Vi ämnar kartlägga arbetet kring varumärkesstrategier hos Öhrlings PriceWaterhouseCoopers, avsedda för att attrahera, behålla och utnyttja kompetent personal. Vårt syfte blir således att undersöka företagets ”employer brand”, samt hur det påverkar organisationens interna arbetsprocesser och positionering på kompetensmarknaden. Uppsatsen är av kvalitativ och kartläggande fallstudiekaraktär och vi har använt oss av en induktiv undersöknings ansats. Primärdata utgörs av intervjuer med representanter från fallföretaget samt en expertintervju. Ur studien går att urskönja att investeringar görs i företagets employer brand.

The purpose of the essay is to analyze the welfare state from a gender perspective. Further, the paper analyzes and critically examines three different normative solutions provided by Irish Marion Young, Nancy Fraser and Jürgen Habermas for the realization of a welfare state that includes women.Habermas argues that the welfare state has created a situation of dependency and state paternalism which reduces both individual and collective self-determination. Young follows Habermas? argument. She argues for a political climate where justice is reduced to the distribution of material goods rather than the elimination of underlying relations of domination and gender specific patterns.

Music and religion are concepts, which have been continually associated with spirituality throughout the history of Western religion. Since the dawn of mankind, it has been considered that music has had a clear function about how individuals grasp their inner emotions to reach the transcendent and comprehend "Self". The aim of this thesis is to gain greater understanding as to how a group of young catechists in the Swedish Lutheran Church feel, interpret and construct their identities through popular music. An exploration as to how this specific group perceives concepts such as the Bible, church, spirituality, and religion was undertaken. The theory forming the basis of this essay is derived from a sociological perspective of postmodernism.

Background: Documents and legislation inform us that parts of the public health service of Sweden, at a political level, aim to support people?s sexual health. Statistics show there has been an increase among young woman, seeking help for sexual pain during intercourse. The diagnosis that the media has come to observe lately is vulvar vestibulitis. Det är ofta man får höra och läsa om att barn och ungdomar ses som ett problem i samhället utifrån deras handlingar och beteende.  Under de senaste åren har ungdomsorganisationer ökat i antal vilket har gjort att ungdomarna har fler ställen att gå till och tillbringa sin lediga tid på.Syftet med detta arbete är att undersöka några ungdomsorganisationer genom att intervjua anställda inom organisationerna och på så sätt få en uppfattning om deras syn på arbetet, filosofin och utvecklingen i organisationen.De teorier vi har valt att använda oss av i vårt arbete är human resource management (organisations uppbyggnad), grupp processer samt samspel inom relationella perspektiv. För att på bästa sätt kunna undersöka det har vi valt att utgå från kvalitativa intervjuer på grund av vår undersökning präglas av de anställdas känslor och tankar som är svåra att beräkna i kvantitativa undersökningar.Det vi fått fram under vår tid med uppsatsen är att samarbete mellan organisationer är något som uppskattas och visar en framgång i arbetet med barn och ungdomar. Där det brister i de organisationer vi varit ute på är i den ekonomiska delen som till exempel visar sig i för få anställda. Det positiva är att man ständigt ser en positiv utveckling inom ungdomsorganisationerna som i sin tur påverkar samhället.

This report is a result of a first survey of Halland?s gravel pits as an assignment from the County Administrative Board of Halland. The focus has been on Apalus bimaculatus, since the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency are creating a restoration program as it is red listed as Near Threatened. The purpose was also to get an overview of the pits since the County Administrative Board wants to continue this project. Apalus bimaculatus is easy to overlook since it is a short-lived beetle and it lives early in the spring.

This essay is about how basic democratic values are formed in preschool. I have focused on children´s abilities to take on responsibility and also, on the importance of relationships in the development of democratic values in preschool.This essay starts in self-perceived dilemmas, based on my own feeling that the children should have more rights and that the preschool often has too many unreflected rules and routines. The dilemma has been reflected on and has been discussed in relation to other theories. I have also reflected on my own behavior as a teacher and to what extent this behavior has influence on the outcome.The relationship between the governing documents and the work in preschool has been reviewed with the conclusion that they are not synchronized with each other.The investigation shows several examples of the meaning of a good working relationship between teacher and child and that children´s own sense of responsibility should be taken seriously and be recognized as a resource.In the discussion with the theories a connection between democracy, relationships and children´s responsibility was detected. The meaning of a good working communication and the teacher?s significance for the development is central and is made visible and problematized.The concluding words show how the approach to democratic and fundamental values must come to a change in preschools, a change that the teacher partly is responsible for.

This graduate thesis deals with the challenges facing us as we gradually make our urban environments withtheir many public buildings, such as shops, cafés and cinemas, more accessible for disabled people. Theperspective taken is that of the conservationist, who in her or his profession looks to the cultural andhistorical characteristics in buildings and building environments. In order to gain better accessibility, changesin the physical fabric need to be made, with consideration for the cultural and historical characteristics.The introduction presents the subject of considarate accessibility. The second chapter deals with the legalaspects concerning the protection of buildings as well as the accessibility for disabled people. Severalinterviews with different participants are presented here, aiming to tie the legislation to the reality of theconservationist, the disabled, the civil servant working with accessibility issues and the property owner,whose responsibility it is to make the adjustments necessary to improve accessibility.

This thesis aims to illustrate how environmental impact can be reduced, through the use of lean concrete. It also illustrates how environmental data can be applied to a house through implementation with BIM. In this study a unique concrete structure developed by Swedish Cement and Concrete Research Institute is assessed for environmental impact, by calculating the carbon dioxide equivalents using LCA methodology. The construction is a sandwich element where the concrete is made ??up of three layers.

Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka skillnader mellan vad som motiverar olika åldersgrupper i arbetslivet. Studiens hypoteser bygger på tidigare forskning som visade att betydelsen av interna motivationsfaktorer ökar med ålder, samt att betydelsen av externa faktorer minskar. Studien genomfördes på en multinationell logistikorganisation i mars 2015 genom en kvantitativ enkätundersökning på 119 deltagare. Reliabilitetstest för studien visade på god reliabilitet för både externa faktorer (?=0,85) och interna faktorer (?=0,79).

Ibland syftar artiklarna till att visa på rekommenderade tillvägagångssätt genom att redogöra för implementeringens kritiska framgångsfaktorer ? de moment, aktiviteter eller liknande som genom studien identifierats som avgörande för en framgångsrik implementering. Majoriteten av studierna har berört organisationer i privat sektor.Författarna till denna uppsats ansåg att det fanns starka argument för att dessa studiers resultat inte med nödvändighet är applicerbara på organisationer i offentlig sektor, utan att de kritiska framgångsfaktorerna kan skilja sig åt eller ha olika prioriteringsgrad i respektive sektor.

The purpose of our study is to see how the interaction between the social services and police work when a child under 15 years is suspected of crimes.What happens to the child from an agency perspective? How is the experience for the child and how do they get their voices heard? How is the professional perspective for a child when a child is suspected of a crime? What do the various authorities for short-term and long-term measures for the child?We have chosen to do a qualitative study using semi-structured interviews. The study includes six interviews with two police officers, three field secretaries and a social worker in two different municipalities. A medium sized municipality, and a larger community.The people we interviewed think differently about collaboration. The municipality have different workforms.
