Diabetes typ 2 är en kronisk sjukdom som innebär att livssituationen för berörda personer förändras. Syftet med studien var att beskriva upplevelsen av att leva med diabetes typ 2. Tretton vetenskapliga artiklar analyserades med kvalitativ innehållsanalys, vilket resulterade i följande fem kategorier: Att ändra kost- och motionsvanor, Att livet blir mer begränsat och krävande, Att information och stöd är viktigt, Att känna oro för behandling och komplikationer, Att ha kontroll över sin egen vård. Litteraturstudien visade att personer ändrade både kost och motion på grund av diabetes typ 2 och såg det som en utmaning och uppskattade livsstilsförändringarna som sjukdomen medförde. Sjukdomen sågs som en begränsning och brist på energi upplevdes.

The purpose of this essay is to find out how gender upholds in a classroom, both by students as well as the teacher. The procedure has been to observe the relationship between students and also the teachers. The observations is analysed according to theories of gender and a discussion about why gender is maintained follows. The conclusion of the result is that gender is being preserved in different ways, but also the contrary ? students and the teacher oppose it.

Meanwhile, the biological values associated with cultural values of the traditional agricultural landscape in Sweden. Studies of land use history may help to understand how today biological diversity has evolved and how it can be preserved. Bakgrund: Anorexia Nervosa (AN) är en allvarlig psykisk sjukdom som främst drabbar unga kvinnor. Till följd av extrem matvägran och ökat behov av motion svälter sig dessa individer och får allvarliga rubbningar i flertalet organsystem. Syfte: Metod: Studien baseras på en kvalitativ studie med en narrativ ansats, där fem stycken självbiografier har sammanställts enligt narrativitetsanalys av Dahlborg- Lyckhage (2012). Resultat: Resultatet formas utifrån tre kategorier, (1) Att inte hitta sig själv i sin sjukdom, (2) Känna maktlöshet när ångesten styr, (3) Ta paus från anorexin och våga vara sig själv. Diskussion: Tonåren är en tid då identiteten formas och steget ifrån att ha varit barn till att bli vuxen ökar, vilket kan ha en bidragande orsak till att AN utvecklas.

A further understanding will be to highlighting a strong trademark's advantages and possible disadvantages.Results: As a trade union organisation where the relationship to the members and the potential members is becoming all more important is the interesting to highlight their trademark clear and in addition to that contribute to building and establishing strong relationships. on the basis of this study we can state that it is now one of the most important support activities that as a trade unions to highlight its core values through trademark. As a trade union, one can to a large extent work with and to apply the market the economic mocks-up for trademark build up.The most important aspect is that we can state , in the future developed to concentrate more on communication, positioning, segmentation and diversification, which the trademark act as intermediary.

The purpose of this essay is to increase the understanding of how the management´s core values reflect the brand´s profile and image. To be able to fulfill that purpose, we used three problem statements that questioned how consumers, retailers and the employees of the company Kosta Boda perceived the brand. To accomplish this, we used a qualitative method. We started collecting theories about the topics: brand, image and profile that gave us a good foundation to build our qualitative interviews on and to increase the understanding for the topics. To collect imperical data, we interviewed consumers, retailers and employees at Kosta Boda both by email, phone and face-to-face interviews.

This is a thesis in Personal- och Arbetslivsprogrammet at Dalarna University with thepurpose of evaluating an education initiative in Borlänge kommun. The educationCoaching Leadership is an initiative for the managers in the organization to exercisegood leadership and the education also serves as an incentive for managers. Eightbusiness managers and one from the HR staff have completed the training. Out of thetotal 9 participants in the training, six of them took part in this evaluation. Based on thethesis aim and questions we wanted to explore participants' attitudes to the education,and what skills and abilities they have acquired on the basis of educational goals andcontent.

This paper is based upon a questionnaire and interviews with Swedish secondary school teachers (student of ages from 16 to 18). The purpose of the paper was to get a picture of teacher?s attitudes to astronomy in the physics courses and how this affects their teaching. The questionnaire showed that astronomy is the least prioritized field in physics in secondary school. Teachers seem to generally consider astronomy as the least important field and they spend little time teaching it, many teachers even exclude astronomy completely from their classes.

Information technology (IT) penetrates more and more areas in the community. The Commission for Information Technology is of the opinion that the use ought to be widespread but states that this is not yet a reality. Differences exist between groups, e.g. between women and men. The purpose of this Master's thesis is to examine how female university students enrolled in two different programmes experience and use IT and to compare this with society's picture of the relationship between IT and women.

The study seeks knowledge about the Swedish euro-scepticism and about the work of the Swedish euro-sceptical Members of the European Parliament (MEPs). How do they work in an environment where the norm is to have a positive attitude towards a future federal state of Europe? How do they regard their own situation and possibilities to make a change?The study includes a debate on today's Swedish euro-scepticism as background. My finding about the MEPs? work is that their way of acting in the European Parliament does not distinguish from other MEPs? in large.

It might be heating controlled by athermostat or motion detectors controlling outdoor lighting.This paper,The Intelligent House, deals with the planning of a house in Kiruna, in the north ofSweden and further immerses itself in home automation or intelligent control in single-familyhomes. The house has been entirely planned, from layout to structural design and plumbing.The purpose of the paper has been to investigate the possibilities in home automation in singlefamilyhomes and to choose a suitable home automation system for the house being planned.The system has been designed and the costs and energy savings have been calculated.The system chosen for the house is called KNX and is the largest system for home automation inSweden. It is used to control heating, ventilation, lighting and alarm systems in the house. Is hasbeen found that KNX is very expensive and that the amount of energy, possible to save in thehouse, using the system, is relatively small.

The study is based on three Swedish novels published in 1945,1956 and 1964, and three Swedish novels published in 1998, 2008and 2009. The aim has been to investigate how librarians are portrayed in Swedish literature, as well as a comparison between the older and the newer literature. What librarian images are portrayed in the analyzed literature? Is the portrayal mostly positive, negative or neutral? Are there any clear differences in how librarians portrayed in newer and older Swedish fiction? If so, what are they? The method used has been qualitative content analysis where relevant paragraphs have been coded and divided them into categories of appearance, personality, and professional identity. The conclusion is that the librarian is often portrayed as an intellectual and somewhat high-strung bibliophile.

Detta är en fallstudie där fem personer medverkar. Studien undersökte om det går att motivera personer till en hälsosammare livsstil med hjälp av individanpassad träning, där kombinationen mellan konditionsträning och styrketräning låg som bas. Genom att det var en fallstudie kunde man anpassa träningen efter varje enskild individs behov - från personer som haft hjärtinfarkt till personer som ville få motivation och inspiration och vidare till personer som skulle göra ?Klassikern?. För att se personernas utveckling inom konditionen gjordes Åstrands cykeltest, medan maximalt antal armhävningar och 90?-stolen fick visa hur styrkan utvecklats.

In this work I have examined how two violin students, who are used to the classical music tradition, think when they learn to play Swedish folk music, with focus on rhythm and beating the time with their feet. One of the students is studying on her first year to be a classical violin teacher and the other student is studying on her third year to be a classical musician, both are studying at Malmö Academy of Music. I had three lessons, one hour each, with these two students where I taught them some basics in how to play Swedish folk music. After the last lesson I interviewed the two students. I have done interviews with two teachers at Malmö Academy of Music; Wieslawa Szymczynska and Mats Edén.

Bakgrund: Diabetes ökar bland befolkningen och idag finns 350 000 personer med diabetes i Sverige. Diabetes typ II behandlas främst med egenvård som ändrade kostvanor och ökad motion. Detta kan minska senkomplikationer som försämrad blodcirkulation, svårläkta sår och ögonbottenförändringar. För att klara egenvården krävs att personen med diabetes är självständig men ändå känner en trygghet i att sjuksköterskan finns till för att stötta och inge en positiv attityd när motivationen brister. Dorothea Orem förespråkar varje individs förmåga till självläkning genom egenvård och motivation till att upprätthålla liv, hälsa och välbefinnande.
