Genom a?rhundraden har bilden varit en viktig del i va?rt samha?lle. Den har varit en ka?lla till underha?llning, sparande av minnen och a?ven ett sa?tt att kommunicera pa?. Bilder har anva?nts pa? ma?nga olika sa?tt och sedan 1800-talet har vi kunnat fa?nga bilder genom fotografier.

Undersökningen anknyter till Skånes danska förflutna. Riksdagen år 1720 bildar en bas för undersökningen, där de skånska deltagarnas agerande ska hamna i fokus. Deltagandet kommer att följas utifrån en diskussion kring statsbyggnadsprocesser och kollektiva identiteter, där jag är intresserad av att undersöka om det finns något i de skånska representanternas sätt att uttrycka sig som går att härleda till deras tidigare danska rikstillhörighet..

That all children today receive the opportunity to explore all of their capabilities is not certain at all preschools. Today there are preschools that are not able to work actively to explore the children's abilities because the large number of children and not enough teachers. Therefore I want to find out with my research how the educators would react when there is a crisis with the youngest children, the toddlers. I also want to find out different ways of acting in everyday situations at the preschool and why the teachers act in that way. I have relied on qualitative methods and I have used the critical incident method in my study.

Detta fördjupningsarbete åskådliggör uttagningen av svenska civilpoliser för FN-tjänst. Ett av syftena var att ta reda på innebörden i uttagningskraven och varför de är utformade som de är. Dessutom belyser arbetet möjligheterna en svensk polis har att tjänstgöra utomlands och i viss mån vad civilpolisarbetet innebär, samt vilka skillnaderna är jämfört med nationell polistjänst. Arbetet är en kvalitativ studie och information har inhämtats från litteratur, Internet och muntliga källor. I resultatet tydliggörs processen inom FN vid uppförandet av en ny fredsfrämjande insats, den initiala behovsanalysen och hur detta slutligen leder fram till en kravprofil för den personal som ska rekryteras.

Studien undersöker Peter von Möllers agerande inom jordbruksutvecklingen i teori och praktik för åren 1831-1883, en tid som i Sverige sammankopplas med det allra mest intensiva skedet av den agrara revolutionen. Von Möllers egna skrifter utgör grunden för undersökningens jordbruksteoretiska del. Det praktiska jordbruket på von Möllers gods, i Skottorp, har studerats utifrån ett flertal kvantitativa metoder i godsarkivets material. Studien syftar till att beskriva teori och praktik samt finna de sammanlänkande kopplingarna dem emellan. Det ges också jämförande utblickar mot regional och nationell utveckling för samma tid.

The public sector in Sweden has in recent decades undergone a large change due to market and liberalism impact. This change has meant that marketing communication and its concepts have been adopted by administrative authorities. In this thesis, we used governmentality, social constructivism and an interpretive perspective to examine the staff at the County Administrative Board in Kalmar County and their experiences and opinions of the concepts ?customer? and ?trademark?. The study was designed as a case study with qualitative interviews.

This thesis aims to study how cybersecurity is managed and framed in the context of the growing threat landscape as a result of the Ukraine Invasion. The war in Ukraine is one of the first conflicts involving extensive cyber operations, furthermore this study is interested in how Sweden, more specifically MSB, considers global security challenges and if they can learn from the conflict in Ukraine. Through a qualitative text analysis, focusing on two reports published by MSB, the study, using securitization and framing as theoretical frameworks, seeks to answer the research question ?How has MSB changed its representation of the threat and adapted its security strategy to address the increasing threat to cybersecurity following the invasion of Ukraine??. The analysis is based on five operationalization questions to clarify whether there are indications of securitization and framing in the reports. The study also aims to identify if there is a more clear threat formulated to cybersecurity.

Denna C-uppsats syftar till att nå en större förståelse för vilka krafter det är som påverkar individers engagemang i ett livslångt lärande. Både lärandets livsvida och dess livslånga dimension behandlas. Dessa dimensioner är ett försök att inom ramen för ett livslångt lärande beskriva hela det universum inom vilket lärande kan ske. Studien har genomförts med hjälp av halvstrukturerade intervjuer och sex informanter, som alla har anknytning till ämnesområdet pedagogik. Resultatet visar att den starkaste drivkraften utgörs av individernas egen inneboende längtan och vilja till lärande och utveckling.

The purpose of this report is to collect, compile and complement the scientific and experience based knowledge concerning high pressure fire fighting today. The goal is to produce a decision data for the Rescue Service concerning the use of high pressure systems for fire fighting. Focus is on hose reel high pressure systems but other systems are discussed too. The report begins by describing the technical properties of the different systems. Then the fire fighting properties are evaluated, including manoeuvrability and safety for users.

The main focus of this essay is to analyze whether strict employment protection legislation has a negative effect on the labour market possibilities for youth in the EU or not. To empirically examine the labour market possibilities for youth, data for unemployment rates and incidence of temporary jobs are used. By doing simple correlations between the different labour market characteristics and OECD?s employment protection legislation index the effect of the latter is tested. The result is that a tendency for youth unemployment and frequency of youth with temporary employment to be higher when employment protection legislation is strict can be seen.

A tough working climate and the lack of extrinsic motivation at workplaces within health care raise the question of what instead drives employees within this industry. A possible answer to this is Public Service Motivation (PSM) - a type of motivation that is based on the desire to do good for society and its individuals. In order to investigate this further we have performed a qualitative study consisting of ten interviews with people working with institutional care, where the purpose has been to identify the sources of motivation and determine the impact of PSM. The results show that the compassion dimension of PSM appears to be one of the most salient motivational factors. While the rest of the PSM dimensions fail to explain the level of motivation to the same extent as compassion, other factors are recognized, such as relatedness and aspects of the nature of the work itself.

Syftet med vår studie var att se hur Sverigedemokraterna genom sitt principprogram konstruerar svenskhet och på så vis skapar en gräns mellan ?oss och de andra?. Metoden för vår studie har varit en kvalitativ text- och diskursanalys. Vårt resultat visar att texten i programmet påverkar och konstruerar sociala kategorier som är avgörande för människors sociala positioner och tillgång till resurser. Partiets konstruktion av svenskhet bygger på en social och nationell likhet som skapar social ojämlikhet.
