Inertia beskrivs i litteraturen som ett organisatoriskt förändringsmotstånd och förklaras ofta vara orsaken till att organisationsförändringar misslyckas. Uppsatsen syftar till att genom litteraturstudie öka förståelsen för vad inertia är för något, vad organisationsförändring innebär samt hur dessa två faktorer påverkar lärandet i organisationen.Resultatet av denna litteraturstudie är att inertia konstateras vara en del av det som utgör organisationskulturen samt att inertia som begrepp i sig är olämpligt eftersom detta är i grunden naturvetenskapligt. Avslutningsvis konstateras att det som betecknas som inertia skulle kunna vara såväl ett hinder som en möjlighet för lärande i organisationen. Detta beroende på vilket synsätt man har på organisationer och organisationsförändringar. Sandberg & Targama (1998) konstateras förespråka ett synsätt som skulle kunna vara till stor nytta för organisationer inför förändringar då lärande bör ske.

The objective of this project was to develop the visual identityof Halleluja, a brand new booking agency representing approximatelytwenty minor artists within a wide range of contemporarymusic styles.The outcome has been applied to business cards and awebsite yet to be produced. To attract the audience and differentiateitself from other booking companies, Halleluja featuresa minimalist design that speaks of dedication, breadth ofgenres and exclusive taste. Although my sketches have beenapproved by Lars Olsson and Erik Sundfeldt, the co-foundersof Halleluja, I have had the privilege of working quite freely andstarting from scratch, since there was no earlier work done onthe company.Some of the issues I have faced during my process wasabout finding the right tone of voice in type and colour, ordealing with the semantics of the corporate name (meaning»praise the Lord«). Bakgrund: Höga ljudnivåer på postoperativa avdelningar har visat sig öka utsöndring av stresshormoner hos patienter. Med insikt om hur musik som omvårdnadsåtgärd påverkar patienten postoperativt, kan omvårdnadspersonalen försöka göra den postoperativa vården så angenäm som möjligt.Syfte: Att belysa musikens inverkan på postoperativa avdelningar ? ur ett patientperspektiv.Metod: Litteraturstudie baserat på åtta vetenskapliga artiklar som analyserats systematiskt.Resultat: Det framkom att musik kan användas som omvårdnadsåtgärd för att minska stress, oro och smärtupplevelse postoperativt. Patienterna upplevde att musik kan bidra till ett ökat välbefinnande och reducera upplevelsen av störande ljud.Konklusion: Omvårdnadspersonalen bör få ökad kunskap om musikens betydelse postoperativt ur ett holistiskt synsätt, då musik är en enkel och kostnadseffektiv omvårdnadsåtgärd.Nyckelord: Postoperativ, musik, omvårdnad, litteraturstudie.

Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka hur musiklärare i Namibia förhåller sig till läroplaner och ämnets förutsättningar och hur det påverkar deras uppfattning om musikutbildning. Studien är en undersökning om vilka tyngdpunkterna i de namibiska styrdokumenten i ämnet musik är. Vi har undersökt hur kursplanen tolkas i teorin och i praktiken av lärare. Dessutom har vi undersökt vilka ramfaktorer som är rådande för en musiklärare i Namibia och hur dessa faktorer påverkar undervisningen. Denna studie bygger på sociokulturell teori och ramfaktorsteori.

This thesis is covering my design of an architectural object for the use in a pedagogical setting. The purpose is to create contextual premises for students, making possible the testing of designs, involving plants suitable for the urban environment. Hence, the main features in the object design is suggestive to the urban outdoor rooms - rooms that are formed amongst the city facades. The thesis is also about the design process set out from a technical reality, based on camera imagery. To a large extent, the thesis consists of reflections concerning the object's function towards pedagogy, perception and materials. Furthermore, the object claims to be a hybrid between architecture and landscape architecture.

Syftet med studien har varit att undersöka musikens funktion för människor och deras relation till musik, låttext och attribut i kontakt med musik i olika sammanhang. En empirisk undersökning i intervjuform har gjorts bland fyra akademiker från fyra olika studieområden, två kvinnor och två män. De fyra akademikerna har gemensamt att de lever på samma område och att de under fritiden kommer i kontakt med, både med varandra och med musikgenren dance musik. Undersökningen fokuseras därför på dessa akademikers förhållande till och användning av dance och vad för funktioner musiken har för dem. The purpose of this study is to show and explain how and why Swedish young people use Youtube.We conducted a written survey, asking approximately 120 students between the ages 16 and 18. The survey was carried out in the classrooms in order to receive answers from as many students as possible. We then interviewed six of them to gain further knowledge of why they use Youtube the way they do.The survey showed that Youtube is used by all of the students and very frequently by most of them. Comedy and music videos are by far the most popular genres that are viewed. In most cases watching video clips on Youtube is a social activity, often combined with both talking about clips and sending and receiving video links to and from friends.

In this master thesis I investigate different views on literary quality in two quite different library journals; Biblioteksbladet and Bibliotek i Samhälle. One aim of the study is to see whether the ambiguity of the term literary quality is considered. Since there is no universally accepted definition of literary quality to be found the analysis is inspired by discourse analysis. This theoretical frame work starts off in the assumption that our views of the world are much dependent the way we describe it. The work of Finnish scholar Sanna Talja is presented and the results of this thesis are compared with the three perspectives on music culture that are presented in her book.

Studiens syfte är att se ifall det är möjligt att under en kortare tid bli en bättre a-vistaläsare. För att underso?ka detta har jag under en åttaveckorsperiod övat a-vista 15 minuter per dag, med hjälp av en bok just för a-vistaläsning. Ett urval av dessa övningstillfällen har jag videofilmat. Jag har också använt mig av loggbok för att dokumentera mina upplevelser av min egen process.

In this essay we study the practice of teaching and learning through aesthetic learning processes in a Waldorf School. Through an ethnographic field study three Waldorf teachers have been interviewed about their views regarding in what ways aesthetic learning processes are present in their teaching and how learning through these processes is being carried out practically. For the study a specific class has been observed during three days in a Waldorf School in Stockholm to examine how the aesthetic learning processes are being performed in practice.Through the study we have reached the conclusion that in this particular Waldorf School teaching is being performed artistically and through aesthetic approaches and perspectives. This way of teaching is being carried out not only in the aesthetic subjects but also in the theoretic. The results of the study show that aesthetic learning processes are present in almost all of the subjects in this Waldorf School..

A DISCOURSE ANALYSIS OF AESTHETIC PROCESSES OF LEARNING IN RELATION TO DEWEY´S ART AS EXPERIENCE.The aim of this study is to present a discourse analysis made on five-year-old children during art activities in a preschool in Sweden. The questions asked are: how does interaction take place between the children, or the child and the teacher, during art activities? And what does this tell us about the relationship to art in preschool? In Art as Experience John Dewey claims that art is separated from other experiences of life, but that it ought to be close to ordinary life-experiences. Today visual culture is important in society but not in school.

SummaryThe numbers of students in higher education with foreign background are still lower than expected. The universities around the country are increasingly committed to attract students among this group. Many of investments and researches have been done to explore new approaches. There is need to understand how students evaluate their choices. These studies will help marketing the educations which are more responsive to student's expectations.

Läraryrket är idag utsatt för flertalet förändringar som ställer krav på flexibilitet och professionalitet. Syftet med vår aktionsforskningsstudie var att öka förståelsen kring huruvida yrkesverksamma lärare med lång erfarenhet kan använda praxisnära reflektion som verktyg för att utveckla sin yrkesroll. De åtta gymnasielärare som deltog fick i uppgift att genomföra skriftliga, praxisnära reflektioner under tre veckors tid. Denna period avslutades med en enskild intervju. Vi gjorde sedan en tematisk analys över resultatet för att kategorisera reflektionernas innehåll, samt kopplingar till tyst kunskap.

The overall aim of this case study is to find the conditions for pupils in the nine-year compulsory school with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) who are instructed in the ordinary classroom. The study explores what kind of support the schools offer these pupils. The study also examines the views of the teachers´, special educators´, principals´ and municipal representatives on what kind of support these pupils need and ought to be offered.The methods used were qualitative interviews and a questionnaire study.The theoretical basis of the study is the three different perspectives of special pedagogy. These perspectives represent three different views on the disorders of pupils.The overall result shows that the municipality offers little support for schools. The study shows that there is little collaboration between schools and ASD-specific support outside school.

This study focuses on the booking agencies in Sweden and their point of view on the reality with a focal point from the mass media perspective, which says that they have become rather wealthy because of the changes within the music business. The mass media describes the booking agencies situation as golden because of the economical and technological changes that more or less have paralysed the record industry. The study is performed with a qualitative approach and is based on interviews with relevant individuals from eight different Swedish booking agencies. These individuals have been chosen to match as many different segments in the booking agency business as possible. On account of the qualitative approach it is difficult to generalize the conclusion of the study.
