I detta arbete har den skyldighet hyresvärdar och hyresgäster har mot varandra när det gäller underhålls- och vårdplikt behandlats samt den gränsdragning som görs mellan normalt och onormalt slitage. Vidare behandlas även när parterna kan bli skadeståndsskyldiga till följd av detta. Uppsatsen inriktar sig på att förklara olika begrepp och utreda vem som vid olika skador får ersätta vad och vem som har bevisbördan för detta. Klart står att det råder en viss oklarhet gällande vem som har bevisbördan i de fall skador uppstått i lägenheten. Därför kan det vara svårt att som hyresgäst och hyresvärd veta vad som egentligen är deras ansvar och inte.

Antalet cancerfall ökar för varje år, 2005 insjuknade cirka 50 000 svenskar i någon form av cancersjukdom. Hälften av dessa har så långt gången sjukdom att bot inte är möjligt. Dessa patienter erbjuds palliativ vård vars huvudsyfte är att skapa möjligheter till god livskvalitet. Syftet med studien var att belysa cancerpatienters upplevelser av livskvalitet i palliativ vård. Studien genomfördes som en litteraturstudie och resultatet baserades på 10 vetenskapliga artiklar som söktes i databaserna Cinahl, PsycInfo och PubMed.

The aim of the study was to investigate the performance of postlingually deaf adults on parts of the swedish dysarthria test Dysartribedömningen, and to compare these results with a matched group consisting of normal hearing speakers without any known speech disorder. The group consisted of 17 participants ranging between 42-86 years of age. Participants were assessed focusing on articulation, prosody, intelligibility and through a self-assessment of communicative participation. There was a statistically significant difference between groups on prosody that manifested primarily as a slower speaking rate in the cochlear implant users. No significant differences between groups as to articulation, intelligibility or communicative participation could be found.

Syftet med den här studien var att belysa socialarbetares erfarenheter av klienter från kollektivistiska kulturer och med tanke på att i Sverige idag har invandringen ökat och särskilt med personer från kollektivistiska kulturer. Fågeställningarna var ? Hur stor är erfarenheten av personer från kollektivistiska kulturer och den andra var att ta reda på om det fanns någon uppfattning om vad som främjar och hindrar arbetet med klienter från kollektivistiska kulturer. Resultatet visar att erfarenheter och kulturell empati var något som främjade både första mötet men även arbetet i helhet och något som ökade ens personliga empatiska förmåga oavsett kultur och härkomst, samt att det som hämmade var språket och de olika traditionerna och strukturerna i hierariska familjer.. Kollektivistiska kulturer ökar i Sverige och med sig tar familjerna och individerna en annan kultur och levnadssätt.

Hasselapedagogy mission in society, as a collective activity, is to help young people in LVU-care. Young people who are in need of help have shown abnormal behavior and thus become analyzed and sentenced for custodial care. The analysis and the establishment of the young people go after the rules for how a healthy life should look like. This means that there is an understanding in society about how we should live in order to fit into society. There is knowledge of normal and abnormal behavior in linguistic structures.
