missnöje med omvårdnad och sjukvårdspersonalens förståelse för deras funktionsnedsättning. Många funktionsnedsättningar medför också kommunikationsnedsättningar vilket bidrar till svårigheter i vårdsammanhang. Då kommunikationen inte fungerar mellan patient och sjukvårdspersonal är det svårt att skapa en vårdrelation.Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att beskriva erfarenheter av kommunikationen mellan sjukvårdspersonal och patienter med komplexa kommunikationsbehov [CCN].Metod: Studien är en litteraturöversikt där vetenskapliga artiklar har granskats. Till resultatet har nio artiklar analyserats och teman har identifierats.Resultat: Fyra teman som är kopplade till svårigheter med att kommunicera med människor med CCN lyfts fram i resultatet. Dessa teman är; kunskapsbrist, tid, anhörigvårdare och vårdrelation.Diskussion: Resultatet diskuteras utifrån syftet med stöd i ytterligare studier.

Bakgrund: Att leva med långvarig sjukdom innebär förluster för individen och krav på anpassning. En viktig del i sjuksköterskans arbete med att stärka hälsa hos personer i behov av vård är att stötta lärande. En viktig del i lärande är interaktion och delaktighet. Som vårdvetenskaplig utgångspunkt har Dorothea Orems ?Teori om omvårdnadssystem? använts och denna teori beskriver interaktionen mellan sjuksköterskan och de personer hon vårdar.Syfte: Syftet var att nå kunskap om hur sjuksköterskan kan arbeta med lärande i grupp hos personer med långvarig sjukdom utifrån Dorothea Orems ?Teori om omvårdnadssystem?.Metod: En litteraturöversikt har genomförts där tio kvantitativa studier har sammanställts genom analys med Dorothea Orems ?Teori om omvårdnadssystem? som utgångspunkt.Resultat: Resultatet visar hur de olika programmen i studierna arbetat med lärande i grupp bland personer med långvarig sjukdom, där det framkommer skillnader och likheter i deltagarnas och sjuksköterskans roller.

SAMMANFATTNING Syftet med denna studie var att ta reda på vad sjuksköterskan upplever som sitt inre etiska ansvar samt lyfta fram och reflektera över den etiska dimensionen i omvårdnaden. Studien är empirisk och grundar sig på en kvalitativ metod med innehållsanalys. Data har samlats in från fyra intervjuade verksamma allmänsjuksköterskor. Forskningen anknyter till Katie Erikssons omvårdnadsteori samt till Iréne von Post. Etiken hos de intervjuade sjuksköterskorna förknippades till stor del utifrån ett medicinskt perspektiv.

The purpose of this literature review was to demonstrate the results of recent studies of the nurses ability to interpret younger childrens (0-6 years of age) experiences of pain in the postoperative stage. There is a lack of knowledge concerning young childrens ability to express themselves verbally and the nurse has to rely upon the parents knowledge about the child. Consequently, the teamwork between the nurse and the parents is of great importance in the care of the younger child. Therefore we intend to illuminate this aspect in this paper. This study aims to nurses of all categories, since patients with lack of verbal communication are frequently occurring.

Syftet med denna studie var att påvisa vilka känslor som väcktes hos föräldrarna inför sitt barns hjärttransplantation och hur deras upplevelse av informationen från vårdpersonalen uppfattades. För att kunna genomföra undersökningen användes en anonym enkätundersökning med semistrukturerade frågor. Undersökningens deltagarantal var litet på grund av att få barn blivit hjärttransplanterade på hjärtcentrat. Av sexton tillfrågade föräldrar svarade endast åtta på frågeformulären. I resultatet framkom att föräldrar under kontakten med hjärtcentrat hade både positiva och negativa upplevelser.

Anafylaxi är en allergisk reaktion och personen som drabbas kan få allvarliga och svåra symptom som kräver behandling. Kännetecknet för anafylaxi är att det kan påverka olika delar av kroppen samtidigt; bland annat hud, luftvägar, mag- och tarmkanalen, hjärta och blodkärl. Det blir ofta korta möten mellan ambulanspersonal och patient och därför finns inte mycket tid för att försöka skapa ett förtroende. Omvårdnaden vid anafylaxi sker till en början snabbt och det kan uppfattas som en stressad situation för både patient och personal. Syftet med studien var att undersöka ambulanspersonalens erfarenheter av att vårda patienter med anafylaxi.

Aim: The aim with this study was to elucidate the mealorder and the mealsituation for the elder and how the nurse handles this. Method: This litterateur review was based on teri research studies.

This study is based on a qualitative internet research about people with Asperger syndrome and their thoughts and opinions about the difficulties that occurs in the environment outside the home and their experiences of Internet. We have analyzed Internets social influences for those with Asperger syndrome, as a consequence of the difficulties that they meet in other environments. The constructed communities in the environment outside the home and the social interaction that occurs there is not adjusted for those with the diagnosis. This leads to difficulties to be there for those with Asperger syndrome. By doing a content analysis of the assembled data from a community site on the Internet, we found out that the environment on Internet is more comfortable for those with the diagnosis in several ways.

Bakgrund: Anorexia nervosa drabbar ca 1 procent av alla kvinnor och 0,1 procent av alla män innan 18 års ålder i Sverige. Patientgruppen återfinns i både allmänsjukvård och psykiatriska vårdavdelningar. Sjuksköterskan behöver redskap för att utveckla en vårdrelation till dessa patienter, då vårdrelationen är essentiell för att uppnå hälsa. Syfte: Att belysa de olika faktorer som påverkar vårdrelationen mellan sjuksköterska och patient med diagnosen anorexia nervosa. Metod: Studien är en systematisk litteraturstudie.

The aim of this study was to examine how clients who have or have previously had a drug- and/or alcohol addiction experienced interchanges with social workers. In this study, eight semi-structured interviews were made with respondents from an out-patient clinic in a small town in Sweden. Questions were asked regarding clients? experience of the social workers' attitudes during the initial meeting as well as all continuing meetings. Other possible variables that affected the interchanges, either positively or negatively, including how the clients wanted to be treated, were also explored.

Background: Previous research has shown that the understanding and knowledge about the spiritual needs is not given high priority among nursing staff. During the latest years the body and its functions has controlled the healthcare and the spiritual needs has been placed in the background. All humans have spiritual needs that must be satisfied irrespective of religious background. Aim: The aim of this study was to in a caring perspective illustrate patients? spiritual and existential needs in palliative care.

Palliative care is founded on a holistic attitude, with the goal to alleviate suffering when a cure is no longer possible. Palliative care affirms life and regards dying as a normal process, providing possibilities of a quality time for the patient and family. Studies show that an increasing number of people choose to live the final phase of their life in their own home. A requirement for end of life care is an effective team work, where the nurse is responsible for more advanced care, and the caregiver?s provides the immediate care.

The background to this report is the author?s ambition to understand individuals? work situation, how it?s formed in interaction between the individual and factors in the work-setting. Such an ambition is well in line with the concept of Human-Technology-Organization (HTO), a cross-scientific approach that puts a system-oriented perspective on how human, technolog-ical and organizational factors interact within work systems.The aim of this report was to explore managers? work-situation and generate an understanding of it from an HTO-perspective by using an organizational model as a framework for an interview guide and to analyze the work situation from an HTO-perspective following the ques-tions at issue:1. The aim of this study is to, by individual interviews focusing on specific dimensions of supervision,examine how integratively educated PTP-psychologists experience the interactionin the supervision they receive as a part of their PTP-work and to describe if and how theyexperience that these components of the supervision promote, does not exert a direct influenceon or restrain the preservation and development of an integrative psychotherapeuticapproach and -attitude. The eleven people who are interviewed for this study all belong tothe group of psychologists who graduated from the first group of psychologists with an integrativepsychotherapeutic approach at Örebro university in the year of 2007 and who arenow completing their PTP-work. The interviews were analysed according to a qualitativecontent analysis. The results show that ten out of eleven PTP-psychologists experience thatthe interaction in the supervision is either good or excellent and that this promotes or doesnot exert a direct influence on the integrative approach.Keywords: Supervision, PTP-psychologist, integrative approach..

What affect if an incident is reported?- an interview study with nursesABSTRACTEveryday in health care, there are incidents which can harm patients. However, reporting these incidents is not always a positive experience. The number of incident reports which are documented are a lot fewer than the number of incidents that actually occur. The purpose of the present study was to describe factors that affect nurses? decisions on whether to report an incident or not.
