The purpose of this essay is to examine how social welfare secretaries from the social service and welfare officers from adult psychiatry experience the cooperation between themselves in relation to mentally ill mothers and their children.Moreover, the study aims to shed light on social welfare secretaries and welfare officers views on potential gender related differences in the work with mentally ill mothers and fathers.Five qualitative interviews were performed in two separate municipals in the Stockholm area. Three of the respondents were social welfare secretaries in the social services and two were welfare officers in the adult psychiatry. Our theoretical starting point has been role theory and a model of different dimensions of cooperation.Our result showed that there were shortcomings in the cooperation between the two principals. How well the cooperation worked differed between the two municipals. In one of the examined municipals the cooperation could only be found on an individual client or individual patient case level, whilst in the other municipal the cooperation existed on a more general level in the form of project meetings.

Integration is a concept that is very topical in today's multicultural-cultural society. Integration means that everyone should have the same rights, opportunities and obligations to society, regardless of extraction. What counteract integration is segregation, which implies a distinction between different groups and where there exist an inequality between them. Segregation is widespread in Sweden today and the exclusion that it creates needs to be broken. The aim of this paper is to examine if it is possible to promote integra-tion through physical planning.

Syfte:Syftet med följande studie är att analysera vilka faktorer som förekommer i beslutsunderlagen vid fastställandet av VA-taxan, samt hur utförligt beskrivna dessa är. Detta för att utförligt förstå vad beslutsunderlagen grundar sig på i kommuner runt om i Sverige.Metod:Att utgå från den hermeneutiska filosofin, torde en ökad förståelse realiseras, då vi använder den kunskapen genom att utföra en pilotstudie. Detta innebär att vi under studiens gång har rört oss mellan teorin och empirin, och erhållit en abduktiv forskningsansats.Teori:Studien utgår ifrån tidigare forskning inom området som har använts för att identifiera våra traditionella samt icke traditionella faktorer.Empirin:Den datainsamlingsmetod vi har använt är en semitstrukturerad djupintervju baserad på fem olika kommuners VA-verksamheter, samtliga med traditionella verksamhetsformer.Analys:Vi genomförde en omfattande analys för att upptäcka skillnader och likheter mellan kommunerna samt förekomsten av faktorerna. Samtliga kommuner tar hänsyn till traditionella faktorer då dem förekommer, däremot varierar det mellan de icke traditionella faktorerna och dess förekomst.Slutsats:Studiens slutsats visar att våra traditionella faktorer är mer framstående mot det icke traditionella. Det visar sig även att de icke traditionella faktorerna förekommer i större utsträckning än vad som framgår i tidigare studier.

De senaste årens stora redovisningsskandaler har lett till ökade krav på bolagsstyrning och intern kontroll. Bolagsstyrningens fyra hörnstenar består av styrelsen, den verkställande ledningen,internrevisionen och externrevisionen. En solid bolagsstyrning kräver ett effektivt samspel mellan dessa fyra parter. I vår uppsats fokuserar vi på intern- och externrevisionens roller och relationer. Syftet med uppsatsen är att öka förståelsen för internrevisionens och externrevisionens respektive roller, undersöka om koden alternativt SOX har påverkat deras roller samt beskriva hur de arbetar och samverkar för att stärka den interna kontrollen över den finansiella rapporteringen för att tillsammans skapa en effektiv revision.Vi har genomfört en kvalitativ undersökning utifrån delvis strukturerade intervjuer med tre internrevisorer och tre externrevisorer samt sekundärdata som litteratur, artiklar och Internet.Undersökningen visar att internrevisionen och externrevisionen har olika uppdragsgivare och olika granskningsinriktning, men det ligger i båda parters intresse att kvalitetssäkra den interna kontrollen över finansiell rapportering.

The purpose of this study is to increase the understanding of activities, flows and waste in a company's production process. By performing a value stream analysis, non-value adding activities are identified in a production process and then the suggested improvements that can reduce lead times will be stated. The value-stream mapping identifies the flow of information and the flow of material in a production process and this provides the basis for the identification of non-value adding activities.We conducted the study at Lammhults Möbel AB in Lammhult Sweden, where the production flow of Spira-21 has been investigated. This to identify any non-value adding activities that affect the flow negative and consumes time and money in a non-value adding way.A reasonable approach for the project was taken by studying the methodologies and theories. We conducted interviews and site surveys at Lammhults Möbel AB where the flow of information and material in the production process were investigated.

This thesis applies to a novel steam expander, one part of a steam engine system, a wobble plateengine. The piston in the expander moves axially with the outgoing rotating shaft and is locatedon a plate, why the engine type is called axial engine. The aim of this study is to examine how the induction period for newly employed upper secondary school teachers is implemented in practice, in relation to the Swedish Education Act and the National Agency for Education?s general guidelines. Although this induction period has been legally mandated since 2010, both previous research and current statistics indicate significant shortcomings or wide variation in its practical execution. The study is based on a qualitative interview study involving 13 school leaders. The interview responses were analyzed using three complementary theoretical frameworks: Lipsky?s theory of street-level bureaucracy, Meyer and Rowan?s concept of decoupling, and Schein?s model of organizational culture.

Bakgrund och problem: Konsultbranschen kännetecknas av en hög omsättning av aktörer. En anledning till att det ständigt alstras nya mindre aktörer till branschen är att den kan vara lukrativ med låga inträdesbarriärer. Men varför försvinner många aktörer lika fort som de kommer upp? Är det en brist på strategi och styrverktyg som ligger till grund för problemet? Kan det bero på svårigheten för småföretag att skapa sig en solid varumärkeslegitimitet, och finns det en möjligt att med hjälp av styrverktyg stärka företagets varumärkeslegitimitet? Fallföretaget som använts i den här studien är ett litet konsultföretag som vill stärka varumärkeslegitimiteten med hjälp av differentieringsstrategi på marknaden.Syfte: Syftet med den här studien är att med hjälp av en egenarbetad utvärderingsmodell utvärdera olika långsiktiga styrverktyg inriktade mot små konsult- och tjänsteföretags. Genom att utvärdera för- och nackdelar för tre utvalda styrverktyg och sedan applicera de på ett litet konsultföretag är förhoppningen att studien kan leda fram till rekommendationer gällande styrverktygens nytta och möjlighet till anpassning.Metod: I metodavsnittet förklaras vilka metodiska val som har använts i studien.

The main purpose of this essay was to understand and discuss the problems the Swedishmunicipalities have when missing the profession in cultural preservation area. I have madetwo case studies where competence has been present in one and absent in the other. FurtherI intend to find out what material the Swedish municipalities needs in their work with theconservation of built environment.The first case describes Vallentunas main intersection and the adjustments needed toseparate it from the local rail road. It identifies what the municipality deems importantsuch as sight lines and access to the old church area. The ability to illuminate these itemshad not been possible without the knowledge and early participation of an expert in thefield of cultural resource management.The second case revolves around an old croft in Österåker that was subject for a plannedresidential area.

The aim of this thesis is to examine the politics and activities of the Social Democratic students´ association Spartakus. Their relationships and political and ideological differences towards the Swedish Social Democratic Party (SAP) and the remaining parts of the Social Democratic youth organisation (SSU) in Linköping during 1969-1971 are examined. To fulfil this aim I have studied relevant literature and interviewed people who were active in Spartakus, as well as people from SSU and SAP in the municipal during the period. I have also studied written material produced by the students´ association itself during the period. The theoretical frame of reference consists of Dahl´s theory on a democratic political order, and party theories like the mass party theory of Duverger, theories from Sjöblom, Panebianco, Lipset and Tingsten and also Gidlund&Möller´s theory about different kinds of party members.

The starting point for this thesis has been the great process of change that Swedish municipalities now arefacing due to the political directive of offering full-time employment to all part-time employees. The aimof the research is to create a decision support model for Swedish municipalities, which simultaneouslyintroduce the offer of full-time employment and an internal personnel pool. The factors that mayinfluence the personnel?s choice of employment level and the quality of the outcome, thus the financial result,are we also aiming at explaining. The empirical observations were found through secondary data as well asobservations from the municipality of Göteborgs Stad.

Syfte och frågeställningarSyftet med uppsatsen är att kartlägga säkerhetsansvarigas och supporterföreningarnas syn på supporterproblematiken i dagens fotbollssverige och se om där går att finna några likheter eller skillnader.Hur ser de tillfrågade på den egna klubbens problematik?Hur ser de tillfrågade på problemen med casualsupportrar?Hur ser de tillfrågade på medias inflytande på supporterproblematik?Hur ser de tillfrågade på förbundets arbete med supporterproblematik?Hur fungerar samarbete och utbyte mellan föreningarna?Metod:För att kunna besvara vår frågeställning så valde vi ut dom fem största publiklagen inom svensk fotboll nämligen Allmänna Idrottsklubben (AIK), Djurgårdens Idrottsförening (DIF), Hammarby Idrottsförening (HIF), Idrottsföreningen Kamraterna Göteborg (IFK Göteborg) och Malmö Fotbollsförening (MFF). För att hjälpa oss att besvara frågorna intervjuade vi supporterordförande och säkerhetsansvarig i dessa klubbar.Resultat:Läktarkulturen och supporterkulturen har växt väldigt mycket dom senaste åren och med den har supporterproblematiken också ökat. Alla tillfrågade är kritiska till Svenska Fotbollförbundet och deras inställning till säkerheten på och utanför de allsvenska arenorna. Det hörs även kritiska röster om hur media rapporterar och hur det kan bidra till rekryteringen av s.k.

The regulatory framework for constructional calculations in Sweden did expire In January the 1.st, 2011.Since then the constructional regulatory that originally were composed by Boverket (BKR) has been replaced by new common range (Eurocodes) for the entire European Union. This transition has led to changes in existing rules and standards regarding dimensioning area in Grids and has forced a need for updating to structural Engineers.The new calculation system has caused time-consuming studies of the new rules and a proper understanding of all the advice and regulations for the entire profession.This study has been carried out in cooperation with the firm "Knut Jönson Ingenjörs AB i Stockholm?, that has been affected by this transition as all other consulting firms. The firm has requested for a calculation method of wall beams according to Eurocodes. The study's focus is therefore to clarify the rules and guidelines regarding the design of wall beams according to the new regulation.
