Wella startades 1881och var fram till och med 2004 ett Tyskt famlijeägt företag. År 2004 köptes företaget upp utav Procter & Gamble, ett multinationellt företag som innehar ett brett sortiment av olika varumärken från dagligvaruhandel till skönhetsprodukter. Wella är indelad i tre divisioner samt ytterligare en division inom frisördivisionen. Denna division benämns Selective Brands. Idag präglas marknaden av snabba växlingar och kunder kan, via informationskanaler såsom Internet, snabbt erhålla information om liknande produkter från andra leverantörer.

The purpose of this paper is to standardize and simplify the design work on a few specific types of storage brackets for balconies. The company Balco AB had the wish to simplify the design work in the preparation of attachments to their balcony structures. This would be done by a calculation matrix that could be produced which then in turn could be used for each new project by the company. The design work behind the development of these fittings at each new project is costly both in terms of time devoted by each calculation but also the cost of the time. The purpose of this report is that in a systematic manner, a calculation matrix can be created that then the company instead may follow from each new project.In carrying out the project used HILTI calculation program, which was provided by the company HILTI.

Syftet med examensarbetet har varit att analysera fysiologisk litteratur och intervjua fem fotbollstränare från division ett till division tre i Sverige/Danmark om aerob träning i fotbollsklubbar. Den fysiologiska litteraturen har varit vetenskapliga studier om aerob träning och Svenska Fotbollförbundets utbildningslitteratur av Balsom(2003). Här har jag velat jämföra dessa två delar för att sedan kunna uppmärksamma likheter eller skillnader för hur rekommendationerna inom aerob träning ser ut i fotbollen. Den del ligger även till grund för analysen jag har gjort av fotbollstränarnas uttalanden om vad för sorts aerob träning de föredrar att bedriva på sina träningar. Ett annat verktyg jag har använt mig av till analysen av intervjuerna var Bourdieus habitusbegrepp.

The topic of this master thesis in legal science is state law and constitutional law, or more specific judicalization, with the division of power and thus increased individual legal rights in various forms. Sweden has traditionally had a weak constitutional protection for the individual?s legal rights. The public power has been concentrated to the government and the courts have only played a marginal role. Since the implementation of the European convention of legal rights and with the ever-increasing importance of the legal system of the European Union, the Swedish legal system gone through changes of historical dimensions.This master thesis is based on the legal dogmatic method where laws, preparatory work, case law and doctrines have been systemized.

Organizations are about people in interaction. Human itself is complex, and the complexity increases when people are grouped. When creating groups there is a need for a structure, an order between the people in the group. Companies have an organization - riding school is also a company and should have an organization. Many studies have been done related to the riding school but there is no documentation about organizations at riding schools, and a research is needed. The aim of the study was to clarify if riding schools in Sweden has a well considered organization.

SAAB Aerotech division FGR in Arboga builds and develops equipment and components used in both military and civilian applications. To build a test system for a specific project that SAAB is responsible for requires a simple signal generator that can provide a pulse modulated signal. The need to buy a new advanced signal generator for example from Agilent is not as profitable as the instrument is expensive and contains features that SAAB does not require in their applications and test systems. That was the reason why SAAB offers two students a thesis where the goal is to construct a signal generator in accordance with what SAAB requests.This thesis contains several different phases. The first step was a meeting with our supervisor Mats Bergman and by reading the data sheets for components to be used in the project, with these information and specifications that we have received from SAAB we started to construct the signal generator.What we did during the construction work was to simulate and draw a schematic to be able to design the circuit board.

The purpose of this thesis is to study the relationship between the definition and bibliographical classification of a certain academic subject; social anthropology. The theoretical framework consists of views held in Information Science regarding the definition and classification of subjects. The methodological onset is based on hermeneutical concepts that allow an extended analysis of abstract structures of thought. This analysis comprises of two parts; a descriptive analysis and a comparative analysis. The result of the descriptive analysis, whose aim is to describe the academic subject social anthropology, shows that this is not easy to define, instead it is nowadays almost the same as cultural anthropology.

I denna studie har fokus legat på mäns handlingar inom sporten fotboll. Definitionen på begreppet handling har i undersökningen syftat enbart till fysiska handlingar som vid för grov användning skulle kunna leda till brott, t.ex. misshandel. Centralt i undersökningen har varit att ta reda på hur intervjudeltagarna beskriver var gränsen mellan aggressivitet och våld går, samt se varför spelare handlar på ett visst sätt i match- och träningssituationer. Frågeställningarna studien utgått ifrån är:Varför handlar manliga spelare på ett visst sätt i match- och träningssituationer?Hur definierar de skillnaden på att vara aggressiv och att vara våldsam?Undersökningen utgår från ett socialkontruktionistiskt perspektiv, där genusteori står i fokus.

Syftet var att studera vilka olika räknemetoder som eleverna från skilda skolor använde vid beräkning av samma matematikuppgifter. Ett annat ändamål var att ta reda på vilka räknemetoder som lärdes ut av de olika lärarna på de skilda skolorna. Undersökningen har främst haft fokus på två skiljaktiga räknesätt som kallas lodrät algoritmräkning och skriftlig huvudräkning.Elever från skolår sju har fått göra en enkätundersökning i form av en matematikdiagnos. Elevernas beräkningsmetoder för matematikuppgifter innehållande de fyra olika räknesätten har jämförts. Intervjuer av klasslärare har genomförts och läromedlen har studerats.Resultatet visade att skriftlig huvudräkning är den vanligast förekommande räknemetoden som används av eleverna för matematikuppgifter i räknesätten; addition, subtraktion och multiplikation.

Examensarbetets uppdrag är att skapa en bild av dagens situation gällande duglighet vid de två bearbetande verkstäderna TMA och TMG. Vidare ska en analys av duglighetsarbete i dagsläget utföras och en modell för hur arbetet kan ske i framtiden tas fram.Syftet med examensarbetet är att erbjuda berörd personal vid Volvo Construction Equipment AB Component Division i Eskilstuna en modell för arbete med duglighetsstudier och uppföljning så att dugligare processer kan uppnås. Det primära syftet är att skapa rutiner så att man fortsätter arbetet efter ett duglighetsindex beräknats och inte endast konstaterar att resultatet är bra eller dåligt. I efterarbetet ska man försöka koppla bidragande faktorer från ett otillfredsställande utfall till de 4M:en (Maskin, Människa, Metod och Material).På CMP sker självklart ett kontinuerligt kvalitetsarbete då ett av Volvos starka kärnvärden är kvalitet, men trots det ständiga arbetet når man inte alltid de uppsatta kvalitetsmålen. Ett steg i att förändra situationen är införandet av ?The CMP Zero Tolerance Program? som är ett led till att förbättra kvaliteten och sänka antalet defekter till 600 PPM.

Syftet med arbetet var att främja barns lärande i matematik genom att skapa lustfyllda aktiviteter som hade sin grund i lek och estetik. Vi använde oss av olika forskningsmetoder såsom observationer, loggböcker och intervjuer för att beskriva resultatet. Arbetet hade en teoretisk bakgrund där representerades läroplaneras kunskapsmål i matematik vi beskrev även forskningar kring matematikdidaktik och lekteorier med koppling till estetik. Resultat delen omfattade tre cyklar där vi hade observerat, intervjuat, planerat aktiviteter, genomfört aktiviteterna, reflekterat över och dokumenterat barns lärande process och utveckling. I skolan hade vi arbetat med räknesätten och multiplikation medan i förkolan handlade arbetet om taluppfattning och geometrisk former.

Skillnaden i muskelstyrka mellan dominant och ickedominant ben hos fotbollspelare hartidigare studerats. Det finns inget enhälligt resultat om vilket ben som är starkast eller om detalls föreligger någon skillnad. Tidigare forskning har utfört mätningarna i sittandeutgångsposition vilket inte stämmer överens med fotbollspelares huvudsakliga aktivitet. Syftetmed uppsatsen var att, hos en grupp fotbollspelare i division ett och två, beskriva och jämföraden maximala muskelstyrkan mellan dominant och ickedominant ben. Datainsamlingenutfördes i en liggande utgångsposition då detta ger liknande muskellängdsförhållandet somvid stående.

The purpose of this study was to examine the extent to which incontinence aids, used in local authority/municipal nursing homes, were adapted to the resident?s urine-leakage volume and to find out how nurses perceived the current situation concerning individual testing of incontinence aids in municipal nursing homes. The study method was a quantitative empirical study and was carried out in two phases. The first phase was a weighing test, carried out in three nursing homes, whereby the incontinence aids used by 25 residents during a 48 hour period were weighed. The second phase was the completion of a questionnaire by the municipal nurses working in the same local authority.

BAKGRUND: Ishockey är en stor idrott med över 80000 aktiva spelare i Sverige.SYFTE: Syftet med denna studie var att fastställa huruvida det finns korrelation mellan tester rekommenderade av Svenska Ishockeyförbundet och prestationsförmåga på is. Vidare skulle testresultaten ställas i relation till antropometriska värden.METOD: Studiepopulationen rekryterades från hockeylag i division I. Testerna 1RM knäböj, stående längdhopp samt sergants jump utfördes enligt Svenska Ishockeyförbundets rekommenderade förfarande. Prestationsförmåga på is mättes genom 17 m sprintlopp. Korrelationen mellan testerna och prestation på is beräknades med pearsons korrelationskoeffecient.

We have during these three past years been getting formal knowledge in business economics and believe that, now in the end of our education, we are qualified to the demands that are put on the labour market. The purpose of this report has been to write about, such an extensive subject area as public purchase though we feel the education is lacking this area and have therefore decided to do our dissertation in public purchase.Due to lack of time we have not been able to investigate in the extent we wanted, we had to delimit in sort of municipality and purchase product. We have been investigating in how the process of purchase of aid in Malmö municipality approaches because we wanted to enter deeply into those studies.This rapport represents the process of public purchases of aid from both the suppliers point of view as well as the purchase units. All the steps in the process are presented in our investigation.By writing this rapport we have presented the division of responsibility of aid, it is divided between Region Skåne and the municipality in Skåne. In Malmö the responsibility is divided between two activities, one of them is Hjälpmedelcentrum who is responsible of the municipality part and the other is Hjälpmedel Malmö who.s responsible of the regional part.We have decided to investigate only on the municipality part of the responsibility division and have gradually found out that they in Hjälpmedelcentrum reuse their aids after them being returned from the needed ones in the municipality or even after that the need has stopped, the unit can by reuse save on new purchases.In the end of writing this rapport we noticed that owners of small businesses have a difficult time of getting in the market of public purchase.
