Internet commerce is nowadays a well known phenomenon. There is awareness that a lot of newly created companies operate their business through the Internet. You can see a tendency where many young people try to establish an Internet business with the hope of success and expansion on today?s fierce market rivalry. To achieve success, companies have to consider factors like business concept, logistic knowledge, future vision, resources and contacts when initializing their business.Having this in mind, we can clarify the purpose with this paper: ?To analyze in what way On-line shopping companies that sell consumer electronics, cell phones and music/entertainment products, have expanded? The paper is based on telephone interviews with three On-line shopping companies.

Syftet med denna systematiska litteraturstudie var att undersöka hur patienter med prostatacancer uppfattade den givna informationen om sin sjukdom och behandlingen av den. Författarna har utgått från Willman m fl (2006) evidensbaserade metod. De vetenskapliga artiklarna som legat till grund för studien granskades i protokoll av Carlsson & Eiman m fl (2003), modifierade av författarna. Studien innefattar tolv vetenskapliga artiklar. Författarna kom i resultatet fram till tre olika temaområden: informationsmaterial och hjälpmedel, informatörer och stödgivare samt behov av information.

Bakgrund: I takt med ökat välstånd, inkluderande försämrade kost och levnadsvanor, har diabetes typ II ökat signifikant i flera av världens länder. Därför är det viktigt med upplysning och information kring sjukdomen och vad man kan göra för att förhindra den. Syftet: Syftet med denna litteraturstudie är att belysa hur sjuksköterskan kan vara ett stöd till patienter med diabetes typ II så att hon/han bättre kan hantera sin sjukdom. Metod: En litteraturbaserad studie som baserades på tio kvalitativa artiklar. Resultat: Resultatet utkristalliserades i tre teman; ?Regelbundenhet och kontinuitet?, ?Stöd och undervisning? och ?Självständighet? .

Bakgrund: Att vara med om en oväntad död kan för närstående innebära en livskris och för en sjuksköterska kan mötet som uppstår i samband med detta vara svårt att hantera. Syfte: Syftet var att belysa upplevelser i mötet mellan närstående och sjuksköterska i samband med att en person oväntat har avlidit. Metod: En litteraturstudie baserad på kvalitativa artiklar har genomförts. Resultat: Resultatet innefattar närståendes upplevelser och under den kategorin ingår subkategorierna lång väntan och önskan om information samt vänlighet och trygghet och under kategorin sjuksköterskans upplevelser ingår följande subkategorier osäkerhet, rädsla och oro; behov av att få vara hos de närstående; otillräcklighet och ovisshet samt tidsbrist. Diskussion: Utebliven information skapar oro och osäkerhet hos närstående, brist på tid ökar känsla av stress hos sjuksköterskor och osäkerhet hos sjuksköterskor i mötet påverkar närståendes trygghet och tillit..

Socialstyrelsen beskriver en kommande brist på operationssjuksköterskor i Sverige, samtidigt visar statistik av antal ansökningar till specialistutbildningen att färre sjuksköterskor väljer inriktningen operationssjuksköterska. I litteraturen beskrivs operationssjuksköterskans yrke som dolt för utomstående, och det kan vara en orsak till det låga intresset att välja yrket. Syftet med denna pilotstudie var att beskriva sjuksköterskors uppfattningar om operationssjuksköterskans yrke. Studien är genomförd med kvalitativ induktiv ansats som en intervju med öppen ingångsfråga. Data är analyserat med manifest innehållsanalys.

National Agency for Education for the results of national sample results show that students with another mother tongue than Swedish have low results with a larger percentage than majority students. Research shows that this depends on their mother tongue and the importance of language in the subject to learn.The purpose of this study was to examine how teachers experience, plan and implement their teaching field of mathematics in the preparatory class. The focus is on two perspectives; an intercultural perspective and a social perspective. The newly arrived pupils in the preparatory class come from different parts of the world which leads to an intercultural classroom being formed. The aim of the social perspective is understand how students integrate into the social in the classroom.I use qualitative methods through interviews.

Aim: The aim of this study was to find out about the promoting factors for mother and child attachment during the first year. Methods: A literature review was chosen for this study.

Aim?Rekryteringsgruppen? (RG) is an organisation that through co-operating with the National Health service aims at optimizing the ability for physically disabled persons to rehabilitate. RG is a non-profit organisation ?using physical and mental exercise for disabled people, mainly neurologically disabled persons.? One of the goals that RG wants to achieve is ?that the target group will be able to live such an active and independent life as possible?. As no previous studies have been done in order to review the adaptation of RG:s work and its effects on the disabled, the purpose of this paper is to examine spinal cord injured individuals perception of independence concerning situation of life, ability to function and physical activity.MethodData have been collected by using three questionnaires.

This study titled School Model of Norrberga- a New Model of School. Some opinions that six pupils in the sixth grade have of their school is an explorative study. The purpose of this study is to some extent explain the ideas behind this quite spectacular model of school and the intentions of the City Council of Norrberga as they decided that all the schools that were to be renovated or built in the town of Norrberga had to follow a specific script.   As I first visited The Moonlight School I was puzzled. How do the teachers work it out? But, above all: Do the pupils work it out? What do they think about their school? When I was to write my final essay I wanted to try to sort this school out in more scientific terms. There is a nice, warm atmosphere at the school and the pupils make good results.

Many children in Sweden are exposed to maltreatment. Among the purposes of the Child health care (CHC) are to decrease mortality, infirmity and handicaps among mothers and their children, and to decrease hurtful strains for parents and their children. CHC-nurses get critizism for not reporting child maltreatment in high enough numbers to the Social service. The aim of this study was to chart how CHC-nurses finds their work with families suffering from maltreatment. Ten CHC-nurses were interviewed with semistructured interviews.

Working as a veterinary nurse includes advising animal owners, helping them to make discisions through well-based facts and experience. Preemptive spaying of the healthy bitch brings many advantages and disadvantages. It leads to cessation of gonadal hormone production, and how the exact extent the surgery affects the dog is not yet fully understood. The sex hormones mainly control the reproductive system, but receptors of these hormones are found in many tissues of the body, and have complex relationships with other hormone systems. Spaying decreases the metabolism although the bitch gets an increased appetite, which enhance the risk of obesity, unless the owner restricts food intake.

This study will examine if caregivers, working with people with dementia problems, is in need of support and in what way they see how the support should be designed. Previous research shows that there are many factors in elderly care that affect all of the caregivers. Working with people in this sort if dependence, requires a lot of the caregivers, both mentally and physically. To study if the caregivers consider themselves to be in need of support, and in what way they see how the support should be designed, the study employs a qualitative approach using to types of interviews, one focus group with four assistant nurses, and two individual in-depth interviews with the administrative personnel and one nurse. The results show that the need for support for the caregivers exists. Caregivers working with people with dementia problems, daily face difficulties, some more difficult to handle than others.

Sjuksköterskeledda mottagningar har blivit ett framgångsrikt sätt att ta hand om stora patientgrupper som lider av kroniska sjukdomar som diabetes, astma och hjärtsvikt (Eklund, 2009). I Sverige lider fyra av tio kvinnor och fem av tio män, av övervikt eller fetma (SCB, 2012). Fetma är ett globalt folkhälsoproblem som leder till en mängd allvarliga konsekvenser, både fysiska, psykiska och sociala, och har blivit en allt större utmaning för vårt samhälle att finna lösningar och effektiva behandlingar till (WHO, 2013). På senare tid har sjuksköterskeledda överviktsmottagningar etablerats. Syftet med denna uppsats är att beskriva omvårdnadsåtgärder vid sjuksköterskeledd överviktsmottagning.

Syftet är att undersöka vilka sätt allmänsjuksköterskan kan interagera med demenssjuka på. Frågeställning: Hur kan verbala och icke-verbala kommunikationssätt optimera omvårdnaden och interaktionen mellan sjuksköterskan och personen med demenssjukdom? Ämnet har belysts genom att göra en litteraturstudie och datainsamling har gjorts på tre databaser. Denna studie är uppbyggd på sex kvalitativa studier och fyra kvantitativa. Demenssjukdom innebär nedsatt verbal kommunikationsförmåga, vilket kan leda till frustration och agiterat beteende.

Cross infection is a global health problem. The cost for cross infection increases every year. Florence Nightingale focused her attention on preventing cross infections by using good hygiene and as a nurse that is one of your more important tasks. Nurses have guidelines for how hygiene should be implemented in practice. The aim of this study is to investigate factors that influence nurses´ compliance to guidelines regarding hygiene.
