I denna studie undersöks vad som sker i intensivundervisning där en SUM-elev, elev med särskilda utbildningsbehov i matematik, erbjuds multisensorisk undervisning. Vilken utveckling som sker vad gäller elevens taluppfattning, samt olika uttryck för lärande i undervisningsprocessen är också något som studeras.Studien har en kvalitativ ansats och har genomförts som en fallstudie med en SUM-elev i årskurs ett. Fallstudien innehåller en intervention med matematiktester vilka genomförts före och efter en intensivundervisning i grundläggande taluppfattning. Deltagande observationer av undervisningssekvensen har genomförts, vilka också har filmats. Till analysen används Bruners teori om representationer tillsammans med Vygotskijs teori om lärande ur ett sociokulturellt perspektiv.

This bachelor thesis, written as a part of the European Studies at Gothenburg University, is concerned with the European Unions? (EU) climate political governance in their both climate- and agricultural policy, and in particularly the question whether it is sustainable. This thesis intends to problematize if it is possible for the EU to continue to pursue its current agricultural policies, while at the sametime maintain its role as a sustainable actor on the global arena. The framework of theEUs? climate policy governance disciplines this analysis.

Bachelor thesis, Trolley Innovation Project, has been unique in the sense that it has been carried out over the borders of Sweden. Iacobucci S.p.A, located outside of Rome in Italy is one of the largest manufacturers of interior equipment for aircraft in the world. With approximately 30% of the market Iacobucci S.p.A is one of the world's largest manufacturers of catering trolleys.The aim has been to produce a new competitive catering trolley for the airline industry. With customers and users in focus, the project team found that weight, ease of use, ergonomics and design were important aspects. Having a low weight of all the interior is particularly important when there is lots of money for the airlines to save in reduced fuel costs.

Modern sjukvård har blivit fragmenterad vilket medför nackdelar för patienter och personal. Teamarbete över professionsgränserna har identifierats som ett sätt att motverka fragmentering och erbjuda god heltäckande vård. Detta har relevans för hörselvården där många patienter behöver insatser från olika professioner. Arbetets syfte var att göra en kartläggning av teamarbete inom svensk offentlig hörselvård samt att undersöka hur teamarbetet ser ut. En totalundersökning har gjorts av Sveriges 21 landsting/regioner.

I denna uppsats undersöks hur användarna på det virtuella nätverket facebook väljer att framställa sig själva samt vad som ger social status därpå, och detta ur ett genusperspektiv. Facebook är ett socialt virtuellt nätverk som baserar dig på relationer förankrade utanför internet, och har på en mycket kort tid nått en stor spridning. Facebook är därför en social arena som möjliggör nya möjligheter men även begräsningar i presentationen av jaget. Uppsatsens resultat baseras på en innehållsanalys av statusuppdateringar och bilder från facebook, som analyserats utifrån relevant sociologisk teoribildning. De resultat som framkommit ur analysen tyder på att den framställning som görs av användarna på facebook är en idealiserad och ytlig sådan, där båda könen strävar efter att framstå som populära, framgångsrika och lyckade.

The workplace is perhaps the most developed arena for prevention of diseases and injuries among employees. In addition, according to the Swedish Work Environment Act, the employer is responsible to address physical and psychosocial risk factors. Moreover, many employers use health promotion, primarily related to individuals and their ambition to maintain or improve health, for example through dietary means and exercise. The aim of this study is to investigate health inspirers in municipal activities and their perceived support and motivation in work related to health promotion at the workplace. A qualitative method was chosen where six health inspirers within Ludvika kommun were interviewed.

Preschool is an important social arena for children. This might be the first time that children find themselves in a larger social context and create their first peer-relations. The aim of this study was to examine children?s peer-relations with particular focus on the acts of social exclusion and inclusion, and how children use different strategies to exclude and include each other. Another aim was to investigate how both verbal and non-verbal communication is used in these processes.This study has an ethnographic approach, and the use of video observation as a method enabled us to capture the children?s everyday interactions at preschool.Our results show that children use a number of different strategies to exclude other children that seek access to an ongoing activity to protect the interactional space that they already share.

Följande uppsats behandlar klassrummet som en arena för elevers lärande. I uppsatsen presenteras begreppet hållbar lärandemiljö som innebär ett klassrumsklimat där lärare arbetar med ett längre tidsperspektiv i åtanke, alltså hur ett gott klassrumsklimat kan upprätthållas över lång tid. Uppsatsens teoretiska utgångspunkt är det sociokulturella perspektivet, med människors individuella bakgrunder i åtanke. Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka vad en lärare kan göra för att skapa en hållbar lärandemiljö, samt hur olika lärare ser på elevers beteende i klassrummet. Uppsatsen är en systematisk litteraturstudie och resultatet är hämtat från två vetenskapliga databaser.

I det globaliserade samhälle vi lever i dag har vi funnit ett intresse i att skapa en studie om ?En skola för alla?. Dagligen möts vi av en mångfald i skolan. Fast att styrdokumenten pekar på ?En skola för alla? menar tidigare forskning att verkligheten ser annorlunda ut.

The Swedish government published their current proposition concerning cultural politics,Tid för kultur in 2009. Due to this proposition, culture is considered a basic human right we all deserve to be provided with. It contained goals and guidelines for how to enable culture to all citizens, to integrate and enrich the state, the county councils? and municipalities? work with diversity and multi culture in their culture-based institutes. However, there seems to be a lack of strategies in the issue of how to provide our nondependent elderly, suffering age related handicaps and diseases, with this proclaimed necessity.In recent years, there has been a lot of research proving the link between human wellbeing and a stimulating environment.

In this study, my intention has been to examine how the ambiguous concept of corruption is constructed by the press. Emphasizing the media?s representations of the socially constructed and context-specific concept, this work adopts a critical perspective on discourse, together with an approach of conceptual history. Finland has for many years been appointed as one of the least corrupt countries in the world, signing several international conventions against corruption since the 1990s, which in turn has led to an increase in discussion regarding the phenomenon. By conducting a multi-method study, my aim has been to analyse the possible changes in the definition of ?corruption? in the Finnish newspaper Hufvudstadsbladet during the period 2000-2013.

When a company seeks to enter a new market, the multiple choices of possible new business relationships exist. Further, establishing new relationships is a time-consuming procedure associated with high uncertainty and high costs. Hence, if the firm does not succeed in pinpointing the most suitable business partners to collaborate with, the firm may both forfeit other possible good relationships, as well as resources invested. Based on this notion the aim of this thesis is to explore how a manufacturing company can base the selection of future dealership Business-to-Business partners by evaluating indicators of a possible business relationship?s potential to become successful. The choice of focusing on the Business-to-Business relationship between a manufacturer and a dealership company originates from being influenced by the issues facing the Swedish agricultural machinery manufacturer Väderstad-Verken AB, who is putting attention to explore the US market.

Previous research shows that women who are victims of intimate partner violence and also have asubstance abuse have difficulties getting access to services to aid with their experience of violence.This study has examined social workers experiences of working with women with these problems,what types of services are provided and how their service needs are assessed. The study has ahermeneutical approach and the data consists of interviews with nine social workers in lines ofwork that come into contact with women in the previously described client group. The data hasbeen analyzed using content analysis. The result of the study indicates that women who are victimsof intimate partner violence and also have a substance abuse do not get their needs provided forthrough the current services in the field of social work. These women are described as havingcomplex problems and are therefore in need of more and other services than those currentlyprovided.

Syftet med detta arbete är att undersöka och se vilka attityder lärare och elever har i förhållande till sms och chatt och dess användning i skolan. Underlaget till vår undersökning är inhämtat först i enkätform och har senare kompletterats med elev- och lärarintervjuer. Undersökningen är gjord på två olika skolor där en av skolorna är belägen i en större stad och den andra i en mindre stad och eleverna som deltog i undersökningen går i årskurs 6. Resultatet visar på att elevernas attityder gentemot sms och chattanvändningen i skolan är positivt. De tror att de kan hjälpa varandra genom dessa medier och att de kan utvecklas i skriften och även vidga sin kommunikativa arena.

This study examines the background and nature of the credit default index swaption (CDIS) and presentsrelevant methods for modelling credit risk. A CDIS is a credit derivative contract that gives the buyerright to enter into a credit default index swap (CDS index) contract at a given point in time. ACDS index, in turn, is a multi-name credit default swap (CDS). Within the eld of research, thisthesis identi es the CDIS pricing models presented by Jackson (2005), Rutkowski & Armstrong (2009)and Morini & Brigo (2011) as the most recognized and developed. These models are evaluated byreconstruction in a numerical software environment.
