Syftet med detta examensarbete är att undersöka hur man som belysnings-planerare i Italien arbetar och tänker kring belysning. Vi ville också ta reda på om det finns skillnader i sättet att arbeta som belysningsplanerare i Italien gentemot Sverige och vilka skillnaderna är. Undersökningen bidrar med ny kunskap och förståelse kring belysningsplanering i ett större geografiskt perspektiv.Frågeställningarna är följande:Vad har italienska belysningsplanerare för fokus i sitt arbete med belysningsplanering?Vad har svenska belysningsplanerare för fokus i sitt arbete med belysningsplanering?Vilka eventuella skillnader finns det mellan italienska och svenska belysningsplanerares sätt att arbeta?För att svara på frågeställningarna valde vi att genomföra en utforskande studie. Vi valde att använda oss av öppna individuella intervjuer med belysningsplanerare från Sverige och Italien för att på så sätt kunna gå på djupet i våra frågeställningar.

The aim is to develop a new decision-making model for credit-loans. The model will be specific for credit applicants of the OKQ8 bank, becauseit is based on data of earlier applicants of credit from the client (the bank). The final model is, in effect, functional enough to use informationabout a new applicant as input, and predict the outcome to either the good risk group or the bad risk group based on the applicant?s properties.The prediction may then lay the foundation for the decision to grant or deny credit loan.Because of the skewed distribution in the response variable, different sampling techniques are evaluated. These include oversampling with SMOTE, random undersampling and pure oversampling in the form of scalar weighting of the minority class.

The predominant forestry harvesting method is based on the harvester-forwarder method, theharvester folds, branches and cuts trees, and sorts the logs into piles, while a forwarder transportsthe logs to a landing area.This master thesis work is about realization of a dynamic forwarder simulation model, and itspurpose is to provide an integrated forwarder simulation model in MATLAB/SimMechanicswhere the forwarder is based on a concept using pendulum arms to connect wheels and chassis.Active suspension control is developed and implemented into the simulation model, and finallycompared in simulation with passive suspension.In a first step, an integrated forwarder simulation model is developed, containing a simplifiedforwarder model, a tire-to-ground interaction model and a test track model. The simplifiedforwarder model is based a rigid multi-body system with a spring-damper suspension of thependulum arms. The tire-to-ground interaction model calculates the reaction forces, friction fromthe ground and applies the propulsion force. The test track model is a simplified version of thereal test track in Skogforsk. The propulsion wheel torque control is used to regulate theforwarder speed.

The purpose of this study is to establish how a few youngsters have experienced their time in contact families and which, if any, significance their respective ?contact families? has for them today. The study aims to determine the life situation in the youth?s families at the time support through ?contact families? was initiated and the youths? own view of the reasons for this support. We also want to shed light on the meaning that the contact families had on the youth; considering both positive as well as negative meaning.

Social medias impact recent years has been huge and an increasing number of companies have started using the services. The benefits for companies to be available thru social media are many and the costs are low. Sedan 1900-talets början har organiseringen i projekt fått en alltmer framträdande roll. En effektiv projektorganisering kräver även ett väl avvägt urvalsbeslut för vilka projekt som ska genomföras. Denna studie har valt att undersöka förbättringsmöjligheter inom urvalsprocessen hos multiprojektorganisationer med avseende på effektivitet, konsekvens i besluten samt transparens och styreffekter för organisationen.GenomförandeVi har genomfört en kvalitativ studie med ett fallföretag. Syftet har varit att få ett djup i undersökningen och en god förståelse för processen inom flera hierarkiska nivåer.

Länge har det inom den svenska integrationsforskningen funnits en efterfrågan på kun­skap om kvinnor med utländsk bakgrund på den svenska arbetsmarknaden. Följande upp­sats avser att besvara denna efterfrågan genom att undersöka kvinnor med utländsk bakgrund, deras arbets­status år 1991 samt karriärsmobilitet mellan åren 1991 och 2000. Studien riktar huvudsakligen fokus mot humankapital i form av utbildningsår och dess samband med arbetsstatus för kvinnor med utländsk bakgrund. Med anledning av famil­j­­en som betydelsefullt socialt kapital riktas även ett särskilt fokus mot föräldrars human­kapital och dess potentiella samband med arbetsstatus. Utifrån levnadsnivåundersökningen (LNU) har studien utgått en urvalsstorlek på 5430 individer för undersökningsåret 1991 samt 4395 individer för undersökningsåret 2000. Genom multi­nomiala logi­s­tiska regressioner redogör uppsatsen för de relativa risk­kvot­er­na mellan arbets­status och sociodemografiska faktorer hos kvinnor med utländsk bak­grund respektive svensk bakgrund samt män med utländsk bakgrund.Resultaten visade att humankapital tycktes vara av mindre betydelse för kvinnor med utländsk bakgrund och deras arbetsstatus år 1991 samt att kvinnor av utländsk bakgrund i högre utsträckning än andra befann sig utanför arbetsmarknaden år 1991.

How do museums work with plurality in their organizations and in the production of exhibitions and other activities? This paper examines how civic museums, provincial museums and state museums work with plurality from a perspective of culture policies, particularly in relation to the government bill Tid för kultur, issued by the Swedish government in 2009.All together I examine 25 museums and their efforts to include marginalized groups in their activities and exhibitions. To do so I have studied four possible measures that are available for the museums. This includes the following: projects that pay attention to a marginalized group or their living conditions; projects that are specifically created for a marginalized group; projects that include a marginalized group in the museums preparations; and projects were museums give full responsibility to a marginalized group. I have also examined how plurality have been presented ? as isolated cultures and cultural expressions or as hybrids and interchangeable phenomenons ? and to what extent the museums are ready to involve marginalized groups in their physical environment and in their exhibition and activity programs.

Problem formulation: Recent results from the European Food Information Council?s consumer research on nutrition information and food labelling revealed that most consumers have little understanding of the nutrition information found on food products, feel that there is little authority regulating these matters and wish for a more trusted source of information and regulation and lastly it was found that consumers accept their limitations and have little motivation to even read or learn about nutrition information. Thus what are the reactions of the various legal authorities to this problem? How are food retailers and producers responding to the needs of the consumer? How are consumers then reacting to these two players in the industry and the changes they are making?Purpose: The purpose of this research is to gain new perspective and a better understanding of relationship between consumers, companies and legal instruments in relation to nutrition and health claim labelling of food products. Method: The nature of this multi-disciplinary research has led to the study of all three areas, business administration (containing consumer behaviour) and business law, which are contained in this paper.

AbstractThis bachelor thesis was performed at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm on behalf of the Land Survey Authority. The thesis is about fish conservation and division of fishing water at official duty. It is the Land Survey Authority that examines division of fisheries, but before a case can be implemented, certain requirements must be achieved such as FBL 3:8, which prevent divisions that are deleterious for fish conservation. The purpose of this thesis is: to obtain a clearer view how FBL 3:8 should be applied in practice, how the application differs between the offices in central Sweden, and how fish care is regulated at both international and national levels.At an international level, in EU the commercial fishery is regulated through the common fisheries policy (CFP). The fisheries policy consists of a reform that will last for 10 years.
