The aim of the study is to examine how religion legitimates outrages and it what ways we can regard religion as politics. The study uses the theory that Eickelman and Piscatori present in their book Muslim politics. They use the term ?Muslim politics? to describe the relation between Islam and politics. Eickelman and Piscatori divide Muslim politics in five elements that the essay uses to structure the analysis.

The aim of our study has been to investigate what kind of space there is to exert influence for adult persons with mild intellectual disabilities who live on group housing. We wanted to investigate what kind of hindrance and possibilities there were to exert influence for people on group housing. Our study has been built on qualitative group discussions with 9 persons with mild intellectual disabilities and 6 care-keepers. We have analysed our discussions on the basis of the theory of empowerment. Our result indicates that there is different kind of factors that affect the possibilities for people with mild intellectual disabilities to increase their influence, and it does not always have to do with the disability how the persons can make their voices heard.

Why participate? Many studies focus on explaning non-participation in politics. The political parties are loosing members and the particiaption of young people are given extra attention. This thesis is about young people who do participate in party politics. The question is how they experience their participation and how they feel that they can have a politcal influence by being a member of the youth section of a political party.

Den här uppsatsen tar en närmare blick på karismatiskt ledarskap vilket ofta sägs vara en personlig egenskap som vissa föds med. Det sägs att personer som Gandhi, Barack Obama och Olof Palme har haft denna egenskap. AbstractForskning visar att verksamheter ställs inför omfattande arbetsrelaterade problem därverksamheter förlitar sig på team för en effektiv problemlösning. Grunden för effektivitet iteamen föds då teammedlemmarna delar samma vision om det arbete som måste utföras.Studiens syfte är att få en ökad förståelse för skapandet av delade mentala modeller, genomatt undersöka teammedlemmarnas enskilda upplevelse av delade mentala modeller samtcentrala processer som gemensam meningsstruktur och kommunikation i teamets arbete medatt uppnå effektivitet. I föreliggande fenomenologiska uppsats har ett team om treteammedlemmar observerats och sedan intervjuats om deras individuella upplevelse avskapandet av delade mentala modeller. Resultaten visar att delade mentala modeller upplevssom viktig och där faktorer som aktivt deltagande, kommunikation och interaktion har storpåverkan..

Syftet med detta arbete är att undersöka hur en stad som anordnar OS hanterar stadsutveckling. På senare tid har den Internationella Olympiska Kommittén (IOC) haft en hållning där de uppmuntrar kandidatstäder att planera för det olympiska arv som spelen medför. Det finns historiska exempel som visar att OS tidigare medfört en rad ohållbara arv, däribland underutnyttjad infrastruktur som blivit en dyr börda för skattebetalare att underhålla.Detta arbete går in djupgående på Londons värdskap av OS år 2012. Vad som gör London extra intressant att undersöka är att staden nämligen var den första värdstad som kunde planera för den IOC:s vision om ?legacy? fullt ut.

According to the European Union waste hierarchy, waste should first of all be minimized. Reuse and material and energy recycling come next. Lastly the waste should be thrown at the refuse tip. In the inner city of Stockholm waste handling can be done in various types of ways. The solutions vary as a result of the type of architecture of the building and its condition.

The purpose of this study is to explore the Swedish site Funbeat which is a space dedicated to people who share an interest in exercising in general, and running in particular. By applying a netnographic analysis, I will investigate if Funbeat matches the criteria of a participatory culture and how the members manage to establish a collective intelligence within the community. In order to achieve this, I will analyze the interactivity between the participants which occurs in discussion threads concerning injuries related to running, in the sites discussion forum. The results will then be discussed in relation to previous research within the field for participatory culture, collective intelligence and interactivity.The outcome of the study revealed that Funbeat can be regarded as very good example of a participatory culture. By each member sharing their individual knowledge in matters regarding injuries, a collective intelligence was established.

The purpose of this essay was to do a research about if the language in Swedish role-playing books is used correctly and if the composition along with the possible language errors makes the books hard to understand.This research was also about to find out why these problems occurs and if the authors are aware of them.I choose books from two Swedish role-playing games, Eon and Drakar och Demoner. I read them trough, noted the mistakes made and put them together in a scoring table. I also did a LIX-test on the books and interviewed one of the authors.The results shows that the books to Eon is harder to read than the books to Drakar och Demoner and this agrees with the vision the authors of the books claims to have.The results also shows that it is not only the language mistakes and the composition that makes the books hard to read, but also the choice of difficult words and badly formulated rules..

This thesis examines the perception and use of the school library for students at an Upper Secondary School. The school has a high frequent of immigrant students, and the students interviewed all have an immigrant background. The intention was to find out how the students used the school library and what perception they have of the school library. The method used was semi-structured interviews with eight students, both males and females, who studies different educational programs. The instrument of theory was that from Elisabeth Tallaksen Rafste?s theoretical framework.

En fallstudie har gjorts på Länsförsäkringar för att jämföra hur beslutsvägar ser ut och hur förankrade strategier och visioner är i verksamheten. Pedagogers vision är att alla elever ska få uppleva trygghet och tillhörighet under sin utveckling i skolan, verkligheten ser dessvärre inte ut så för alla. För många elever handlar skolans vardag om att man är en osynlig elev, någon som ingen annan ser och vars enda mål är att komma in i gemenskapen.    Syftet med vår studie är att undersöka hur verksamma pedagoger i förskoleklass definierar begreppet utanförskap, vilka orsaker som ligger till grund för utanförskap, samt hur de arbetar inom detta område.Vår studie grundar sig på en kvalitativ forskningsintervju. Resultatet visar att pedagogernas definition av utanförskap är när någon inte känner grupptillhörighet eller är delaktig på samma villkor som de övriga i gruppen. En vanlig orsak till utanförskap menar de är bristande social kompetens såsom olika kommunikationssvårigheter. Det framkommer att pedagogerna främst arbetar med gruppstärkande samarbetsövningar för att främja trygghetskänslan hos eleverna..
