Syftet med detta examensarbete är att undersöka hur pedagoger i förskolan bemöter barn med koncentrationssvårigheter. Är pedagogernas bemötande annorlunda om de arbetar på en traditionell förskola kontra en Montessoriförskola? Jag har även valt att undersöka om pedagogerna anser sig ha adekvat utbildning och kunskap för att hjälpa och stötta dessa barn.Undersökningen är av kvalitativ karaktär och baserad på intervjuer med fyra pedagoger på en traditionell förskola och fyra pedagoger på en Montessoriförskola. Frågorna är ställda för att rent konkret få reda på hur de går tillväga i sina verksamheter. Intervjusvaren har jag sammanställt och jämfört med litteraturen som belyser ämnet.Resultatet i undersökningen visar att det finns både likheter och skillnader i pedagogernas bemötande av barn med koncentrationssvårigheter.

This is a thesis on the Intranet use in the European Parliament. We investigated the use from a multilingual point of view, but also from a communication perspective. What we wanted to know was how a multilingual group, with presumably different computer skills, in the organisation handle the Intranet information. What are the positive and negative effects of a multilingual information exchange over an Intranet? To find out, we sent a questionnaire as an e-mail attachment to all members of a chosen committee and their assistants.

Ramsta Robotics är ett företag som ligger i Uppsala. Företaget grundades 1999 av tre uppfinnare. Man har utvecklat en robot, som används för att göra rent i djurstallar. Tvättarbetet har hittills gjorts helt manuellt med högtryckstvätt. I framför allt svinhus ärarbetsmiljön direkt hälsovådlig ? bland annat på grund av alla de kväveföreningar som löses ut när vattnet blöter upp anläggningen.

A philanthropist needs long arms- An investigation on how to illustrate difficult wordsThe feeling of not understanding all the words that I read made me initiate the project of investigating the capacity of drawn images to increase the understanding of difficult words. I?ve been working with my own personal understanding and skills in illustration.My aim was to reflect on the function, composition and manner of my illustrations. I wanted the images to be clear enough to explain and function as a help for memorizing the words but also open enough to give them a new dimension. One of my conclutions is that my way of changing the original shape of a body in my drawings, by giving it new functions such as longer arms, helps me to explain the words clearer and deeper.

Marinediesel has, to meet there customers needs for a suitable sterndrive to powerboats, developed a prototype. The prototype is currently in the testing phase. The opportunity to test the sterndrive under load inside the workshop has not previously been possible. Until now the drive has been tested in a test bench without any load on the propeller axle. The prototype has also been tested under real conditions mounted on a boat.The idea with my thesis was to create a test bench that can run around the clock in order to be able to test things like wear and service intervals and other things that require that the test interval is long.

The purpose of the study is to contribute to the field of social access in children's free play in the pre-school class, by looking at how children are included and excluded and how power structures arises in the free time. In order to capture the events that occur among the children, observations were chosen as research method.The results show that the children wanted to play with each other, and that the most common way to facilitate play was to ask "Can I join?". There were also other strategies being practiced regularly. It was also common to exclude other children from playing, and this was especially when the children wanted to protect their ongoing game, or that someone was not allowed to join because he or she ruined it for the others.

Vida Skog is supplying the whole Vida Ltd?s mills with wood raw material. This study aims to evaluate Vida Skog?s contractors and the relatively new contractorportal and to identify measures that are important for the contractors? skills. The purpose with the portal is to facilitate co-operation between contractors and buyers by streamlining the logistics of the whole wood supply process.The study was conducted in the form of a questionnaire.Most of the respondents were positive to the portal.

This essay is an attempt to portray and explain my work as a dance pedagogue as well as an epistemological overview of the skills and knowledge I use when I teach. The study is phenomenologically oriented and the examples used are from the years when I was teaching at the University College of Dance in Stockholm. The primary objective of the study was to illustrate the practical knowledge of my teaching by examining what lies in the mind and gaze of the dance pedagogue while teaching.Having finished my essay I realize that it has come to be primarily about the body. How the knowledge that is imprinted in my body can only be conveyed when I have a student to teach and how I feel that the intermediary of knowledge occurs. Other recurrent themes are the relations of thought and consciousness to the body.

New technologies and new consumer behaviors are having a large impact on mediacompanies. The biggest change is in the behavior of the younger demographic whereold platforms like television are abandoned for new online platforms. In this newworld, media companies and organizations need new tools and business models tostay competitive. One such tool is Design Thinking, a term used to describe a cognitivedesign-specific set of activities used during a design process. It has been popularizedin commercial areas and there the term is used to describe an applicable workflowused to promote the skills required to use Design Thinking.

Vi riktar detta arbete till människor som i sin profession kommer i kontakt med individer som har neuropsykiatriskt funktionshinder. De som företrädesvis har hjälp av rapporten är de som jobbar inom områden som berör samtal och vägledning. Vi har intervjuat sju personer som har neuropsykiatriska diagnoser och två personer som jobbar professionellt med samtal och vägledning av neuropsykiatriskt funktionshindrade. Vi har även använt egen relevant litteratur, obligatorisk kurslitteratur, manuell sökning av lämplig litteratur på bibliotek i Vetlanda, Tranås och Ydre samt sökt lämpligt materiel via Internet, vi har även talat med personer som är berörda av vårt ämne. I vårt resultat kom vi fram till att personer med neuropsykiatriska funktionshinder behöver bestämda ramar, konkreta och tydliga mål som är nåbara, samt relevant information som är förklarande i sitt sammanhang.

Etanol är ett intressant bränsle för framtida motorer där låga emissioner och bränsleförbrukning blir allt mer relevant. Etanol är både förnyelsebart och har intressanta förbränningsegenskaper med ett högt oktantal och snabb förbränning. Användning av förnyelsebara bränslen reducerar utsläppen av koldioxid samt medför att vi inte längre behöver förlita oss på de fossila oljedepåerna.En egenskap hos etanol är att bränslet kräver mycket värme för att förångas. Det medför att kallstarter blir ett problem då det är svårt att få bränslet att förångas och antändas då motorn är kall. Kallstartsförsök har gjorts på en direktinsprutad encylindrig motor med skiktad förbränning.

This bachelor thesis is about communication problems and treatment during the reference interview. The purpose was to investigate the reasons of why users? information needs are not always understood by the librarian and what to do about it. I have also investigated what kind of skills that can be useful for librarians to have and how a librarian can act in a way that makes the user feel welcome during the reference interview. The method I used was a literature study and an own study through interviews of library users.

Syftet med detta examensarbete är att finna bakomliggande orsaker och faktorer som påverkar pojkar och deras läsning. Varför presterar pojkar sämre än jämngamla flickor på lästester i alla de länder där tester görs? Detta är något som otaliga undersökningar pekar på både i Sverige och internationellt. Ett barns framgång i läsning är en viktig del av dess utbildning. Har barnet problem på detta område så får det problem i alla ämnen.

Today many children have limited experiences with the outdoors or nature. In most suburbs where people originate from many countries and have various ways of understanding nature is it perhaps in preschool that several children for the first time experience nature.This survey is qualitative and the main research methods are participant observations and interviews. The theories used in this study are mainly based on the thoughts of Dewey and Vygotskij as well as on ideas from outdoor education and different ways or ideas of understanding nature.The purpose with this study is to make clear in what ways nature is used by the teachers in preschool activities and how this work is done in preschools in multicultural suburbs. Questions at issue are: What way of understanding nature are the teachers trying to convey to the children? How is nature used in the ordinary outdoor activities by the preschool teachers? What are the teachers experiences of success and problems in this work?The conclusion is that nature is used in preschool activities in many ways.

Denna D-uppsats handlar om entreprenörskapets innersta väsen: Hur superentreprenörer använder sig av marknadsavkänning för att skapa, bibehålla eller utveckla verksamheten. Uppsatsen är uppbyggd kring intervjuer med tre mycket framgångsrika entreprenörer som berättar om sin företagsamma resa: Kim Traumer, Yngve Bergqvist och Hans Fält. Traumer bedriver en verksamhet som är avknoppad från landstinget och vars huvudsyfte är att behandla ungdomar med ADHD-, Damp- och Aspergersdiagnos medan Bergqvists Icehotel är verksamt inom upplevelseindustrin och Fälts Fältelektronik lutar mera åt hårdvaruhållet. Vi har tagit till oss dessa tre entreprenörers klokhet för att i en induktiv anda, svara på uppsatsens syfte. Vi har valt att utföra en kvalitativ fallstudie med aktörsynsätt för att fånga upp entreprenörernas personligheter på ett förhoppningsvis målande sätt.
