This study is about what teachers in primary schools say that they are doing to create a school for all.The purpose of this study is to find out what teachers in primary schools say that they do on their mission to create a school for everyone and how they organize teaching to achieve this. The study was conducted as an interview of five teachers from elementary school of different gender and with a qualitative method because it provides a great opportunity to problematize, interpret and understand the responses of the interviewees.The results show that all the teachers think that their mission is to teach so that they can give each student what they need to achieve the goals. This may not be every day but over time, they hope that all students feel that they get so much of the teacher's time that they need..

Due to increasing product availability and higher demands on fast deliveries, the competition between companies is growing. To be able to satisfy the customers? requests an efficient logistics system with short throughput time is required. By using tools associated with Lean production companies are able to make great improvements in their manufacturing systems and reduce lead times to satisfy customer demands.There are two classifications associated with manufacturing, high variety and low volume (HVLV) and low volume and high variety (LVHV). The general belief is that the concept of Lean production is difficult to implement in a production environment with high variety and low volume due to the concept being adapted to mass production.

Arbetet utgår från mitt eget komponerande och syftar till att undersöka hur man som kompositör och textförfattare uppnår följsamhet mellan text och melodi, d.v.s. hur man anpassar text och melodi till varandra så att de känns som en naturlig enhet. Ett andra syfte med uppsatsen är att ta reda på om det har någon betydelse för upplevelsen av följsamhet om texten skrivits före melodin eller omvänt. Undersökningsmaterialet omfattar tre delar: ett låtmaterial på sex låtar (tre där melodin komponerats först och tre där texten skrivits först), en dagbok och till sist en enkät med efterföljande gruppdiskussion (deltagare var sex sångare och sex kompositörer). Jag kom fram till fem typer av överensstämmelse som utan inbördes rangordning ger följsamhet mellan text och melodi: a) mellan språkets rytm och melodins rytm: b) mellan språkmelodi och musikalisk melodi: c) mellan språkliga och melodiska betoningar: d) mellan språklig och melodisk klang: e) mellan känsla eller stämning i språket och melodin.

Det här arbetet syftar till att undersöka huruvida trumset som instrument kan påverka lyssnarens uppfattning av det känslomässiga uttrycket i musikaliska sammanhang och hur stor inverkan det kan ha på helhetsintrycket.För att undersöka detta har jag komponerat sex kortare stycken som alla ämnar uttrycka varsitt känslouttryck. Dessa har sedan spelats in av musiker som tillsammans har tolkat musiken utifrån den känsla som den är tänkt att representera. Ytterligare två alternativa trumtagningar har spelats in, respektive programmerats, och sammanfogats med de övriga instrumentens originaltagningar för att jämföras mot varandra i en enkät.Tyvärr gör avsaknaden av både en större mängd fullständiga svar och spridning i urvalsgruppen det svårt att sammanställa ett konkret resultat för att utröna vilken påverkan musikalisk utbildning och musikaliskt intresse har för lyssnarens upplevelse av helhetsintrycket. I den ringa mängden fullständiga svar finns det dock en tydlig linje genom de exemplen som var lätta att definiera, medan de exemplen som behandlade något mer komplexa känslouttryck ledde till en viss splittring hos respondenterna.Samtliga musikaliska val som jag gjort i detta arbete har gjorts utifrån mina egna erfarenheter och utifrån den information som jag har tagit del av genom andra studier och undersökningar..

Through a quantitative examination, 26 pedagogies in the pre-school activity answered a few questions in an enquiry about outdoor education. The purpose with this examination was to find out what pedagogies think and apprehend about outdoor education, and also if the "education plan" is in their minds during outdoor activities and if they see them self´s as competent in nature studies. They have also answered questions whether they think that they have good outdoor environment that stimulates children´s development and learning and if there´s any forest that they visit on regular basis.The pedagogies think that during time spent outdoor, it´s the motor skills that are best developed. All of the pedagogies mentioned above think that they need to get more educated in nature studies and also that pedagogies attitude towards time spent outdoors affect the children. They do not think about the goals and intentions of the "educations plan" all the time.

The report describes the process of identifying the interference that exists in a newly installed automated robotic cell and suggest improvements to increase productivity. The cell is used for lifting up extruded aluminum sections onto a conveyor which deliver the material to a anodising line at a company that manufactures aluminum extrusions.To find the areas with the best possibility for improvements in the cell we used a variety of job measurements e.g. measure of standard times for each operation in the cell. The aim of this paper is to present a case study that increases the understanding of pooled purchasing between independent companies, but also acknowledges the importance of relationships. While previous research has established the advantages and disadvantages of pooled purchasing, our paper shows that successful relationships can render additional synergies and benefits. The aim of this small thesis is to investigate if the probability of business failure is higher at the time of divestment than at the time of acquisition for portfolio companies that have been subject to private equity ownership. The background for this thesis is the widespread critique aimed at private equity firms, claiming that they increase the risk in their portfolio companies. We have performed a study of 53 buyout transactions, involving Swedish manufacturing companies, covering a time span of 13 years, from 1995 to 2007. We find evidence of an increased risk of business failure for the portfolio companies with a short forecasting horizon (within one year). The absolute increase in the sample is however small.
