AbstractThe political parties in Sweden are losing members. This is seen as a problem because the political parties are the base and the recruiting ground for members to decision-making bodies. Social movements are seen as a place where people with a modest background could express their opinions and also learn the political process. These movements have also lost members during the last decades and this could seriously affect the representation of lower social groups among the decision-makers. This essay emanates from Robert D.

This study focuses on the Nordic model of Extended Collective Licenses (ECL) and how this model can be used in the process of digitalising and publishing archival material such as photos, letters, maps or films. The question that this study aims to deal with is what advantages, and disadvantages, there are for archives and copyright holders when an ECL is being used. To help answering this question the ?theory of the knowledge commons? has been applied. The research question has been answered through a text analysis based on legal texts including Swedish law.

The 3:12-provisions are part of a legal system specified for owners of close corporations (companies owned and managed by a small group of businesspeople), for taxation of capi-tal gains and dividend. The reason for special rules for the taxation of these owners is to prevent them from transforming their income, to only be subject of the lower taxation of capital gains, instead of income of service. Since the rules were put in force, they have been subject to several changes. The most recent changes took effect on the 1 January 2006. They involve a higher importance for the rule of salary-based taxation.

The municipality may not provide the municipal owned company with any financial advantages against a private owned real estate company.

The structural rationalization of rural firms in Sweden has led to many new creative ways of developing companies. The agriculture sector is characterized by the need of capital in form of buildings, labor and inventory. The rationalization process has led to free capacity in rural firms when new technology make buildings and inventory not longer necessary for the production process. To get a better cost coverage this free capacity can be used to start-up new business areas that help the rural firm to growth.The study aims to identify factors that motives entrepreneurs in rural firms to develop new business areas. The purpose is also to analyze driving forces that lies behind development of rural firms and the forces that support or not support development in rural firms.The study is built upon five cases that all can be categorized as firms with different size and orientation.

Background: The global capital markets have enlarged investment opportunities and thus also the sources of funds for companies which increasingly face global markets for their services and products. In the light of the substantial growth of assets in institutional funds, an important question for international finance is the degree to which institutional investors have diversified their portfolios internationally. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the international diversification of portfolio investments of institutional investors in Japan, the US and the UK and deepen into international diversification in portfolios of Japanese institutional investors. Resuméav examensarbetet Bevisbörda och beviskrav i ljuset av trafikförsäkringsfallet NJA 2006 s 721Uppsatsen har sin utgångspunkt i ett trafikförsäkringsfall (NJA 2006 s 721) som i arbetet kallas för Fallet Anna. Med detta fall i åtanke undersöks ett antal teoretiska spörsmål, nämligen: Vad är det som ska bevisas i ett mål? Vem ska bevisa? Hur mycket räcker det att bevisa för att vinna ett mål? Med kunskap om de teoretiska frågorna genomförs vidare även en omvänd utredning, som syftar till att klargöra vilka av de teoretiska synpunkterna som har fått uttryck i fallet Anna och på vilket sätt detta har skett. Slutligen genomförs även en analys av domstolarnas motiveringar i fallet. Uppsatsen inleds med en presentation av fallet Anna och domstolarnas avgöranden i detta fall.

Uppsatsen beskriver junk bonds ur företagets perspektiv. Den första, teoretiska delen inleds med en genomgång av obligationsupplåning i allmänhet, där viktiga begrepp beskrivs. Därefter beskrivs den i detta sammanhang viktiga kreditvärderingen, med särskild tonvikt på junk bond-relaterade förhållanden. En beskrivning av den svenska räntemarknaden följer och den i detta sammanhang växande europamarknaden poängteras. Härefter sker en teoretisk genomgång av junk bond-marknadens uppkomst och historik, dess användningsområde, dess för- och nackdelar som finansieringsmetod samt den kritik som i många stycken har riktats mot den.

People who invest capital in promising projects as a profession are called venture capitalists. They are constantly looking for new investment opportunities. Recently, media have observed a growing interest in forest land as capital investment. This is because several fund and investment company market the possibility of safe return through investment in woodland, both in Sweden and abroad. When an investment in forests is seen as an acceptable investment option, focus turns to nearby areas, namely agricultural land.

Denna rapport innefattar ett examensarbete av Jimmy Kämäräinen Bergstrand, studerande på Mälardalens Högskola inom Ingenjörsprogrammet, Innovation och produktdesign.Uppdraget har utförts för företaget Nordic Gym i Bollnäs och utfördes mellan den 2/2-2012 till 9/6-2012.Det uppdrag Nordic Gym tilldelade författaren bestod av att konstruera ett prototypunderlag för en CrossFitstation samt ta fram information om vilka träningsövningar denna typ av konstruktion bör erhålla. Då Nordic Gym inte producerar liknande konstruktioner tidigare, vill de ha underlag för att kunna föra in detta i sin verksamhet.För att angripa problemet rätt utfördes noggranna förstudier i projektets uppstart. Genom fältstudier som bestod utav funktionstester och intervjuer skapades ett bra grundmaterial för att definiera problemet. I förstudierna utfördes även fördjupning inom träningen CrossFit och mycket ny kunskap togs in, allt ifrån träningsövningar till anatomi för att skapa en bred förståelse om träningsutförandet. För att skapa en förståelse om den nuvarande marknaden upprättades en konkurrentanalys där författaren kunde urskilja hur konkurrenter har löst det uppställda problemet.

Uppsatsen har syftat till att belysa Sveriges närområde ur ett säkerhetspolitiskt perspektiv och samtidigt finna faktorer som påverkat Sveriges säkerhetspolitiska rollval. Vidare ämnade uppsatsen att förklara, det vill säga hitta orsaksförklaringar till varför den säkerhetspolitiska miljön i Sveriges närområde ser ut som den gör. Då uppsatsen är att se som teorikonsumerande har svaren sökts genom vald teori som utgår från en regional säkerhetspolitisk analys. Vidare har även ansatser gjort ur Nils Andréns säkerhetspolitiska struktur. De teoretiska ansatserna har sedan använts som analysmodell där fyra nivåer har applicerats på empirin.

Solvency IIhasa tightening effect on thesolvency capital requirements forinsurance companies. At the same time it also leads tomajor changesandincreased demandon risk management andinternal control, alongside with demands fordisclosure of informationto the market.

Syfte: Min tanke med uppsatsen var att undersöka en komplex förändringsprocess inom fastighetsförvaltning, där många inblandade intressenter deltagit. En stor fråga var hur intressenterna genom samsyn eller konflikt lyckats anpassa och bevara ett objekt med stort kulturarv, som både skall ge avkastning och finnas till för allmänheten. Jag ville se om fallet kunde fungera som en mall/verktyg för andra företag som är inne i liknande komplexa processer och studera intressenternas syn på utvecklingsarbetet och hur samordningen skett. Metod: Genom ett hermeneutiskt synsätt har jag samlat in primärdata från kvalitativa intervjuer med inblandade intressenter. Sekundärdata har inhämtats från intressenternas hemsidor på internet samt tidningsartiklar. Efter teoristudier och sammanställda intervjuer har resultaten jämförts mellan teori och empiri med hjälp av en teoretisk modell (intressentmodellen) för att komma fram till en slutsats. Resultat och slutsats: Mina intervjuer visade att de inblandade intressenterna hade gemensamt mål, få konflikter och god kommunikation.
