Vi har genomfört fallstudier på tre företag där ett före- och efterperspektiv på kulturen har studerats genom kvalitativa intervjuer och observationer.Resultatet av forskningen visar att kulturen i tidigare familjeägda företag förändras vid uppköp av en extern part.
