SAMMANFATTNINGInledning:Att drabbas av stroke kan upplevas som en fruktansvärd och påfrestande händelse, både för patient och närstående. Det är hälso- och sjukvårdens ansvar att utbilda patienter och närstående genom individuellt anpassad information, på ett lyhört, empatiskt och respektfullt sätt. Information och handledning av sjuksköterskan ses därför som mycket viktigt för patient och närstående så att de får kontroll över den nya situationen de befinner sig i.Syfte: Att sammanställa aktuella vetenskapliga artiklar om vilka utbildningar som finns inom strokevård samt hur patienter och närstående upplever och påverkas av dessa.Metod: En litteraturstudie bestående av totalt 16 kvantitativa respektive kvalitativa vetenskapliga artiklar. Databaser som användes är PubMed och CINAHL.Resultat: Studiens resultat visar på att det finns olika metoder för utbildning av patient och närstående bland annat grupputbildning och individuell utbildning med både skriftligt och muntligt innehåll. Patienter och närstående upplever information och utbildning som något viktigt.

Stress is common in today?s society, but the word stress has numerous connotations. The aim of this study was to investigate how dogs are effected by stress and what the veterinary nurse can do to help dogs to avoid or at least mitigate stress within the veterinary hospital. The goal was also to see how dogs perceive the environment in the veterinary hospital and what behaviours dogs demonstrate when they enter the hospital and during their stay. Studies have shown that dogs have a reluctant feeling on entering a veterinary hospital. They can feel stressed by coming to a new environment, as well as by being put in a cage with no control over what is going to happen to them.

Introduktion: Psykisk ohälsa beskrivs idag som ett hälsotillstånd som är vanligt bland patienter på sjukhus, de senaste åren har psykisk ohälsa hos patienterna ökat. I sjuksköterskans möte med patienter är det viktigt att i tid upptäcka psykisk ohälsa för att på ett hälsofrämjande sätt hjälpa patienten, därför är det viktigt för sjuksköterskor att ha kunskaper om hur man vårdar patienter med psykisk ohälsa.Syfte: Syftet med denna studie är att beskriva hur sjuksköterskor som arbetar med somatisk vård upplever mötet med patienter som har psykisk ohälsa.Metod: Denna studie har en deskriptiv design med kvalitativ ansats. Intervjuer gjordes med åtta stycken sjuksköterskor på en somatisk avdelning. Intervjuerna bearbetades med en kvalitativ innehållsanalys.Resultat: Sjuksköterskor upplever att de har för lite kunskap och tid för att möta patienter med psykisk ohälsa. Sjuksköterskors upplevelse av mötet beror mycket på dennes utbildning, erfarenhet och kunskap.

 Title: School nurse work with mental health problems among studentsBackground: A good mental health and psychosocial wellbeing is considered to be an important aspect of how students can cope with everyday challenges. In order to experience psychosocial wellbeing well working interpersonal relations and a belief in the future is important. School is an important aspect of the student?s early years in life and therefore it is vital that school health services become important part of the childhood. The school nurse is an important part of student health and he or she is responsible for vaccinations and health check-ups.

Bakgrund: I palliativ vård var interaktionen mellan sjuksköterska och patient oerhört viktig för att patienten skulle uppleva sin sista tid både värdefull och fridfull. Tidigare forskning har dock visat att sjuksköterskans sätt att bemöta patienten inte alltid stämmer överens med patientens behov. Sjuksköterskan bär ansvaret för att vårdrelationen ska bli så bra som möjligt och därför måste kännedomen om patientens behov och önskemål finnas. Syfte: Syftet med litteraturstudien var att belysa vad som värdesattes i den vårdande relationen mellan sjuksköterska och patient vid palliativ vård. Metod: En kvalitativ litteraturstudie av åtta vetenskapliga artiklar har utförts med hjälp av en manifest innehållsanalys.

The objective of this graduate work is to gain a better understanding in how pre-school educators are able to work with music in their pre-school activity to promote child development. We also want to enlighten possible factors for the development of children based on music and to form our own ideas of whether teachers choose to apply music in their didactic practice or not.The point of this essay has been to attempt answering on what importance music makes for children's development and learning in pre-school, and how teachers could work with music in pre-school in order to promote children?s development. Our data consists of six interviews and two observations realized at a pre-school in Södertälje.We took heed from the theories laid out by Lev Vygotsky's which describe four different levels of development that includes educational development in social interaction between teacher and child. Our choice of this theory is inspired by our seeking deeper understanding of Vygotsky's theory´s application to the aesthetic approach in the interaction in meaning making and learning.The result of our study confirms previous theory and research in that music as a form of expression has a major impact on children's development.

This paper deals with the difficulties of applying user-centered design practices as an independent developer, based on the visualization of a game concept in the form of a prototype. The aim is to evaluate the usability of user-centered design practices, specifically in the field of games development. Throughout this paper, I will give an account of the methods used for testing, as well as a review of previous research done in this field of study. Finally, I will end with a discussion regarding the pros and cons of user-centered design, as well as some thoughts about its importance in similar projects..

Bakgrund: Som sjuksköterska består en stor del av arbetet i att bemöta människor. Det har visat sig att då bemötandet upplevs som sämre, så upplevs även övriga omvårdnaden som dålig. En förutsättning för att kunna ge ett gott bemötande är att ha reflekterat över begreppets innebörd och funderat på vilka faktorer som påverkar bemötandet så att det blir gott, respektive sämre. Syfte: Studiens syfte var att undersöka vad blivande sjuksköterskor i termin sex anser är ett gott/sämre bemötande samt orsakerna till varför bemötandet blir gott eller sämre. Metod: Tolv sjuksköterskestudenter intervjuades i fokusgrupper och kvalitativ innehållsanalys användes för att analysera data.

Kommunikation är en central del i vårdmötet mellan sjuksköterska och patient. Det finns flera anledningar till att kommunikationen måste fungera, för att patienten ska få möjlighet att vara delaktig i vården och för att få information om behandling.Syftet med arbetet är att kartlägga vad som påverkar kommunikationen mellansjuksköterska och patient. Metoden är en litteraturstudie baserad på 13 artiklar somvi fick fram via sökning i databaserna Cinahl, PubMed och Scopus.Kvalitetsgranskning har utförts utifrån kriterier utformade efter Willman, Stolt ochBahtsevanis (2011) mall. Resultatet I resultatet framkom fyra teman:kommunikation nödvändig för att bygga en relation, kommunikationen är intepersoncentrerad, patientens syn på kommunikation och kommunikationshinder.Resultatet visar att sjuksköterskorna har kunskap om hur kommunikation skallutföras. För att kommunikationen ska vara så god som möjligt krävs en relationmellan sjuksköterska och patient.

Syftet med litteraturstudien var att belysa vikten av att sjuksköterskan kan skapa en god relation och inge trygghet till en patient som vårdas inom psykiatrisk vård. Vad det är som skapar denna trygghet i relationen mellan patient och vårdgivare? Litteraturstudien behandlar tio vetenskapliga artiklar, vars data analyserats enligt Fribergs principer för kvalitativa studier. Under resultatanalysen framträdde fyra teman kring att etablera trygghet; vad som främjar respektive hämmar trygghetskänslan ur patientens och sjuksköterskans perspektiv. Båda parter påverkar relationens kvalitet och klimat, och sjuksköterskan har i sin professionella yrkesroll större möjlighet och ansvar att upprätta och vidmakthålla en god relation än vad som kan åläggas en patient.

As computerized communication and the Internet have evolved, the possibility to express and affirm one?s identity in new ways has also been created. Facebook, which has taken a leading role among the social fora on the Internet and succeeded worldwide, is my choice of study due to the number of people that actively choose to present themselves on it. The purpose of this thesis is to study the identity construction on Facebook through the activities a member partakes in, as well as how the presentation of oneself is written and if it is a result of a self-reflective process of the individual.The rationale for the qualitative study has been personal interviews in order to get an insight into how the individuals use and present themselves on Facebook and - in the interaction with others ? how they construct their own identity. My hypothesis has been that we, in the interaction with others, have a great possibility to create and understand our own identities. The study results show that identity formation is a constant process and that it is indeed a self-reflective project.

  Aim. The aim of the study was to describe how nurses in home care experience to pursue palliative care in ordinary housing. Methods. The study had a descriptive design with qualitative approach and was carried out through semi-structured interviews with 14 nurses in home health care from two medium-sized Swedish municipalities. The material was analyzed with manifest and latent content analysis. Findings. The underlying theme that emerged in the study was: Working with palliative care in the patient´s own homes is positive but challenging. Informants describe among other things that they perceived palliative home care as meaningful and that relatives have a central role in the palliative home care since they are close to the patient around the clock. The stress that emerges from the heavy work load and the long geographic distances are described as strenuous and to affect the care in a negative way. Informants describe the home environment as challenging as it is often not adapted for care and the collaboration with the palliative team is described to be experienced as both positive and negative.

The aim of this report is to create an easily accessible guide to basic hygiene, cleaning and disinfection within the small animal practice. It is based on a literature study, using mainly research from the public health sector, due to the lack of relevant scientific reports within the veterinary field. To prevent the spread of infectious diseases it is important that the staff understands the importance of basic hygiene. Hand hygiene and disinfection and cleaning with water and detergent combined are the most important routines to prevent spreading of disease. In conclusion the differences between the veterinary and the public health sector are small, but some basic differences exist due to the nature of the patient?s needs.

Bröstcancer kan vara en omvälvande upplevelse samtidigt som det kan medföra obehagliga sjukhusbesök och läkarvård, som i ett ögonblick kan vända upp och ner på tillvaron. Under året 2007 fick 45 män en bröstcancerdiagnos i Sverige. Att möta en man som har fått diagnosen bröstcancer kan vara en väldigt speciell och ovanlig situation för vårdpersonalen eftersom diagnosen är relativt ovanlig. Detta kan resultera i att vårdpersonalen inte vet hur dem ska bemöta mannen i den aktuella vårdsituationen. För att förstå mannen som får bröstcancer måste hans upplevelser bejakas.

Gender is a universal factor that is unavoidable in classroom interaction between pupils and teachers. The principle aim of this essay is to illustrate whether, during the interaction between pupil and teachers still occurs behavior that expresses a gender order. We also want to establish if the ones who attract attention from the teachers is the individual, or if teachers still on a subconscious or conscious level, think of the pupils gender and ascribes him or her some characteristics or qualities. Especially we want to bring out the pupils thoughts and sights of there is a difference on how teachers treat boys and girls. Another purpose we wanted to achieve was to illustrate how teachers work with the concept of equivalence between the sexes, according to Lpo94.Our essay is built on our studies around what teachers think on how they treat the pupils, on the basis of gender perspective.
