Idag arbetar många människor med någon typ av ledarskap. Forskning visar att personligheten har betydelse för hur ledarskapet utförs, men det finns även hypoteser som påstår att en person kan lära sig bli en ledare, alltså att det kan vara inlärt. Vår studie ämnade undersöka vad i två yrkesverksamma ledares liv kan ha format dem till de ledare de är idag. För att undersöka detta har vi genomfört ostrukturerade djupintervjuer i form av livsberättelser, där två informanter fick berätta om sitt liv utifrån detta ämne. Studien visade att det går att urskilja livsfaktorer som kan ha kommit att forma våra informanter i deras utveckling av deras ledarpersonlighet så som familj, uppväxtvillkor och utbildning..

För att effektivisera användningen av GIS (Geografiska Informationssystem) kan distribuerade geografiska informationssystem nyttjas. En sådan distribution åstadkoms ofta genom att en GIS-applikation med enkel funktionalitet publiceras åtkomlig för användare anslutna till ett nätverk, intranät eller Internet. Då fler och fler får tillgång till GIS ökar behovet av att kunna konvertera mellan olika format och mellan olika koordinatsystem. Även här finns krav på effektiviserad och förenklad användning. För att bibehålla datakvaliteten krävs att de verktyg som används, genomför korrekta transformationer och konverteringar samt att de är användarvänliga.

My essey concern the non-profitable organization Ung företagsamhet and their extenal communication with collaborators. I have done three intervjues with three of Ung företagsamhets 24 district in Sweden, and these are Kalmar, Jönköping and Skåne. My qustions conserns their rethoric and strategic communications channales, and the focus lies in their external communications with collaborators. I have also made a secondary data analysis about their media coverage and seen how they consciously works with it.Ung Företagsamhet is a non-profit organization that need good partnerships in order to survive financially. My analysis shows that the three different regions works variously with their external communication.

Medias rapportering av nyheter är frekvent och forskning visar att vi påverkas av dess utformning. På vilka sätt detta sker är mer otydligt. Föreliggande studie syftade till att undersöka medias eventuella inflytande och dess kraft att styra läsarnas attityd till ett annat land genom inramning och val av information. Påverkas individer av nyheter som är avsiktligt inramade och där informerandeprincipen kan förväntas träda in? Studenter (N = 90) från en svensk högskola testades via fiktiva nyhetsartiklar i fem versioner.

Today there are many different Cad-applications on the market for engineers. Because of big building projects it has become more and more important to work with the same application or to have access to a neutral file type to be able to transfer files between different ones.This report studies the single objects and how they react when transferring them between ADT and ArchiCAD via the neutral type IFC. We have also been looking at problems during the transfer between and if there are some connections between these problems. Afterwards we created a neutral object model of a small country house to see if the objects appeared different. The result shows no differences.But looking at the problems that appeared during the transmissions they felt small and no logical.Today it is not possible to save in a neutral type without facing small problems.

The aim of the study is to examine how religion legitimates outrages and it what ways we can regard religion as politics. The study uses the theory that Eickelman and Piscatori present in their book Muslim politics. They use the term ?Muslim politics? to describe the relation between Islam and politics. Eickelman and Piscatori divide Muslim politics in five elements that the essay uses to structure the analysis.

The purpose of the study was to analyze how media, in this case, the daily newspaper Dagens Nyheter, produces the men and women in men's violence against women in close relationships in news articles and if there has been a change over time in this production. It is a qualitative study in which 40 news articles from DN were analyzed. The starting point in the tanks around the analysis is from a social constructive perspective. Critical discourse analysis is the method I chose to use in the processing of news stories. The result is divided into four different blocks where each block presents the results and the analysis for the following years: 1994, 1999, 2004 and 2009.

Examensarbetet undersöker hur och varför geografilärare på gymnasiet tar upp frågor om region och regional identitet i allmänhet, och i synnerhet med koppling till Öresundsregionen. Kvalitativa intervjuer genomfördes med fem pedagoger. Resultatet från undersökningen visar att begreppet region används i stor utsträckning i undervisningen. Regional identitet används däremot inte i lika stor utsträckning som begrepp men finns med som innebörd. Undersökningen visar även att pedagogerna är väl medvetna om elevers vardag och hur de använder sig av den.

Det här arbetet belyser svensklärares och skolbibliotekariers arbete med skönlitteratur på två skolor i Skåne. Undersökningen har fokus på elevers läsning av skönlitteratur. Arbetet syftar till att skapa förståelse för hur samarbetet mellan de två yrkesgrupperna kan se ut samt vilka fördelar respektive nackdelar som kan uppstå som ett resultat av dessa samarbeten. Arbetet bygger på fyra ostrukturerade kvalitativa djupintervjuer med svensklärare och skolbibliotekarier. Intervjuerna har analyserats och tolkats utifrån ett sociokulturellt perspektiv.
