Since the 9/11-attacks several nations have been confronted with a new international threat, its nature traces back to the political- and religious- radical movements of the 20th century Cold War. Ever since, various states have been under threat by terrorist organizations around the world due to mainly participating in worldwide counter-terrorist interventions created by western alliances. In Sweden, amongst other countries, the state took security-precautions that would imply total control of information throughout the territorial borders. The assigned proposition was accepted by the Swedish parliament in June 18th 2008, after this date wild spread criticism was still in effect ever since the Swedish government first publicly announced the proposition in May 8th 2007. This study emphasizes on understanding why the Swedish government chose to present this proposition to parliament, in order to complete this task the study will present the motives and the alleged threats that were the core of the proposition and its value-maximizing goal of creating a new surface for Swedish homeland security.

Denna studie avser förklara varför inga politiska åtgärder vidtas för att minskaköttkonsumtionen när det finns tydliga belägg för dess bidragande effekter påklimatuppvärmningen. Genom en Motivanalys iakttar jag aktörsbaserade och strukturellafaktorer som förklarar varför förslaget om en skatt på kött får dåligt gehör. Genom att jämföraden politiska hanteringen av köttkonsumtionen med bilismen åskådliggör jag ytterligarefaktorer som bidrar till att styrmedel finns i det ena fallet men inte i det andra.Jag har tolkat mitt material utifrån ett teoretiskt perspektiv som kan benämnas institutionalrational choice. Enligt detta är individen en allmänt rationell aktör som gör ställningstagandeni osäkra situationer tillsammans med andra. Klimatet utgör en gemensam resurs som ärtillgänglig för alla och närmast omöjlig att kontrollera.

Civil olydnad är en kontroversiell strategi för politisk påverkan. Men vilket inflytande haraktionerna? I studien jämförs sex fall i Sverige där miljöorganisationen Greenpeace har använt sig av civil olydnad för att förmå länsstyrelsen att bilda reservat av avverkningshotade skogar. I de tre fallen Raneboskogen i Västra Götaland, Snöberget i Norrbotten och Njakafjäll i Västerbotten har länsstyrelsen avbrutit avverkningarna i nära samband med Greenpeace aktioner och bildat reservat. I de tre fallen Bråtaskogen i Västra Götaland, Pakkojåkkå i Norrbotten och Arvliden i Västerbotten har däremot avverkningarna slutförts efter att aktivisterna har gripits.I studien genomförs en Motivanalys och en maktanalys för att klarlägga om och hur länsstyrelsens beslut att bilda eller inte bilda reservat har påverkats av Greenpeace aktioner.

To understand the modern leadership you have to gain a lot of experience to attain the right competence through which you are able to know what kind of leadership is most suitable to use in the current situation. Leaders agree that every kind of leadership is more or less successful depending on the situation and different organizational factors, for example the co-workers and the environment. Every leader should have a strong willpower and driving force to bring motivation to the organization and to make it more efficient. Another quality that represents a modern leader is the ability to lead and divide the co-workers and the organizations different strengths. The organizational communication is an important factor of how you, as a leader, answer to your co-workers and also how you will be received.
